Didn’t realise the coffee capsules were charged for, at a steep 2.5 Euro each. These are usually included so that should have been made clearer.

The room had well kept comfortable beds and sheets. The decor was lovely. The room is spacious and the facilities provided were good enough for a short stay. The hotel is located right in the heart. Metro and Tram 28 are 2 minutes away. Also close to the best attractions the city has to offer.

The hairdryer was broken and melted. The AC didn't work well. I was luckily there for cooler weather and climate. The lighting in the room is a bit confusing.. take a awhile to understand. The wash basin used to flood up and was difficult to keep clean. There was no hot water for the basin.

Fun decor - the theatre theme was memorable! It’s a great central location, with a metro station very close by. Our room looked out over the square, with a sea view - some distance away. Generally comfortable room - with a nice comfy bed.

The room was small, with enough space round the bed to get around. It helped that there was a spacious built in cupboard where we could store the luggage. The flush for the loo was very dodgy. We were shown how to remove the cover and flush using the exposed mechanism behind! Not so elegant…

Brilliant location, clean and comfy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful though there was a problem with our original booking for a taxi which we made through reception, it was quickly rectified once we had queried it. The hotel is in a great location very close to restaurants and the metro and I liked that our room had a theme - Pepe Nappa. The room was modern and decorated in white, black and silver. There were tea and coffee facilities which had a charge and a fridge with goodies in too (charge) and there was a complimentary bottle of water which was much needed after travel. There was no breakfast included but plenty of cafes a short walk away.

The shower opened straight into the room so you need to be happy being naked in front of your room mate or friend as you towel off and get dressed. Toilet and shower were behind patterned glass doors so not a lot of privacy. It looked very modern and swish but logistically was a bit uncomfortable for me and probably more suitable for an intimate couple than friends. There was not a lot of room between the bottom of the bed and the wall meaning you had to crab walk sideways to get across the room. There was plenty of room beside the beds though and 2 big storage cupboards for clothes as well as a safe.

There was no Diningroom. As we would have breakfast other than in a hotel, this wasn't an issue with us. There are lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area adjacent to Baixa and close to the metro, it suited us perfectly. Luggage can be dropped in before check in time and can be left after check in time, all in all, a nice experience. Good value for money.

It was in a great location. Sandwiched between 4 restaurants with 3 more across the street. metro only 5 minutes. It is close to many tourist sites, like the Convent of Carmo and Justa elevador. Anna was very helpful.

it's time they replace the missing shattered bathroom door. I was told it was shattered at least a year ago. The front desk staff was missing in the afternoon sometimes. maybe they had other duties. Anna WAS always dependable in the morning.

Well, we were upgraded on our arrival and that was a great start. The front of the hotel and the reception area were - to be honest - a bit underwhelming. However, the receptionist was really helpful and kindly arranged our taxi for a 4am drive to the airport next morning. Which was great value too at just 25 Euros. The clincher though was the room. Very clean, well air-conditioned and remarkable value for money. The location was great as well - allowing us to stroll down to the river that evening and stroll back through Santa Maria Maior and Augusta Street

Nothing really. It met our needs for a short stay perfectly.

It was quirky, hard to locate on foot as the address and the road names didn’t appear to marry- but once located between two restaurants on the sweeping bend near the theatre it was perfect Our rooms were huge, the bed was really comfortable and the facilities perfect

There was honestly nothing to dislike, sure it was a bit tired in places but that added character and it did and does have character I would happily return. B and b is misleading when they do not server any food at all

i was traveling by myself and had a lovely stay here. the room was nice and clean, with the location being right in the centre which was fantastic! i think it was good value for money!

the only thing that was negative, was there were a few times when the room smelled a bit of food (and i believe that was due to the restaurant being below), however not to the point where i would want to leave, but you could smell it.

It was good overall, really enjoyed the location , since we were only in Lisbon for 24hrs I feel it was a good area to stay and get everything we needed at walking distance.

The only unusual thing about this property is the bathroom set up, you can kinda see through the door and hear everything because doors are made out of glass and don’t even fully close.
