Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was light, quiet and clean and bathroom was spacious.

There could have been a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. Breakfast was OK but would have liked real OJ and better coffee - it was quite watery (had to pay for machine coffee).

Hotel was in a great location, near Rossi Square. Family run hotel and the new family owners are taking great care to ensure a pleasant stay. I believe the new owners did some upgrades including air conditioning in each room. Coming from North America, I appreciated the strong air conditioning and being able to control the temp. myself. Bed and pillows (I think these were new) were very comfortable. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel and it offered a good selection and good quality. Our room had a a sizeable window overlooking the street which we could open to let in the fresh air. Great sound proofing windows as we did not hear any street noise when then window was closed. My only caution is that there are no in room safes. Would recommend this hotel

Hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was unbeatable, which meant that parking was challenging, but staff were helpful with suggestions. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. It was very clean and staff were VERY helpful and friendly. I would 100% stay again! Thankyou.

My room was a single and had a single bed in it, which was a bit small considering the price of 500€ for a 3 night stay. Also floors are all wooden so footsteps can be heard ... I had earplugs, so easily fixed.

It was very clean and located at very center. We were close all historical destinations. Even for Sintra , the rail station is located Just 5 mins by walking. All restaurants are located almost on same street. Silent location. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are not big but enough because you go and sleep only.

The breakfast can be improved, the quality of coffee is so so. There s only 1 kind of cheese. There can be tomatoes and cucumbers. Breakfast is not enough for mediterrians. We found sth to eat but could be better than that.

I loved the courteousness and willing to assist with recommendations and directions. I absolutely loved the fluidity of languages that staff and family gave us tenants. The kindness and warmth. The breakfast was such a nice addition every morning. Location is close to everything as well as public transportation. Sadiq and his brother and another young man working the night shift were all incredible advocates of you enjoying your stay. The room I stayed in was immaculate, warm, (and although the bed was small it worked for me) quiet. This charming establishment will always have a place in my heart. Thank you Sadiq and family for making my first vacation since covid as wonderful as it was.

The location was amazing, right in the city centre but not loud. On my last day discovered a great coffee place just around the corner. Room had AC which was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. Seemed very clean and they offer cleaning every day.

Room was pretty small and the lock on the door didnt seem too reliable. Not up to a hotel level, more like a pansion. So if you are just going to stay in the room very shortly i.e. spend the whole day outside - its decent. But if you want to chill at least a little bit inside maybe not the best option.

Location is great! Everything is at walking distance, and 2 metro stations are really close to the hotel. The stuff is really nice. Everything was clean, and you can have cleaning service everyday if you want. Breakfast is simple, but still has all it takes, and the stuff is always refilling everything when needed. We would come again

It would be nice if the room had some cups and a a kettle. It's not a negative point, as it was indicated there aren't any in the room. It's just a suggestion. Event though the hotel has a maschine donwstars available to tako same coffee, it would still be nice to be able to take a cup of tea in the room after a long day.

The hotel was conveniently located in the proximity of Rossio station and it was also ideal for visiting the town on foot. All the premises were super clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower, though small was amazing... the ideal thing after a long day of venturing the steep slopes of Lisbon! Breakfast was always fresh and the whole ambience was serene. The staff were extremely cordial, accommodating and were lovely to chat with. A lovely family owned hotel indeed.

Cannot find a fault. What I missed was some good lighting to put my make up on.

Excellent location (right at the main pedestrian street, with various restaurants and transport links next to it; at a 10-15 minutes walk from the city square and castle)! The staff was really friendly, helpful and always available. They kept our luggage after check out and provided a very nice buffet breakfast. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Excellent value for money!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was exactly as described. The rooms were very clean, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only downside I could find was the lack of vegetables at breakfast. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and really missed having some tomatoes or cucumbers, even just once or twice a week.
