It was clean and spacious with lots of storage options. Good central location especially walking distance from a train station and very good restaurants.

It was too close to a bar that was rowdy until 4:00 a.m. The laundry facilities were difficult to find and were insufficient to accommodate guests and the hotel staff. In addition, the ability to make change for the machines was difficult.

Good functioning AC in the apartment. 5. Kitchen well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans and everything else. You can cook simple breakfasts or meal easily. 5. Shower gel, shampoo, handwash, dishwashing liquid all provided. 6. Enough big towels were also provided 7. There is a self service washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the apartment. Very convenient! 8. Pedro the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Really appreciate his help in many things. He always replied to our queries promptly. 9. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable but not the sofa beds in the living room. EXCELLENT LOCATION! Very near to Tram & Train and also an easy point for Bolt or Uber pick up.

1. Not enough bright lights when night time. 2. The extra queen bed for 2 pax was NOT COMFORTABLE at all. We booked for 6 pax in 2 bedroom apartment, so they made a bed out of a sofa bed in the living room but the mattress was uneven and the metal frame around the mattress was higher than the mattress so it was very UNCOMFORTABLE. 3. Rubbish bins were only in the bathroom and kitchen cabinet. Please provide rubbish bins in the rooms as well. 4. The TV remote controller was not working.

The apartment was very clean, a great size and perfect for our city break to Lisbon. It was an amazing location and everything we needed was on our doorstep. Our host Pedro was a godsend! He was so much more than helpful, really kind and showed us all the best places to eat, booked our reservations for us in the best spots and told us about unique historical / cultural places for us to experience and was always available at any time which we really appreciated. Thank you to Pedro for being a huge factor in making our trip to Lisbon so perfect!

Being in the city centre it was a little loud at night as our room was positioned next to a bar so we could hear the noise from outside for one night but the rest of our stay was perfect.

Fantastic view, creatively designed rooms in the clocktower. A unique experience! Close to all kinds off traffic. Superb restaurant just a floor below.

You should know, that they turn the tower lights on between 18:15 and 07:45. (in February) That means that the two clocks in the living room are lit from the inside, and the tower itself and the two balconies are lit from the outside. But since the bedroom has good shades and curtains, it means no bother, if anything, it adds to the mood. Also since the clocks are working, they give a soft buzz every minute. It's in the living room, so you won't hear it upstairs in the bedroom, also, you get used to it after 10 minutes, if you are not supersensitive to sounds.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to the Timeout Market and metro/bus station. It was nice to have an elevator for getting to the apartment with heavy luggage/a stroller. The building was very quiet and we heard no noise throughout our stay from any neighbors. Make sure to check out the bar/restaurant on the top floor of the building.

One of the mornings there was no hot water which made for some very cold and quick showers. The door to the bathroom was a little hard to close as it would drag on the floor and make a lot of noise.

Breakfast was a bit boring. It's not good to eat the same thing for five days. They could change the content a bit. The location of the accommodation is perfect, everything is close, all forms of transport are easily accessible. The size, layout and equipment of the apartment are great. The beds are comfortable.

Personal concierge (Rodrigo) made the check-in easy and smooth, and was there to answer any questions we had! The breakfast box delivered each day was exceptional and on time.

Only even better if, is if there were options for spare towels throughout the stay. The cleaners did try and come in half way through the stay, but this was around 6PM, when we were getting ready to go out, so asked to come back tomorrow and never did. The apartment did not need a clean but spare towels would have been handy!

Best location and very nice and spacious apartment! To every best spot in the city, you have it on foot. Time Out Market next to the building, which is perfect spot :)

For someone who likes to get rest and well sleep - a little bit too noisy. In the Time Out Market is a night club and people are very loud until 5am. We have apartment on second floor and it was not easy to sleep.

Spacious and elegant appartment located in the historic center of Lisbon, walking distance to many sights, lendmarks and the waterfront. It is also close to various great restaurants and to the Lisbon Time Out Market. There is also a small playground just in park across the street. The instructions to locate and access the place were easy to follow and the communication with the owners was straightforward. The appartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The furnishings were modern and looked like new. Everything operated perfectly and we didn't run into any issues. The appartment didn't have its own washing machine, but a laundry room was available in the building. Overall, our stay in this appartment was very pleasant and enjoyable, and we considered it great value for money.

Comfy, great location, lots of amenities and great and helpful staff. Nuno was very helpful with tips of what to do, visit, where to eat (outside of the normal tourist traps). Lots of restaurants, near timeout market, supermarkets and transportation hub nearby. Despite being close to active nightlife clubs nearby, the noise wasn't hear in the apartment.

Personally, I like to sleep in complete darkness. This beautiful building doesn't have shutters, and the existing blinds are not installed in a way that doesn't block light in the bedroom.
