We are a senior couple travelling with our young adult daughter for a 4 days three nights stay here. We were assigned a room with a mezzanine floor. Two bathrooms. Yay! The sofa in the living room converts easily into 2 pull out single beds. We slept in a Queen size bed . The room had 2 roof skylight windows with automatic shades . But we enjoyed sleeping under the moonlight sky every night. The water pressure is Fantastic! The rain shower n flexible hose shower heads are strong n powerful. It is most therapeutic after a whole day of exploring Lisbon . The apt was very clean. It has wooden flooring which allows the housekeepers to mop n clean! Brilliant! Most preferred over carpet flooring for good hygiene! We received daily housekeeping services which was awesome . The kitchenette is stocked adequately with utensils . The fridge is a full sized fridge . We appreciate the fact that the apt has a washer dryer unit. They also provide a drying rack n iron . It’s great to have clean clothes daily when we are on vacation! The apt is so centrally located to many sights , cafes n Resturants . We highly recommend this apt!

On each level ( 3 level building) , they’re are two lockers each .it cost 2 euros to rent the locker if one needs to stowaway bags before or after checkin/ checkout.. however the locker we slotted the coin into was faulty ..the locker only accepts coins which is not convenient as we travel n pay digitally . Who still uses cash n coins these days?

It's a nice apartment where you have everything you need even to iron clothes. Nice location especially if you're planning on visiting other cities. Close to the train, bus and ferry.

The hot water and pressure wet rock but if you took a shower longer than 15, 20 then it starts getting cold. Must be programmed somehow.

Apartment was modern and met the needs of our family of 4. Self check in process was easy.

For the price we paid, the apartment should have included some coffee, olive oil for cooking, and some paper towels in the kitchen.

Location, quiet

e-check in did not work well, could be more clean (the windows and the curtains were not that clean)

Location was amazing, the apartment is located in a very nice area with lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of many attractions. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Building has a lift, which was very convenient for us. It has a good size for three people. The photos match what you get.

Communication could have been better. While the self check-in is convenient, we missed having staff we could talk to. For example, we did not receive the code to access the building door on the check-in day, and were only able to check-in because another guest opened the door for us. We also needed some additional amenities and only managed them because we met a very helpful cleaning lady by chance. Our shower was somewhat clogged before we arrived and this only got fixed on the last day.

Availability of on-site storage lockers that allowed us to check in early and check-out late. Daily cleaning of the room and changing of bath towels Bathroom had the most room in the whole unit. Great shower and lots of counter space. Great location in the historic part of town that was close to both train stations, Sodre & Rossio

Laundry facilities was not as advertised. Washing machine was located in the hallway and shared with others. Did not affect us, but could have been a problem for others. Unlike the bathroom the Common Area and Sleeping areas were a bit smaller than expected. Found it difficult to move around Kitchen setup was awkward, given the layout and storage of the utensils and plates. A lot of the items are not accessible for a person of average height (170cm, 5ft 6 in). Doors on the closet took a lot of space and took up a lot of space when opened. Our preference would have been no doors on the closets.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable mattress. It's nice that you can drink tea upon arrival, but it's strange that there is no coffee. In Portugal, coffee is provided by default everywhere...

During check-in, excessive information about all guests is required, such as address of residence, etc. It takes a long time to fill out check-in documents, and there is a queue of guests at the check-in machine. Some of the luggage storage lockers do not function (the employee explained that their keys were lost), so you have to go from one floor to another and look for where to leave your luggage...

Very clean, modern, well insulated, functional apartment. It's also quite spacious for a couple with kids, the Floor-to-ceiling height is massive, which makes the space feels even bigger.

No communal space or garden, but it's not a deal breaker! Door locks could be safer for small kids not to open from the inside. Again the door lock... my code stopped working and ultimately someone had to come disassemble the lock, realign and assemble it back as was a physical issue. Still I'd go back to the same room when visiting Lisbon, the ups were far greater than the let downs.

Unbeatable location. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. The ground-floor studio that we rented was absolutely quiet.

The back unit that we rented had very little light. This encouraged us to go out and enjoy the city. We came here to see the sights after all. Some fixtures in the unit needed servicing--such as the shower head and one of the motorized window blinds, but we didn't want to take time to address the minor issues while on vacation. As Snoop Dog says, "It's all good.".

I had no problems with the online check in. I also had no issues at the kiosk upon arrival. The suite is spacious and comfortable. I was able to work and take conference calls using their wifi. The staff come by every day to change towels and take out the garbage.

This is more of a comment on Lisbon than the property itself: the location is very central, but the property is one block into a smaller alley that has minimal street lights. This could feel slightly scary after dark for a female solo traveler, though after a few days I realized the street was fine. (Some other smaller alleys nearby had groups of loitering men that made me feel uncomfortable.)
