This hotel is my favorite during my 11-day trip: it has fancy design and furniture, plenty of convenient charging socket locations (often other hotels have insufficient outlets or they are not easily accessible), unusual light switches, a very warm central heating system, a thoughtful bathroom counter design (this is the only hotel in this trip where the washbasin counter can accommodate both my and my wife's toiletries), two balconies (one of which has a view of the river), drinks in the Mini Bar, complete tableware and kitchen appliances, a garage with a fixed parking space... and much more. Moreover, the hotel staff meets us at check-in to introduce us to the various parts of the room. I would stay here again if I visit next time.

Great location, just next to pink street and a few mins walk to Mercado da Ribeira. We reserved a deluxe apartment, a nice sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed in the main bedroom, the best thing is they have two doors to separate the rooms so we can enjoy a very quiet time at night.

When you walk inside the living room, you can feel the floor is moving and you can hear the creaking sound of it. There're two entrances, which is great. But if you get into the apartment through ground floor entrance, you will need to carry your luggage up for a staircase of 20+ steps.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the property is right next to the famous 'Pink Street' where the nightlife is great.

A non-issue, but the TV would not allow us to connect to it and there where limited channels available. A smart TV with apps such as YouTube and Netflix installed would've been beneficial. Additionally, I found slight issues with the shower facilities. A few times I would shower in the morning and then again in the afternoon, however the afternoon shower could not be too long, as the water would turn cold and would not return to a warm temperature.

A comfortable, spacious, stylish apartment in a good location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower, good WiFi. Good communication from the owners before we arrived on how to access the building and the apartment, including a video. Access to the building and our apartment was via an app that we had to download to our phone before arriving (so good to have international roaming on, or a local SIM) but after that we could just use the supplied key cards provided in the apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants around, plenty of night life, but we heard very little noise. Good location close to a station so that it was easy for us to get to the airport by train.

It was OK for us, but the elevator is one floor up, so if you have difficulty with mobility or have heavy luggage, you need to get up one flight of stairs first. As I said, was not a problem for us but people should be aware of this.

Property is on a side street and doesn't look like much. Once inside, our apt. was beautifully renovated. It has central A/C and the kitchen and bathrooms were redone very nicely. There is no manager on site. But he can be contacted by WhatsApp and the response was always within five minutes. The location was very good, Close to everything we wanted to see and a cute cafe that had a nice breakfast every morning. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job.

One side of the building could only be accessed by steep stairs without a banister. But the elevator, once you reached the top of the stairs was brand new.

Check in instructions with video were clear, and useful. Communication with host was easy and responsive. Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars, although a very busy part of Lisbon next to pink street. We had 2 rooms, one was very quiet no noise, although they had complimentary earplugs if required. The other room was much noisier and no earplug’s provided. The rooms had mini fridges which were very convenient and the complimentary water was appreciated. The air con worked well, and was very quiet.

The blinds did not block a lot of light, so sleeping mask may be required if sensitive to light. The property has 2 entrances, one has a set of stairs which is more convenient when going out however there is no hand rail, which can be an issue for mobility challenged. The other entrance only has 2 stairs, however if you exit here it is a bit of a downhill walk to get to restaurants. We experienced several problems with the keys to the rooms, we were able to get in with the app, but the keys would not work to open the doors, we got that resolved, then the door would not lock. We were able to contact the host quickly to resolve the issues remotely. It is a struggle to open the doors each time, as the door knobs are not always responsive to the key card.

The location is fabulous. Half block from Pink Street and just around corner to Time Out Market and multiple other great cafes and restaurants. Easy walking distance to waterfront and so many Lisbon sights. Room was spacious and we had a great view from the terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No daily cleaning. No hair conditioner. No coffee in room despite having an espresso machine, no pods were provided. The room doors slam HARD and our neighbors came in and out all night and slammed their door Everytime. Other than that it was peaceful and quiet.

A very beautiful apartment – stylish, spacious, clean, and tidy. The bed is super comfortable, and the shower has strong, luxurious water pressure. The location is central and very convenient for walking tours. Despite being in the city center, it's completely quiet at night. There’s a paid parking lot right across the street – highly recommended to reserve in advance if you're coming by car, as there's no parking in the area. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended – if we come to Lisbon again, we’ll definitely stay here.

We were very happy with the location. In particular, it was around 10 minutes walk to the Time Out Market and the railway station; and, around 30 minutes upslope to the Praça Luís de Camões the historic square where we had our first Bifana (pork fillet sandwich) at the O Trevo. It was very convenient to go to Belem (for the tower and the Pasteis de Nata) and Cascais (the beach resort town). There were also a lot of historic sites around the property that are within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and helpful; and, very responsive. We were met at the door by one of the staff for our check-in. We had requested for one more hand towel past 10 pm and expected it to be brought to us in the morning; to our surprise it was delivered to our door within 10 minutes. All communications were through WhatsApp, and, everything went well.

Nothing in particular that we did not like.

The room design was quite interesting. It was a top floor room so not very sunny, but they tried to compensate with sunlight windows in the ceiling. The bathroom was nice, but there was no shelf in it to put any toiletries on. The balcony had a partial ocean view, which was nice. The host left a few beers for us in the fridge as a welcome gesture, which we appreciated.

Parking spot was at a very steep angle, at the top level of the garage. Not easy to park if not used to this kind of parking. The fridge in the room was very small.
