Very good location and friendly staff. We were there on the day of the infamous electricity blackout, so not a fair comparison on things not working. But the staff was super helpful during the process. Good breakfast!

The location is awkward to get in and out with no parking (even temporary) in front of the hotel. So you need to park 100m away and bring the luggage through steep street and around 10 steps. Normally not an issue unless you are travelling with loads of luggage and/or family with small children and elderly (which was our case).

We found LX Boutique to be a lovely hotel. We had a very spacious and well decorated corner room overlooking 'R. do Alecrim' and 'Pink Street'. The bed was comfortable, there was lots of storage, and we had plenty of light from 3 large windows.

Unfortunately we made a mistake in not shutting one of our windows correctly, the windows open in two directions and had to be slammed shut. This meant that the noise coming from Pink Street was very loud for two nights (Monday and Tuesday), which made it difficult to sleep. Once we'd realised our mistake, the closed windows made a difference, but we still struggled to sleep through heavy bass music until 4.30am on the Wednesday. This is to be considered when booking any hotel close to Pink Street. The room did as much as it could with double glazing and large shutters to keep out the noise. We also found that the shower and the sink drains were quite smelly after two days, we had to keep the en-suite door closed as often as possible.

Location was great. Front Office and Restaurant staff were always helpful. Special mention to Bruno at the desk!

Rooms don’t get cleaned before 4 pm. Housekeepers do not acknowledge guests when you come across them in hallways, no smile no greeting. It’s as if you don’t exist. On our last night we had to wake up at 230 AM for an early flight but hardly got any sleep cause the fire alarm kept going off!

From the moment we arrived at LX Boutique Hotel, we were treated like royalty. The service was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay truly unforgettable. I was celebrating my birthday during the trip, and Anna, along with the incredible team, went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. From personalized touches in the room to heartfelt gestures throughout our stay, everything felt so genuine and warm. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and style, and its location couldn’t be better for exploring Lisbon. Thank you, Anna and the whole team, for creating such wonderful memories for us. We can’t wait to return!

I've stayed at this hotel on more than a few occasions and have not been disappointed.It is beautifully appointed in a lovely setting .There is a lovely bar and restaurant in the hotel,Breakfast was good, beds are comfortable .The Hotel is located in a prime location close to all you really need ,near by retail shops ,Pubs and Restaurants . The Tagus is a very short walk from the Hotel.

MY bedroom view was to the back of the building so not much to see but the building opposite but this wasn't a problem the Hotels other aspects made up for this!

We recently stayed at LX Boutique Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with its prime location and charming atmosphere. Situated close to the old town, it’s ideal for exploring Lisbon’s history, vibrant streets, and local culture. The hotel is also perfectly located for those who love dining out, with fantastic restaurants and lively bars just a short walk away. The room was lovely, featuring a stunning view of the river, which provided a peaceful and scenic backdrop. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. A particularly memorable touch was the afternoon offering of port wine and pastéis de nata for guests—a delightful way to enjoy a taste of Lisbon. Overall, LX Boutique Hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

What didn’t we like about the hotel? Nothing at all—it was perfect in every way!

Great hotel, great staff. Pay attention to all the reviews, you will NOT get good sleep here even with the supplied ear plugs unless you are on the 4th floor. This hotel is in the bar district practically on PINK street, lots of people and traffic noise. The worst is the DISCO next door which is open every single night till 6am, where people go once the bars close at 2am. The hotel staff graciously moved us to the 4th floor after we said we couldn’t sleep for the first 2 nights, but even then we still used earplugs.

We got upgraded to the suite. The views are stunning from the rooftop terrace. Style of the hotel is very tasteful, and rooms are super comfortable. Everything is super clean and comfy. It was really cute they had free pastries and port wine every day. Staff were very friendly and professional.

There were some workers doing a paintjob outside on the terrace which as such is no problem. But they were staring at us which made it hard to ignore them. You have to drag your luggage up a few stairs when you enter the hotel from the street, but that's minor.

Second stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to the Cais do Sodre train station and the riverfront. We had a quiet room at the back of the building so not troubled by noise from outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. Port and pastel de nata in the afternoon are a nice touch. Opposite the hotel entrance is a Portuguese restaurant L-Tasca which was very good. There are also a couple of cafes by the roundabout which do a good choice of breakfast.

Clean and spacious room we have, great view at river and monument, pastel and Porto every day afternoon that was nice touch . Location was good, not great but metro, tram and bus station was just across the street.

Very noisy at night because Pink street is around the corner, although hotel gives you ear plugs and if you can sleep with that you will be fine. Take breakfast once and didn’t like it, poor choice of everything in very dark room.
