This is an amazing place to stay in Lisbon! Walkable to so many top sights. Tram 28 right outside your door. O Trevo at the end of the block for delicious Bifanas sandwiches. Pasteis da Nata a few doors down. The AC was the best in all of Portugal!!! It was making a humming noise when we arrived. We mentioned it and viola, it was fixed! Amazing service! The daily bread delivery with pastries was so nice to have! Also eggs, yogurts, cheese and meats. Just perfect. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. We were going to sintra before the bread delivery and they arranged to have bread delivered to us the day before. Service was excellent!

Absolutely nothing!

Apartment had a fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of plugs. Bed very comfy. Location was wonderful. Best area to stay to truelly experience the culture. Many shops close by. Trams run in front of apartment which is also great. Rossio square within walking distance. Overall great apartment.

Layout very strange, with wasted space. Would convert some space into shelving for suitcases. No washing pods. Breakfast only provided on day of arrival for the following day. None thereafter. Fresh pastries on 2 days, but that's it, so don't rely on the breakfast. Bathroom very tiny. Some unnecessary decor items which took up valuable space. Couldn't find the microwave. Not sure if it was part of the oven? Crockery a bit haphazard. Flooring needs to be replaced as it appears to be quite dirty. But would still stay there again. Overall a good experience despite the small issues mentioned above.

The first thing that I want to comment on is that we asked for a bed for our toddler and when we arrived not only was there a bed but also a little bathtub and a chair for her to sit at the table...very impressed parent. Honestly, everything was so easy and comfortable. Breakfast was put in the fridge the day before and fresh baked goods delivered each morning ( we also had plenty of food to give our little one snacks during the day). The apartment was cleaned every day. Staff was helpful when needed and still present when not. Apartment was in the centre of everything and was so easy to get around although sometimes a bit hilly and bumpy but we were prepared for this. We left before any staff was working so just sent an email letting them know and got a friendly response back so we knew all was well and that we didn't have anything to worry about. Would 100% recommend this place to stay for a couple or for a family.

The facility was so clean, the staff was pleasant, kind and so welcoming! It felt super safe as there is a lock code for the outside door as well. Deli slices and cheese slices, eggs, yogurt, granola and milk are provjded for breakfast. Fresh bread was delivered daily and on Monday we got pasteis de nata, which of course is delicious. The location is central to everything! Right by the metro and easily walkable! At 20 weeks pregnant, we walked to the castle and cathedral easily. We were worried about the noise but honestly, the room was pretty sound and light proof once we closed all of the doors and shutters. All in all, it was such a great trip and stay.

Can’t think of anything!

We had a one bed apartment on the first floor for 6 nights. Very spacious. Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you need to cook (but why would you cook when there are so many amazing restaurants) including water, wine and champagne glasses plus a bottle opener (we rarely stay in places that have all of this) and coffee machine. Washer/dryer, detergent supplied, shampoo, conditioner and body wash too. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to your door daily - fresh breads and pastries from the bakery which are hung on your door in a bag so you are not woken up, loads of fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheese, milk and two different cereals. Perfect location with two amazing restaurants opposite. Open the balcony doors and you feel the atmosphere of the street, people and music (not loud doof doof!) - we were fine with this but may not suit others to leave them open when sleeping. Eduardo and Pedro (hosts) were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Almaria Officina Real Apartments with our family of four (including a child and a toddler). The apartment was spacious, cool, and very well-equipped—perfect for a family. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing lots of useful information and always reachable via WhatsApp. While breakfast was a bit limited, it was enough to start the day, and there are plenty of great brunch spots nearby to explore. The location is fantastic: close to tram and metro stops, and within walking distance of several major attractions. Highly recommended!

The property was excellent and met all our expectancies. Would surely recommend to whoever wishes to tour around Lisbon. The location is very central and all the main attractions are very accessible. The public transport is very good and the metro station is within 4 minutes walk. Breakfast has been good and bread and pastries provided every day at the door.

Nothing at all. Everything was up to standard. Service at the room is excellent as well. Wishing that this standard of service is kept all the way through. Keep it up!

We arrived from our cruise during the time they had someone at the reception desk. We were too early for check-in, but they allowed us to enter the property, change clothes and stored our luggage until our room was ready. The room was a good size and allowed us to spread out. The baked goods we were provided each day for breakfast were awesome! And everyone was very accommodating and receptive to our needs.

No luggage racks made it difficult to pack and unpack as we don't like to use the furniture due to our dirty luggage wheels. The bathroom was small, which is fine given this is an older historic building, but it was also dark.

Located in the heart of Chiado and near many restaurants, shops and bars. The street is bustling all day and long into the night, but our little apartment was quiet and comfortable. We really felt at home. In addition, the staff was wonderful and really took the time to make sure we were happy.

just a small suggestion- there was a safe in our room in the closet (yay!), but it wasn’t bolted down, so it would have been easy to just remove the whole thing - we trusted the staff of course, so we weren’t worried

The staff were lovely, the appartment was great and the location perfect for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! The street outside is lively but I loved listening to the hustle and bustle. The windows when shut are great at soundproofing if you want a quieter time.

Think there might have been a leak in the shower as floor was stained but that didn't affect our stay. On 2 days we had avocados which were overripe and couldn't be used - the rest of the breakfast was fine. But these are very minor things. Overall we loved it.
