Pretty good location right next to the metro, close to port, short walk into town. Staff are friendly and are there 24/7. The dorm beds are comfortable and private with curtains.
We found it really hard to find and there were no instructions on how to get there. Basically, it’s in the station but you have to exit the doors (kind of near the Starbucks to the right) and then turn right and you should find a flag and the door. So the entry is on the outside of the station by the bus stop. Hope that helps anyone

Staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and bar made it an easy way to meet people!
The showers are very small and a bit uncomfortable to use.

Great central location for those seeking to travel by train or metro as is just few steps away, there is restaurants and shops nearby, lisbon shore 100m away for a nice stroll along the coast, friendly and helpful staff members, great kitchen facility and amazing roof terrace, overall great value for money with lots of activities and tours organized everyday by staff
Took a while to find where the entrance is as the sign for entrance is a bit confusing and the entrance doors look abandoned, also the hostel is located in the train station and the windows open to inside of train station hall so expect lots of loud announcements on the speakers at any given time. The top bunk bed was a bit hard to get into and there were no towels provided. Some of the doors were dragging along the floor and making a lot of noise.

I loved how clean was that for a hostel and the location near the station. The staff was great to include my friend in my booking in the last minute. The swimming looked nice but we didn't have time to try unfortunately. However, they could tidy up a bit more the rooftop, lots of trash outside of the bins and glasses and bottles in everywhere, needs a bit of maintenance too. If you like a quiet neighbourhood that is not the right place for you. Also they do check in 24h ,what is fine ,but the a member of staff came after 23h and turn on the lights to show the bedroom for a person and I didn't have all curtains in my bed available unfortunately, also she shut the door quite loudly.

Very central location, from the moment we arrived all staff were super helpful and welcoming. It felt very secure as the main door was via controlled access from reception. This meant only guest got entry. The room was exceptionally clean, had fresh linen and daily cleans. We had a double ensuite which was beautiful. The windows were soundproof, however we slept most of the time with them open and weren't disturbed with the train station noise. The pool area was open as we booked it mainly for this. It was clean and overlooked the river, beautiful views from it. I hadn't stayed in a hostel in over 20 years and this one I'd definitely return to. There was a fridge in the room with complementary water, soft drinks and snacks, very thoughtful. There was ample shelving and hangers for all your luggage. TV in room with internet access, very easy to use remote, all instructions in English. Super comfy bed also with comfy pillows too. The shared areas were kept very clean, including the shared toilet and shower room. It was Nov and we had great weather, we unfortunately did not join in on the events in the hostel, this was our one regret. It looked great fun and a great way to mingle with other guests. I read previous reviews about the noise level from the bar, our room was close to this with no disturbances with noise. For a hostel I'd say it's fantastic, don't hesitate. It's clean, safe and staff are exceptionally accommodating from check in to departure we had no issues or complaints. Big shout out to Ruben...super! For solo travellers I'd highly recommend here. You'll meet lots of people and the group nights will ensure you mingle and have some good old fashioned fun in a safe group. There is a sign on the way in saying this is a hostel, it is but a great one. Coded access to room corridors and rooms, no issues with either, very easy access.
Nothing.

This Hostel has the most perfect location! On top of the train station that takes one to Belém and Cascais, a 15 to 20-minute walk to Castelo de São Jorge, 3-minute walk to the Time Out Market and other great food options. We stayed for 3 nights in a private room with private bathroom, which was impeccable clean. Our bed was even made every day, which we did not expect.
The only problem we had was that our room had its window (kind of antique-like, fitting to the aura of the train station but also with a few milimetre gap that wouldn’t let it close all the way) turned to the rooftop bar, which was pretty loud after 10pm. We are the kind of travelers that wake up at 6 am and are in bed by 10pm, so it took us some getting used to the noise - and ear plugs after the second night.

Such an interesting hostel right on top of a train station. The beds have curtains and there's plenty of luggage space under them too. As a notoriously clumsy person I was so relieved to see it was all access with passcodes. The terrace was so so so nice and super central place you can walk everywhere!
(just a tip for winter months) As mentioned, the building is part of an old train station, so the windows does let in some cold air. If you as a guest are sensitive to that, get a good night hood and scarf. I slept right next to the window and was fine with a small scarf apart from a cold nose.

- Exceptional location - 1min to the sea and metro station. Also Time Out Market only 3minute walk away - Rooftop Bar is very nice - Staff very friendly
- Toilet/bathroom is not separated for men and women. - Locker for the person who is sleeping at the top side of the bed is directly next to the person who is sleeping below. So its hard to open the locker without bothering/waking up the person who is sleeping below.

Great location, great access to all transports an key points in the city, good size of rooms, clean and comfortable beds, space for storage, clean private bathroom. Staff: very helpfull and warm. Albano, the argentinian guy from Rosario, was very nice and welcoming. Extra data that I discover there: Its a proper hostel chain (have many locations in Portugal) and that is not explain in the description of booking, I think that also would help for its brand positioning.
I felt that they didnt invite u enough to the activities that they organized at the hostel, so I think they could improve that communication with the guests.

Nothing beats their location; above the train station and meters away from numerous tram/bus stops! Pink street is just 2 minutes away, Timeout market at 5 minutes, Rua Augusta Arc at 10 minutes, just to mention a few. The rooftop bar is a suburb addition to the property that offers a great views and vibes day and night! Room was ridiculously clean for a hostel!
A bit overpriced for a hostel, can find an airbnb or a higher category hotel at the price range of their double room with private bathroom if not booking last minute or during peak season. It was noisy when windows were open and when residents did not comply with the quiet hours. Breakfast could be improved with some more additions.
