The breakfast was good, they had everything you can possibly want, and the Portuguese pastries are always a treat. the location was really great too, we could reach most places just by walking. Bonus: the staff allowed us a super early checkin, which we are thankful for because we flew all night and we needed some rest.

Sleeping with the window open was complicated, plenty of tourists making a lot of noise + tram. (however, shutting the windows solves that problem) the cleaning schedule could be improved. we had very hot weather and we preferred to sleep a bit after lunch, but it coincided with room cleaning.

A very pleasant looking double room with good bathroom facilities, a well stocked minibar and complementary cold water/hot drinks and biscuits. We were offered a welcome drink, though the attractive bar area was empty and unmanned so we didn’t bother to use the voucher. We could watch the old trams going up and down the steep hill from our room which was a good thing in the daytime.

Unfortunately, tram maintenance work took place during the night and it was noisy so we didn’t sleep as well as we normally would. Access to the hotel is a little way up the hill next to the tramline. It is precarious as the cobblestone pavement is very slippery and steep. I used the side that had a handrail. We witnessed a casualty who fell when he disembarked from the tram.

Very convenient location for me. I was headed to the Canadian embassy and this is within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, and included a kettle - most important as i dont drink coffee. It is also close to the main high end shopping - so a great place to window shop and people watch from a coffee shop. Weather was HOT and room was lovely and cool

The room curtains cover the table space. If you open the curtains people in the building opposite can stare in. if you close them then its hard to use the laptop. or the kettle or coffee maker etc etc. (only bad design i noticed)

The location of the hotel is great for walking to see nearby sites, and is close to bus stops. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby, sitting areas, bar, and dining room were all updated and very nice.

I could tell that some updates have been done in the hotel rooms, but still some room for improvement. It would be great if there were more outlets in the rooms. The hallways were dark. They did have motion lights, but I would have appreciated more light.

We stayed at Turim Restauradores Hotel and found the location to be excellent—steps away from Rossio Square, close to transit, shops, and many restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring Lisbon on foot.

However, while the location was a highlight, the hotel unit itself did not fully meet our expectations. The room was functional but felt a bit dated and could use some updates to improve comfort and overall experience.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel location is superb within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast selection was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel hallways could be updated with new carpets. Some extra hooks in the washroom for hanging up items would be good.

Location is amazing, right in the center of things without too much noise. Staff was very polite, and attentive. They left a bottle of wine and some cupcakes in our room for my birthday! Room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary water refill every day. Breakfast is the best i've had across at least a dozen hotels all over Europe, due to its variety and how tasty it is.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. Bed room.was cleaned. Found a cock roach turn over on the floor a meter from my breakfast table. Informed the kitchen staff, a lady swept it off in a dusk pan does not seem much concerned. I then went to the front desk staff and informed them the roach in dining room, they does not seems surprised or concerned about the incident or offer us refund either. I was grossed out from the rest of the stay.

Staff day and night were amazingly helpful. The location was perfect, and housekeeping always cleaned your room no matter what time you left. Facilities bar and restaurant are very good.

There is no point in giving you tea and coffee facilities if they do not provide milk. If you ask the kitchen, they will give you some. More up to date TV channels, Sky News, Netflix, etc, not just local TV would have been nice.

It was amazing. the hotel was close to the old city, to the transportation. everything was in a walking distance. the staff was amazing and very helpful. the room was comfortable, clean. the staff help us with our tours and booked them. We encourage anyone who wants to stay in Lisbon to book this hotel because you can walk to any place you like and the metro station is 2 minutes walking from it. WE WILL COME AGAIN!!!!
