Property was in a fantastic location, very easy access to metro and good walking distance to things within the historic city. Great value for money, with fresh towels provided and bathrooms cleaned often. Two locks and a code to enter the room made me feel very safe. Lovely views of Chiado and the square from the balcony. Comfortable bedding and a comfortable sleeping temperature.

I had a charming room with timber floors. The host was great. Communication was prompt, and there were immediate responses to any requests. For example, during my stay, the hair-dryer gave up and was promptly replaced. My towels were also replaced during the stay. As it's been mentioned by some: It's easy to enter the code. You just need to wait until it's ready for input. (Press 0 and wait until it says "code")

Excellent location in central Lisbon. Lovely view from the balcony, you could see the trams going up and down the street, you felt very much a part of Lisbon. Very good location for public transport. Lovely café around the corner for breakfast. Very helpful host who gave lots of tips and advice and lent us an umbrella! Lift very useful for the third floor. Lots of space and a fridge.

Difficult to find when you first arrive, important to look out for the text from the host which gives you precise instructions.. Fridge very useful but a kettle would have been nice.

It was an amazing location, a little difficult to find at first as there wasn’t any signage but the locals were really happy to help me find it and once I knew where it was it was plain sailing, excellent location clean bathroom and nice and quiet!

A small fridge in the room may help but I wouldn’t say there was anything I disliked at all and would definitely stay again!

I've stayed in Bairro Alto several times and this is the room I'd return to! Its just off of Camoes Square so you are in the heart of the food and nightlife scene but its also up on a high enough floor that the noise at night isnt really a problem even with the windows open. Room was spacious and very clean - hosts were very helpful with our late check-in time. Thank you so much.

contactless check in; very close to metro station. great base to explore Bairro Alto and Chiada. kitchen had basic set up. nice balcony and closet for your clothing.

We stayed with our two boys (7 & 10) and we all liked the place and room. There is a bunk bed and one double bed. In the end we all slept on the double bed, but the bunk beds are also good. The location is ok, not too far from the center. The room was quiet enough for a good sleep. It is a good option for a comfortable stay!

We liked the place for a family stay

The place was perfectly placed if you want to go out to eat and have a drink. It was also very accessible just next to a metro station. It’s a very lively neighborhood, so not good if you are looking for a quiet place. The host was flexible with the check in time and other aspects of our stay.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the next room very well.

The apartment is in the center, very close to everything, near the tram 28 stop. There are restaurants and shops around. Very good location. And the apartment is big enough. We had a big room with a nice terrace. It was quiet and we slept very good at night. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The owner is very polite, always answers quickly on whatsapp. The check-in is very easy via whatsapp. We enjoyed our stay here.

The location was great. Easy access to the tram and places to eat. Nice view from the room. It has an elevator which starts from the ground level, instead of from the 1st floor, like a lot of places in Europe.

The check in was a little sketchy. The host was very responsive, but it could be a little better. The place is old, and the furniture is old, but the price and location more than makes up for what it lacks.
