Exceptionally clean, modern apartment. Beautiful breads delivered fresh every morning, and cheese and jam, yogurt, milk all in the fridge for us. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Location was superb with lots of restaurants nearby, and also handy for the tourist attractions. Very easy to get a cab, tram, train or metro. Everything was provided in the apartment, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper etc. The toiletries were beautiful, I would have liked to have purchased some to bring home. We were there for 7 nights so the washing machine was handy. Bed was very comfortable. Easy door code entry. We will definitely be staying again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Just a small thing, but there was nowhere to put our clothes, so we couldn't properly unpack, but that wouldn't stop us from booking again.

The service was excellent. The apartment was beautiful and location was perfect for us near the bars and restaurants. It was also great to be able to wash laundry there and the air conditioner worked well on hot days. We would have been happy with one cleaning day in four days stay, but the service was provided daily, so that also was more than expected.

For me the bed was rock hard and had trouble sleeping, but that’s just matter of opinion, my boyfriend was not having issues. Also maybe some hooks in the apartment entrance would have been nice to hang your jacket/handbag etc. Breakfast was not what we’re used to in hotels (ham, cheese and butter rather for one, than for two people), but not an issue for us, as grocery was near by to fill in :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were given a very warm welcome by our host, shown to our apartment and blown away by the interior design and amazing views from the balconies. The complimentary wine on arrival was much appreciated. Breakfast was simple, fresh bread, ham, cheese and yogurt. Brilliant to sit and enjoy breakfast whilst sat out on the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Lisbon. The beds were clean and comfortable and even though the front balcony overlooks a busy road full of bars and restaurants, once you close the windows and shutters, it is completely soundproof. The apartment is in a very central location, close to great restaurants and bars. Comfortable shoes are a must as Lisbon is very hilly but definitely worth the climb. Ubers are affordable and convenient. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The washing machine/dryer was very welcome, however, it would have been great to be able to hang clothes on a clothes airer as not all clothes are suitable for a dryer.

The location was amazing, and they thoughtfully provided everything we needed for our baby, including a high chair, crib, and baby. The staff was friendly and professional, and always happy to help with any request. We would especially like to thank Pedro, who was simply outstanding. He greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, and took care of all our needs during our stay. His attention to detail and support were above and beyond, and thanks to him our trip to Lisbon was perfect. Pedro made our vacation unforgettable. Traveling with a baby who has a milk allergy, it was important for us to find accommodation that could provide a safe and comfortable environment for her. We highly recommend this apartment hotel, and especially Pedro, to anyone looking for an exceptional hospitality experience in Lisbon.

We arrived late to check in, got a pin to get into the hotel and room and finished checking in the next morning. Breakfast for the next morning was in the fridge and a lot of fruit on the table. Before 8 am every morning freshly baked bread and something sweet was left at our door. Very friendly staff. A great location! Wasn’t sure where to book a hotel, this was my fist time in Lisbon. Bohemian neighborhood with nice streets, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Its easy to walk around or take a taxi or uber. Taxi stops right in front of the hotel. They are cheap BUT often they don't take card! I found it easier just to take an uber.

The apartment was fantastic. It had every amenity you could ask for, was exceedingly clean, and was in a perfect location. Our only regret was staying only two nights. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in time, but that was not an issue; they held our luggage while we explored. Our room on the fifth floor was ready at the promised time far exceeded our expectations. Two comfortable bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. A wonderful kitchen and dining area with a comfortable couch. An added bonus were the two balconies with glorious views of the city. The apartment had wonderful windows which let in ample light while blocking out noise from the streets below. Fresh baked breads and fresh fruit were provided in the morning. A washer and dryer saved us from having to put wet clothes in our suitcases. Everything in this apartment was well thought out and perfect. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Lisbon.

Beautiful throughout. We had 4 of us in our family, 3 adults and 1 child and the accommodation was big enough to fit us and it gave us everything we needed and very central. The rooms were cleaned everyday we were there, and the little touches left in the rooms, just made it that little more special. The staff could not have done anymore. It was our 1st time in Lisbon, they gave us ideas of what to do and where to go. A fantastic place to stay, we would definitely return to this property and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lisbon.

We can’t say enough about this property! Gorgeous apartments and so comfortable!!! We stayed here for three nights with our two adult daughters. These apartments are large enough that you both have your own washrooms and private space. We were able to walk everywhere and if we couldn’t reach a location, we took an Uber. The two bedroom apartment is extremely spacious, clean and the complementary breakfast food was an added bonus. They also have laundry in suite which is quite helpful if you’re gonna be traveling. This staff… they are so kind sweet and helpful. I can’t say enough about how friendly they are. I would highly highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Lisbon. Thank you!

It’s a well appointed self catering apartment with all the facilities and storage you would expect for a short stay. They give you breakfast options in the fridge as well as tea and coffee and fresh bread is delivered to your door in the morning which is really nice. The location is as central as you can get and this is likely reflected in the price. We have had a lovely city break here and highly recommend it for anyone doing the same.

It can be loud outside the hotel but it didn’t bother us. Not the hotel’s issue really.

The receptionist welcomed us with a drink, and she also walked us up to our room to explain everything and she showed us what they had supplied which was coffee, fresh fruit, daily fresh bread and pasties, eggs, and more! It was very nice. The room had very high ceilings, it was immaculate, and the location was very good. Very central.

I didn't have an issue with it, but my fiancee felt that the street noise made it difficult for her to sleep on the first night. Other than that, it was an awesome stay and I'd stay there again.
