The location was excellent! Walking distance to time out marked and other places in the area, and we used Uber which was quite cheap wherever we wanted to go. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but for 3 days was enough of choice.

The smell in our room! We were I supposed under the ground or something like that. Without windows only something like a corridor! Our room smelled like feet or something like it. Very unpleasant!!! Lucky we weren’t that much inside but kid of ruined our stay.

Amazing location, you can get great view of sunset from terrace or from "Miraduoro de santa catarina", which is 20meters from this hotel location. Amazing staff, they were always smiling, welcoming, informative and take care of you. Claudia and Gabrielle were amazing. Amazing services, everything was great - hospitality, cleaning, breakfast. Rooms were quiet, good and comfortable bed.

I am a 45 years old male traveller. The breakfast at the roof top is amazing, you get everything: fresh vegetables, fruits, ham and eggs, cakes, cheese, different teas, coffee, different jellies, different breads, etc, its really really nice. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can easily explore the city from here (by foot). There are a lot of nice places to eat in a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff is gentle and friendly, we have enjoyed our stay very much. We can fully recommend it!

Due to the good insulation of the windows the air in our room was not the freshest, so we needed to ventilate a lot, otherwise the air got a bit musty. (We had a room on the groundfloor.)

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon, and the highlight was undoubtedly the incredibly solicitous staff—always ready to help and make us feel at home. Special thanks to Pedro, Pamela, Felipe, and both Claudias for their warmth and attentiveness! The location is fantastic, with picturesque spots like the iconic Line 28 cable car, beautiful miradouros, great restaurants, and Praça Camões all within a 5-minute walk. Just a heads-up: the hotel isn't directly accessible by Uber, but it's a short and easy walk from drop-off points. We traveled with our 3-year-old, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. We truly felt welcomed and would absolutely stay here again.

During the weekend, the surroundings felt a bit shady at night, but we noticed that the area is quickly and consistently patrolled by police, which helped us feel safe.

like everyone else says the location is amazing! I feel very lucky to have found this last minute. The gorgeous historical aspect of the neighborhood and the convenience of walking to things both convenient and ionically cultural can’t be beat. The hospitality and staff is also top level. Eating breakfast on the rooftop is the best. Plus an elevator! * A Good thing to know is that this place is on a hill, all the streets are beautiful cobblestone, and Rideshare cannot enter the immediate area. — it’s a steep walk up if you enter from the Time Out Market entry Area, but if you map the church of Saint Catherine and walk from there it’s much easier. Call and Take advantage of the hotel private cab service when getting to and from airport and trains.

The breakfast on the rooftop bar was great with some variety. The staff there very helpful and the receptionist gave us a lot of recommendations for our stay.There`s a 3 storied skyline bar next to the hotel, where we enjoyed a great city view. At the last day they let us deposit our luggage after checking out, which was also great. - The street felt "safe", we hadn't been offered drugs like in some other streets.

- Included in our booking. com booking was a driver, which couldn`t drive in the street to the hotel - and the drive was a bit adventerous. - Maybe the skyline bar next to the hotel - they had some music going - but it wasn`t so loud or long, I think.

Amazing location - in one of the most beautiful old districts of Lisbon, but outside of the touristic crowd whilst close to everything by walk. The room was not super big but that was not the most expensive one, this had a neutral and charming decoration and this faced a very nice quiet street - with the incredible Lisbon light. Incredible view from the roof top lounge. Awesome breakfast (everything seems to be hand made, real orange juice). But the best in this hotel is the staff, always helpful, professional and friendly - arranged everything for us, and even shared restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay - thank you !!.

This was not cheap, but this was within the range of the prices in Lisbon at this moment of time.

Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and amazing views from rooftop breakfast room. Loved the fact that you could go up to rooftop room and help yourself to tea, coffee, water and leftover pastries from breakfast throughout the day. All staff were exemplary from the reception staff to the breakfast staff but special shout out to Gabriel and the cook! Only 20 minutes walk to Time Out market and tram, coach and metro although be aware very steep walk back. It's next to a viewpoint where it's very therapeutic to have a beer or Aperol Spritz! Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby and easy walk to commercial square. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is stunning! You walk up to the hotel thinking… what a cute little place, but then you get inside and all of a sudden it’s got a lot of floors and there’s space to move and you think… this is not what I expected! It’s more!! It has quite possibly the best view of any hotel in Lisbon of the water and Almada across the ocean. Then there’s the rooftop patio with the daily free breakfast that is not comparable to anything I’ve ever experienced. They have their own chickens that they use the eggs for the guests… and you can taste the difference. Imagine sitting on a rooftop enjoying an amazing free breakfast, sipping some coffee with a view that just makes you love life!? Nothing like it in this world. The staff is also amazing. They will go out of the way to come up to the roof just to say “I saw you coming upstairs and I wanted to make sure I said good morning to you”. I felt genuinely cared for for my entire stay. The best part… they don’t overcharge you. The value on this hotel is amazing. I would come back any time that I can because it brought me so much more enjoyment to my trip. It made me get to see Lisbon from all sides and I’m so grateful for that!

Everything was perfect.:: too perfect almost… hmmmm LOL!!!

The hotel is located next to one of the best viewpoints in the city. Tourists gather at this viewpoint to enjoy the sunset and the New Year's fireworks, while we were able to experience all of this from the hotel’s rooftop, in the garden area of the bar. The staff is incredibly friendly and provided many useful tips and recommendations. The breakfast was excellent.

One small downside is the toilet, which is a partitioned part of the room rather than a separate space. It’s ok for a couple, but it could be a bit inconvenient for a family or a group of friends.
