Stunning view, really central location, less than 5 minutes walk from Time Out and Cais do Sodre station, and uphill only a few minutes walk to Chiado. Tiago was really helpful on arrival, and gift of wine was lovely as was the terrace of the apartment.

There are a lot of steps both outside and inside (no lift in building), which would be tricky if you are less mobile or if there are a lot of bags to carry.

The property was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Lisbon.

The interior stairs to get to the apartment were the one item we did not care for but a notice was posted in the ad regarding the stairs. Fortunately for being in our 70’s, we are in decent shape.

Location is wonderful, facilities are perfect bar the water heater.

The water heater kept cutting out, our host advised us how to reset but the water would run cold if you didn't reset when water was running. Very annoying.

The location was perfect, easy access to so many shops and restaurants, as well as public transportation. Paula was very responsive and helpful!

Location was very central with lovely view of the river.Laura, the young woman who was there to welcome us was absolutely excellent. She was very professional, carried luggage up three flights of stairs and returned on the morning of our departure to be of assistance also. She was particularly helpful in sourcing a taxi for us and waited to ensure it arrived as 2 previous taxis didn't turn up. She is a major asset to the company.The staff in the office where we left our luggage were also very pleasant and helpful.

No lift in the building so 3 narrow flights of stairs had to be negotiated. Very low couch in the living area and it also needs 1-2 armchairs. The front door and the communal hallway are very shabby and need to be painted.

The apartment has a good terrace.

It took us an hour to check in. While I completed all the information online before arriving at the property, the two hosts asked many questions, completed forms and performed a bureaucratic process. 200 Euros for deposit. The hosts were not well behaved. This apartment is not worth this price at all. 750 Euros for 3 nights was very expensive for the value of nothing. It was a party all night. Noisy neighbors. Not recommended for families. Most of kitchen electronic appliances are broken. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a very old building. No elevator and with many unsuitable stairs, especially for children. The apartment has no sound insulation. And the noise of the neighbours prevents sleep and rest.
