Breakfast was good, but you need to plan for at least an hour to enjoy all of it. The staff was accommodating if we just needed some quick eggs/coffee in the morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was great and the bartender we had the first night was awesome. The beds were also very comfortable.

The location is a bit of a challenge. The property is located in a zone that does not allow you to be easily dropped off in front of the hotel and depending on which side your cab or uber drops you off it can be a steep uphill walk. They do have a way for the front desk to lower the barrier, but the communication barrier with our drivers made it difficult to execute. It would be great if guests could just get a clicker to use. The surrounding neighborhood at night seemed a little suspect.

The hotel is a beautiful historical building located in the heart of the city, with stunning views over the Tejo River. Our suite was very comfy and the staff was very nice. We liked all the small attentions that made our feel welcome. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the small pool area.

The bathroom was cozy but the bathtub space could be a bit bigger. Maybe it would be better to skip the bathtub altogether and install a spacious shower. But that's entirely our personal preference, not the hotel's fault.

Very nice location (atop of the hill overviewing the river and the city), incredibly goood hospitality of the staff! and the stylish room. Restaurant was quite impressive with unique sets. All in all everything was good.

Best experience to discover Lisbon. The property is impressive, in an old Palace. The staff is focused on every single small detail to make the stay a wonderful experience. Room was very very comfortable, the tailor made breakfast every morning absolutely terrific. The hotel has one of the best rooftop of the city and the view is to die for. The location is perfectly , beautiful view of the old city and the river and so close by to all the action. I will definetely go back again in the future.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Perfect. There is no other way to describe this. The team at the hotel are incredibly attentive and helpful (making recommendations, bookings, and considered small touches to make a stay a beautiful one). The most unexpectedly enjoyable experiences was breakfast. Held around a large family-style table (there are individual tables for those who wish). You sit, enjoy a personalised breakfast of your choosing, next to other hotel guests. Conversation is quiet, but friendly. Guests are similarly interesting and cultured.

Some of the finishings were showing wear and tear. The doors to the hallways are quite old, and therefore some sound is noticeable from other guests moving in and out. The windows are large farmhouse style. But the finishings in the room are tall, meaning everything needs to be rearranged to open/close them. Recommend thinking about moving these around to make it easier for guests.

Absolutely everything! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and very convenient that it finished at midday. The staff were superb and the food available at the rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent, the daily complimentary cake was a very nice touch.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The Building itself is beautiful, impressed even before we set foot inside. The palace is tastefully restored with a light touch to preserve its charm. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. We got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. There were delicious little pastries and chocolates with a whole bottle of prosecco sent up to the room, all complementary. The view out into the square in front and the port in the distance was brilliant. The bed was the biggest bed I have ever slept in! We came back in the evening after room service to more pastries, each evening. The breakfast was impressive! the food just keeps coming. Make sure to get a drink on the roof top bar to start or end your night!

The property is modern, has amazing Character, our room was extremely spacious and the view from the sky bar/restaurant was really nice. The breakfast was served overlooking the pool and river, and was so unique Al a Carte menu. Could not recommend enough! Our room had complimentary wine and cakes served. Our room was on street level (Arch Room) and we could sit on the balcony having room service cocktails whilst watching the buzz of the square.

I would struggle to find fault with anything.

the bars and (fabulous) restaurant are closed on Mondays BUT you can be served "room service" in their elegant drawing room. Shower sprays water all over the bathroom.!

Occasionally the food and beverage service could be slow. The rooftop cocktails were disappointing.
