A beautiful, nicely decorated and well planned apartment on a calm and cosy street, close to everything. The host was very nice and welcoming (both before and during our stay) and even let us stay two extra hours until our taxi picked us up the last day. We had a super good time here and would definitely recommend the apartment to others!

The only minuses: there was a cockroach on the kitchen floor. One of the bathrooms had a constant cat urine smell. In the same bathroom there were some broken things: toilet lid and dust bin lid as well as a plug outlet which front part was completely missing. As it was next to the sink we put some scotch on it just to be on the safe side. We didn't bother complaining about these things as they were quite minor compared to all the good sides of the apartment.

Beautiful property

Mold in the bathroom and several roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. They should do something about it. It’s bad.

Spotlessly clean. Lots of pillows, towels, kitchen utensils and everything else you could think of. Great space and lovely decorated with really generous sized rooms with great wardrobe space also. Location perfect in a real central area but yet still in a nice quiet street which felt very safe. Metro and tram just around the corner and a great seafood restaurant for lunch and a super pan-Asian restaurant right across the road. Highly recommended this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

No complaints at all

Location was excellent, apartments were spotless clean, breakfast was delicious. My favorite was the freshly squeezed orange juice. The building itself is fully renovated and beautiful, with an impressive elevator.We haven't heard anything from the street noise, however the flats are in the middle of the downtown. Public transport (Metro) is in few steps from the apartments, but many tourist attractions and the Ocean are in walking distance also.

Windows of both apartments faced to the wall of the neighbouring houses and opened to the backyard, where the fans of the restaurant on the ground floor were extremely noisy. But if you keep the windows closed, and use the aircondition, you can live with it.

The flat is very comfortable, spacious, beautifuly furnishes. Each bedroom is ensuite plus there is a third restroom. The kitchen could be better equipped, it is poorly considered. There is plenty of towels and the place was very clean. The locarion is fantastic.

While there is no aircondition there is a very loud sound of an engine that penetrates the bed rooms especially at night. In the kitchen there were Only 4 plates for a flat that supposed to accomodate 6 people and not a single knife that was not as dull as a rock. Indeed there is some mold around the edges in the shower but it seems that the sofisticates design of the shower floor makes it impossible to clean properly.

Great location, very easy to check in and the host was great, providing us with a bunch of recommendations and even a discount at a bar nearby. When we arrived the internet wasn't working, but they responded really quickly to my message and we had it fixed straight away. Also the delivered breakfast was great and very tasty and substantial.

It did get very hot in the room overnight, so we ended out having the window open. There is a bar downstairs which was noisy for a while on the Saturday night. But other than that, it was great.

Incredibly spacious rooms with high ceilings, clean rooms and modern bathrooms. Centrally located in my favorite area of Lisbon, close to everything you need and in a very lively area of the city. Super quiet despite being so central which made our stay very pleasant. Very accommodating and allowed us for a slightly earlier check-in given we had a baby and young child with us.

No complaints

Nice cozy charming 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Chiado very close to everything. Excellent facilities everything clean and fresh. We were staying here for the second time which explicitly showes that we love these apartments.

I was missing a microwave in the kitchen but it’s a minor thing.

Very central location with restaurants at the door step. Very elegantly styled apartment with beautiful stone in the bathrooms. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 3rd separate toilet. Also had a washing machine which was very handy for a family on a longer vacation.

Some of the power points didn't work

The location is fantastic. It is right smack in the middle of so many restaurants. 10 mins walk to Commerical Plaza/Square, and Rossio Square. The building is modern, and well maintained. The apartment was a good size for a couple. We have what we need to have a good stay. The host was responsive to our messages.

The thermostat was not working during our stay. We were lucky that the weather was mild, and not too hot. If it was hotter, and there was no fan, we would not have a comfortable sleep. One area of improvement will be for the host to have instructions on how to use the stove, and and washer/dryer, in English preferably. We were not able to figure out how to use the washer. And it took me quite a while to search for Youtube videos on how to use the stove.
