This place was just what our family needed! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The location was great - we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go and when we needed to go a bit out of town it was easy to catch an uber. There are lots of delicious restaurants nearby - hard to decide which to eat at, so many looked good. The beds were super comfortable, even the couches that convert to twin beds were really comfortable. The washing machine was really good to have at the end of our trip. Air conditioning worked great. Felt very safe and cozy.

This is in an area of town that is vibrant at night so it can be loud outside the apartment. The apartment itself is pretty soundproof but there is a fan in the room near the window and it drowns out any residual noise if you keep if on at night.

Great apartments with easy access from the street. Plenty of eateries around and easy to explore the city from that spot. Very good attention and attention to kids (high-chair, baby coat very clean and prepared in advance). Perfectly equipped kitchen. It was not noisy with closed windows despite its party area but I wouldn't stay on the lower ground level apartments as revellers use this yard for anything (obviously not property fault).

I would love to have natural but not synthetic pillows for the value. I guess some guests are not venting the washer and it has some smell. It would be great to have a french-press or any alternative coffee-maker as the capsule machine or provided capsules were not really good. You can't park nearby.

Very easy access to the building. Noisy street at the weekend, but shutters deafened the noise. Very large, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and towels. Service also to change towels after a few days. Kitchen has all the amenities and very large couch in the living room was amazing. Lovely tapas and wine bar across the street, and short walk to main area. Very easy to arrange taxi to the airport through the app, and showed up as expected.

The flat was well stocked for travelers. The host provided milk, fruit, coffee, tissues, and dinnerware. The location was excellent (central). We liked the courtyard area as well. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Also, the value for the price paid was excellent.

The street noise (cars) was evident but not too bad. There was a small incident with ants in the bathroom, but the property dealt with it immediately in a non-toxic way (very appreciated). The bathroom was a bit cramped but serviceable.

Wow what a great apartment! This is our third visit to Lisbon and we finally found the perfect place to stay. If we come back to Lisbon again this will be our first option for accommodation. We got a really huge and amazingly designed apartment, full of light. They prepared a pampering table for us with wine and treats and we immediately felt at home. The location is super central and really convenient. Walking distance from the city center, short walking distance from the main train station (including the ferry lines), very close to the Time Out market for those who are interested. But the real bonus - 3 minutes from the Landau cafe that sells the most delicious chocolate cakes - don't miss it! Lisbon is full of hills but the apartment is conveniently located at the beginning of the hill so it was never too difficult to get to. Some people think that the city center is too noisy at night, because there are always people who party until late, personally it didn't bother me and I slept great, the bed was also really comfortable. We traveled with children and the apartment was perfect, very large, with a fully equipped kitchenette so that we ate breakfast and dinner that we cooked in the apartment. There is also a washing machine with a dryer. The staff is very friendly and efficient! They were available to us for any question and request on WhatsApp and really tried to help with everything. Especially the wonderful Andreia Rodrigues. It was a perfect stay and we really enjoyed it! We already miss beautiful Lisbon very much.

Keep in mind that if you need to store your belongings, there is no such option at the apartment hotel and you will be directed to another property under their management near Rossio Square. It's not a relatively long walking distance, but with luggage it's not the most convenient. We took a taxi there and it was worth the investment (about 12 euros, depending on how busy the traffic is), because in any case, every storage place near the apartment charges at least 5 euros per suitcase and is not necessarily open 24 hours

Air conditioning excellent during a heat wave. Beds and bedding high quality and comfortable. Beautiful windows were effectively triple glazed and the apartment was quiet despite quite a lot of activity outside until late at night. Facilities are extensive and a family of four could comfortably stay for a week. Always answers to queries came quickly. Probably AI but relevant.

Two suggestions for improvement. 1. A handrail on the stairs 2. Shower trays are very slippery (showers are great!). Mats and handles would help to avoid damaging falls.

Our apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The location is amazing - walking distance to the centre and all major attractions. Only 45 minutes in the metro from the airport. The apartments are really great sizes and were perfect for our first trip abroad as a family as the sliding doors meant we could have our own space in the evenings whilst our daughter slept. The kitchen area is perfectly acceptable for a short stay - we cooked dinner there two nights. The staff were absolutely lovely and amazing - thank you all so much for making our stay so lovely ❤️

The unit is quite beautiful and is well appointed. The host has an eye for detail, and the welcoming gifts were a classy and pleasant surprise. The location is central, noise was not an issue for us at all. The bed was very comfy and the couches turned out to be equally confortable which was a surprise. Accessible location, lots of great restaurants nearby and pink street the market are but a few steps away. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

The cost seemed high in comparison to other location, but this is Lisbon. Big cities are costlier.

Everything. The apartment was spacious and clean, close to great cafe and restaurants. Shopping was easy as supermarket just around the corner and walking distance from most things. Apartment cleaned and change of bedlinen, towels etc half way through our stay. Mathilde was really helpful and friendly.

It was in a great "hip" area so a little noise when people going home after an evening out. But it's Lisbon, we're on holidays, so we could sleep in!

Everything was exceptional. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions we had via WhatsApp. The apartment is gorgeous. It had everything one could need. We really thought the welcome box was a lovely touch. And having the coffee/espresso pods was so helpful. There was cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The couches that double as additional beds were so comfy. The neighborhood was great walking one. Restaurants, cafes, shops, all close by.

Can't say a bad thing about this stay.
