I liked the location and the price. Everything is brand new, clean, and fully functional. It's a great choice if you prefer modern, freshly built hotels. But if you're looking for cozy, home-like charm, this might not be the right fit.

I really disliked the check-in process. The desk asked way too many questions, and the website kept freezing—I had to restart multiple times. To make things worse, we really needed the bathroom but were stuck dealing with check-in. The apartment was on the first floor, which was disappointing since the photos had shown a loft. It was quite noisy—doors were talking constantly, and the tram outside was loud in the morning. That said, once we closed the doors and shades, we managed to get back to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto! It was the perfect location to explore Lisbon with lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance (excellent coffee & breakfast at The Mill coffee shop at the corner). The apartment is clean, spacious and bright with lots of windows (which you could close along with shutters to block out any sound). Excellent water pressure in the shower was a bonus. Fabio was great in helping with the check-in process (as I was having some challenges figuring it out) and he was able to get us a cot for a friend who joined us for a couple of nights at the last minute.

Minor annoyances that wouldn't change my recommendation: the toilet wasn't very strong -- you had to wait several minutes after flushing to flush again. The hair dryer was quite weak and would shut off after a minute (so you had to wait for it to cool down to continue using it).

The studio was very comfortable. Although it’s a studio, the sleeping area is slightly separated from the rest of the space, which made it feel more spacious. The location was perfect for me, as I was attending a conference at ISEG. There were no physical keys, but we found the instructions for accessing the apartment easy to follow, and we had no issues getting in. The studio was well equipped and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The access is through a street with rubbish bins, but this is probably outside the control of the property managers.

Really enjoyed Lisbon and this property is well placed to do that. This property is on the legendary Tram 28 route with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Its about 10-15 mins walk to the central/river area. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned every day.

There is a lengthy online check in process with these properties, yet upon arrival you need to call a remote reception to gain entrance to the property, where you then check in again before receiving an access code for the main door and apartment door. Thereafter, all worked well and reception answered swiftly. The access lane is a back street for 2 cafe's, therefore be prepared to see bins and rubbish near the access of the property.

Good size of the room and bathroom, all necessary stuff in the kitchen, clean and comfortable place in a calm area, walking distance to the city center and train station

Check-in was a bit tricky (although I didn't do my homework, it might have been easier if I'd checked in online beforehand). If you use the kiosk to check in, don't forget to take a picture of the codes you get, as they won't be sent to your email (at least mine didn't). The daily cleaning was sometimes a bit funny: one day they skipped it (I wouldn't worry if it wasn't the day I needed to use the washing machine, and you can only do that if you leave 1 euro for the cleaning staff), the other day they cleaned but didn't leave a dishwasher tablet and took away the toilet roll. The chair and the headboard of the bed may need a little cleaning. All in all, that wasn’t a big deal and I would gladly stay again.

Beautiful big apartment in a great location. The kitchen is well kitted out and we were given plenty of towels. Once the windows and shutters are closed, it's dark and very quiet. Check-in was fine. We struggled with the entry code, but once we called the number by the front door, so.eone answered immediately and helped us. You cannot get in until check in time at 2pm. To use the washing machine, you will need to leave 1 euro for the cleaner, who unlocks it and leaves a washing tab.

Had a nice stay at this apartment. The place had lots of space for a family: bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. The washing machine in the kitchen is a big bonus. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The building is on the edge of Bairro Alto outside of the main touristy areas, which was not a bad thing. Still within a reasonable walking distance to the centre if you don't mind the hills. Tram 28, a must experience, is at the front door. The noise from the tram was part of the Lisbon charm, so we didn't mind it.

The check in and check out process. The check in you can try to do online, which didn't work for us, or at the kiosk downstairs. It's a bit of a process, so pack your patience. For the check there's a QR code on the apartment door. For whatever reason the app that came up was in Dutch, I believe, with no option to change the language. Was not big issue for us though.

A cozy studio in the old town of Lisbon, clean with daily housekeeping; and a comfortable bed. Very easy check-in online. Tramstop in front of the building, several places for breakfast in the area.

The alley to the building was blocked by a car the entire week, and many (smelly) trash cans. There is no Metro stop nearby, so when traveling with heavy suitcases, it's best to take a taxi from the station or airport.

Breakfast not included. Great places to eat round the corner. Well located for eating places. 15 minutes walk to river front or town centre. On tram 28 route.

We were not sent an access code and arrived late in the evening. We tried the bell heard something and was then cut off. Phoned was cut off twice. Eventually got through and after several questions were told the access code but so quickly we couldn’t enter it. Got cut off again. Was then sent the code. Rest of the stay was fine. Would have liked a settee or two comfy chairs in apparent as there were two of us and all pictured shown when booking had a settee.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Bairro Alto, close to restaurants, bars, and public transport. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for a great night’s sleep.

Nothing major—just a minor note that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. Otherwise, everything was great.
