Excellent position, right in the heart of Lisbon. From here, you can easily reach every hotspot in town. The apartment is cozy, fully equipped and perfectly clean. It is silent, isolation works perfectly and the bed is comfy.

Check-in has been painful, as it's fully automated but the machine doesn't properly read all documents, only passports. Lack of human staff is a con. Pillows are too small, they should be improved for a greater sleeping experience. The washbasin in the bathroom is too small and water is only hot, that should be fixed.

It was very clean and comfortable, close to many restaurants and attractions.

It was not very easy to first of all find the property as the actual address took us to the funicular railway in Rua de Sao Paolo. The actual entrance was to the left hand side of the Milkman cafe. Also, when I tried to contact the owners, there was not a quick response. We tried to use the internal phone in the property but was it was not answered. A message sent at 8pm was answered at 11am the next day. This is not quick enough in an emergency,

Location. It was next to lift but not working at the time. Loved proximity to everything yet despite this very quiet. Excellent quality accommodation and would definitely stay again when in Lisbon

Has no kerb appeal. Looks like disused building at front. Had to press call bell to gain entry for check in. This was easy but then had to lug cases up stairs as lift not working on ground floor. Was working higher up. Bring own tea and coffee as only odd flavours available.

The location was good, everything was within walking distance 👌

Clearer instructions to enter the building as it is located at the funicular and the doorway is on the side of the cafe. We climbed the very steep stairs with our luggage and entered at the rear of the building.

Good location, close to metro and train. Clean modern room. Located close to the Time Out Market and other great eateries. There's lots of urban art in this area of Lisbon.

It was a bit tricky locating the entrance as Google maps led you to the address of the funicular. The entrance door is just to the left of that under the address of 236. This area is about a 16-minute walk from Praça do Comércio area.

Great location, clean and reliable rooms.

We checked in on the way from the airport but the payment function for the city tax was not working and there was nobody to contact. When we got to the property we experienced the same issue with the check-in booth, payment failed multiple times. We used the hone to call but it took about 15 minutes to resolve as the person on the phone didn't understand the issues. It was clear there was a bug blocking us from making the payment but he insisted it was us. I've stayed here previously and had no issues, it clearly was not us with the issue but the system as once he remote logged in and clicked something, the process started to work.

The location, the installation, the space is enough large for 3, the bathroom was perfect, the roomservice for cleaning 10/10, the kitchen fine ! WIFI is OK and no so much noise (that could be reported by other clients)

If you like to have "no human" contact for your checkin and travel preparation it will be fine for you For my point of view, the message to register myself was not so no easy to undersatand from the booking box, it will be easier to have it first by mail. The paiment for city taxes does not work easliy Otherwise email contact was fine.

The Apartment was super, it was perfect, the area we stayed in was fantastic , only a very short walk to bars , Cafes , Shops and trams , very well situated, Highly recommended , very enjoyable trip. Taxi service was very good and cheap €14 each way from the Airport to the hotel for three people which is a super price no hassle they collect you at the Airport and hotel on the way back

only one small compliant , the beds needed new mattress, but for a short stay it was superb trip, Nothing else about the apartment it was great , O yes the city is very busy lots of people moving around and very hilly , I will say mind your bags and pockets Some light fingered individuals on the look out for easy pickings, there in every city now so just be mindful and careful with so many people moving around

Fabulous location, couldn’t get better. Very close to the Time Out market, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. 10 min walk from taking Tram 28. We stayed as a group of 4 girls and although we had a couch-bed it was very comfortable. Apartment was a lot bigger than expected with a lovely bathroom.

WiFi didn’t work more than half of the time & the only way we figured out the check in was via the online reviews. In future I would hope that this process would be explained through the pre-checkin messages: There are 2 entrances. One is adjacent to the Milk Man restaurant. Use the code provided on messages to open the main building’s door. Then proceed to the check-in screen on the ground floor to obtain the code for your hotel room.

The entrance instructions should be more clear. It’s not a complicated check in experience but there is no explanation about the double check in, where to find an entrance door, how to get inside the building before you completed the second check in. I’ve seen everyone struggle and reading the same things in the comments. Asking ChatGPT to write a proper onboarding email and send it 24 hours before the arrival is not a big effort but the impact will be huge ;) also it’s not explained that the building has 2 entrances and exits to different streets. The entrance code for both doors are too long - it’s an effort to remember them and if my phone dies, that’s it :)
