The staff was AMAZING! Rita, Marco, Luna, and I wish I could remember the name of the last staff member because she was fantastic also. We were there during the NATIONAL power outage. Rita made sure that we all had access to food and water. She actually went shopping and stood in a line that was a block long. I know this because I did the same thing. She made sure we had candles and water. I saw her have compassion for other travelers whose cards did not work because there was no way to take credit card payments. She took a small cash deposit and did not leave them on the streets like I had seen other hotels do that evening. The staff as a whole deserves SIX stars! The apartments looked exactly how they actually are. As of this moment I am in a hotel in Sintra that does not match the photos from Booking.com. Every morning the staff delivered fresh bakery items that we could pick from the night before. The refrigerator was stocked and they provided a very good bottle of red wine for our first night’s stay. When I return I will stay here again. Perfect location with a fantastic local restaurant down the street and two Michelin rated restaurants on the same street. The small local restaurant was the best! Awesome fresh local Portuguese food.

My wife and I went to Lisbon for vacation. There are a lot of options to choose from in the area. However, we chose Flora Chiado Apartments because they have a king bed and also a tub. They also have a full-size kitchen. Honestly, it’s more like an Airbnb. The staff is really attentive and amazing and the housekeeping is also superb. You get to pick fresh breads and pastries every morning which they leave at your door. I would definitely go back. There is also a Michelin star restaurant right next-door if you’re into that thing. The restaurant is called Alma, but you have to make reservations for in advance.

It was more expensive than most

we had the 2 bedroom unit on the top floor and really appreciated the quick and quiet elevator to reach it. Our rooms were spotless, maintained every day, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The private drivers had a bit of trouble finding the building, but the Uber driver found it easily. You have to be very specific about it's location and might want to use the restaurant next door as a reference. We would definitely use their units again for a stay in Lisbon. Not cheap, but about the same price as 2 rooms in a hotel for the 4 of us and we had a huge, 1600sq ft, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 baths, completely furnished with all new furniture, 3TVs, fireplace and a complete kitchen apartment to come home to and relax after a day of hiking the Lisbon hills. The food in the refrigerator was replenished every morning along with fresh bread and pastries. They even left strawberries and champagne for us on Valentines day.

I think a second banister going up the lower part of stairs to the bedrooms would be helpful and keep hands off the wall....and tighten up the banister that is there on the second level, it wobbles.

Flora Chiado apartments are just amazing from booking to check out. The team are exceptional and the apartments are faultless. So many little touches from fresh oranges every day to juice, fresh bread and pastries hanging on the door every morning to the amazing stylish decor. Yes, the same price as 4 or 5 star Hotel but far better! Three great little restaurants on the quiet street and next door to Alma with two Michelin stars.

Nothing to fault. Truly special

It's basically a hotel with front desk and room service. The facility is great - well designed with top brands everywhere (kitchen, shower etc). We travel w/ 2 young kids and we got complimentary great breakfast for them (and for us), coffee, a cool bottle of Rose and more. The place has 2 floors, on the 2nd floor there are 2 seperate BR, each with its own shower and bathroom. There's a balcony and a great living room, kitchen and toilets on the 1st floor. The service was great with whatever needed and the location is wonderful. All around - you can't get better than this.

Fresh bread and pastries every morning with fully stocked kitchen; large apartment to spread out and balcony to gain fresh air.

The furniture in the living room could have been more comfortable. The windows could have had screens (but understand how that would be difficult). Offer real espresso/ latte other than a machine with pods.

It is a beautifully decorated, relaxed space. The bed mattress and pillow are very comfortable. We enjoyed fresh bakery delivered every morning. The excellent staff arranged our needs well. The location is most convenient.

There is a laundry service, but a laundry machine in the unit would be even better for an extended stay with a large family.

We loved everything about this apartment, starting from its central and easy location. The building is old but the decoration is modern and high quality, chic and comfortable There was a reception and the receptionists were simply great! Helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved our breakfast and their flexibility in giving us vegan options. The kitchen is more than fully equipped! The welcome cheese platter was so cute!

Nothing, we were in love with the apartment! If I must say something, There is no particular view other than the pretty street and church bells. And one of the bathrooms in our apartment do not have walls-door, and so it is completely visible when you use it, to the other person in the room. As we stayed as two friends, we had to use it in turns:)

Property was very accommodating and was able to grant us an early check-in at the half day rate so we had a place to sleep upon arrival after a red eye flight. Liliana helped me arrange airport transfer and even went out of her way to connect me with the driver when I wasn't able to find him because he had the wrong phone number. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The neighborhood is perfect - right in the middle of fabulous restaurants (including Michelin star around the corner) and nightlife that's easy to walk to. The fresh croissants each morning and the food in the room was so wonderful and much appreciated since it can be difficult to find grocery stores when travelling. The staff made exceptional recommendations for restaurants and activities and also spoke English which was very helpful. Wi-Fi worked great and there was lots of English tv. Thanks for everything! I will definitely be staying here again if I have a chance to come back to Lisbon.

The property and staff at Flora Chiado apartments are exceptional. The apartments are in a perfect area of Lisbon and the staff provides whatever you might need. They took care of booking a driver and tour guide for us, made restaurant recommendations and reservations and even provided complimentary transportation back to the airport. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast pastries were great and you could pick what kinds you wanted. They made our stay in Lisbon truly memorable. I would recommend Flora Chiado to all my friends.
