This hotel is my favorite during my 11-day trip: it has fancy design and furniture, plenty of convenient charging socket locations (often other hotels have insufficient outlets or they are not easily accessible), unusual light switches, a very warm central heating system, a thoughtful bathroom counter design (this is the only hotel in this trip where the washbasin counter can accommodate both my and my wife's toiletries), two balconies (one of which has a view of the river), drinks in the Mini Bar, complete tableware and kitchen appliances, a garage with a fixed parking space... and much more. Moreover, the hotel staff meets us at check-in to introduce us to the various parts of the room. I would stay here again if I visit next time.

Great location, just next to pink street and a few mins walk to Mercado da Ribeira. We reserved a deluxe apartment, a nice sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed in the main bedroom, the best thing is they have two doors to separate the rooms so we can enjoy a very quiet time at night.

When you walk inside the living room, you can feel the floor is moving and you can hear the creaking sound of it. There're two entrances, which is great. But if you get into the apartment through ground floor entrance, you will need to carry your luggage up for a staircase of 20+ steps.

A comfortable, spacious, stylish apartment in a good location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower, good WiFi. Good communication from the owners before we arrived on how to access the building and the apartment, including a video. Access to the building and our apartment was via an app that we had to download to our phone before arriving (so good to have international roaming on, or a local SIM) but after that we could just use the supplied key cards provided in the apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants around, plenty of night life, but we heard very little noise. Good location close to a station so that it was easy for us to get to the airport by train.

It was OK for us, but the elevator is one floor up, so if you have difficulty with mobility or have heavy luggage, you need to get up one flight of stairs first. As I said, was not a problem for us but people should be aware of this.

We were very happy with the location. In particular, it was around 10 minutes walk to the Time Out Market and the railway station; and, around 30 minutes upslope to the Praça Luís de Camões the historic square where we had our first Bifana (pork fillet sandwich) at the O Trevo. It was very convenient to go to Belem (for the tower and the Pasteis de Nata) and Cascais (the beach resort town). There were also a lot of historic sites around the property that are within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and helpful; and, very responsive. We were met at the door by one of the staff for our check-in. We had requested for one more hand towel past 10 pm and expected it to be brought to us in the morning; to our surprise it was delivered to our door within 10 minutes. All communications were through WhatsApp, and, everything went well.

Nothing in particular that we did not like.

The room design was quite interesting. It was a top floor room so not very sunny, but they tried to compensate with sunlight windows in the ceiling. The bathroom was nice, but there was no shelf in it to put any toiletries on. The balcony had a partial ocean view, which was nice. The host left a few beers for us in the fridge as a welcome gesture, which we appreciated.

Parking spot was at a very steep angle, at the top level of the garage. Not easy to park if not used to this kind of parking. The fridge in the room was very small.

The exchange of keys was so easy. I like that the attendant followed up and share with us details. I like that they communicate with me before we checked into the room via whatsapp. The complimentary drinks was a nice touch after our walk in. The location is perfect pink street is right out your window, you are in the heart of it all. The windows were perfect you couldnt hear outside unless the door or window to the patio was open. I stayed on the 2 mattress on the ground (b/c I had inconsiderate friends... story for another time) and it felt sooooo comfy. Better than the mattress I have at home. They did a good job I will be back again.

Sucks that there was no iron in the room to iron our clothes and where the coffee and tea station is the roof is low and I hit my head on the roof twice before getting use to the room layout.

The room itself is very clean and comfortable; we had a huge soft bed, good pillows. The handover was great, the staff are very communicative. The room is so, so well sound-proofed (two layers of windows / doors) that you can't really hear any of the partying happening outside, and they give earplugs for those even louder nights.

The location is a positive in how central it is, but it's a negative in terms how party-central it is (some may see this as a positive!). It's sat on Pink Street which has become a big tourist party magnet, with blasting music until 2-3am on weekends. If this isn't really your scene, this may not be the best place for you.

I came with my Husband and we stayed for 4 nights as our first visit to Lisbon. This ISNT a hotel, more like separate apartments in one building block over 4/5 floors i think. We stayed in 1A overlooking Rua de Sao Paulo and some of Pink Street. One of the bars is open until 6am.......but it didn't bother us too much and ear plugs were provided in the room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a drop and go stay. A few drinks as complimentary in the fridge was a nice compliment. The room was cleaned/ beds made etc once in the 4 day stay which was fine by us. The staff responded quickly to whats app messages and communicated well. Went out for dinner 3 times within a 5 minute walk of the hotel and they were great !! Go to Time Out Market if you can - 5 minute walk...great for some quick food and drink. Great transport links around the city, tram,bus,train,taxi etc

There weren't any major issues to be honest. The advert was true to word

Cais Urban Lodge was excellent. The room and building itself was modern and in the most perfect location (over the road from Pink Street). On arrival, we were shown the facilities which helped us trying to figure it all out! Beds were comfy and the shower had many amenities. Our room also came with a balcony which was lovely for the morning, and had a great view from afar. Tv was equipped with chrome-cast. Mini fridge also came with free beers and other drinks at a cost. We were able to keep our luggage at their other property which was a 3 minute walk away, upon asking them on whatsapp. Which helped us explore Lisbon even better on the day of travelling back home.

Wasn’t the cleanest. When leaving luggage at other property didn’t feel to secure, as all bags were all in a room which wasn’t necessarily monitored.

The staff and host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. They were so so so helpful with directions on how to get there as well as helping with our luggage and communicating very quick to any queries I had. My brother lost his earbud and they message straight away to let us know. I would definitely visit again because it was so comfortable and situated in a great location which was close by to everything.

I was a little confused on arrival with the room because it was advertised as a three bed but when we arrived it was a 1 room with open plan kitchen and dining room, and one bed was two bed put together which kept moving apart and the other bed was a mattress on the floor in the corner. I though there was a stairs or another bed so I was a little thrown off three people sharing one room when the pictures showed that there was stairs and there wasn't. So maybe some in-accurate advertising there
