The location was wonderful! Having 2 bathrooms was necessary, as we were 3 adults traveling together. The apartment itself was really beautifully done. The host was communicative and very helpful. When we had a worry about some old posts regarding a break in back in January 2023 we were given a full breakdown of all the new security measures that had been implemented. This soothed any nerves and we never had any problems! The elevator was a nice luxury when transporting suitcases. The apartment was wonderfully quiet even with people partying outside. It was a lovely respite when we needed a break from the big hills (you will see, seriously wear something with traction. My birks didn't work...of course they are flat from wear+tear.)! We joked that is was perfect to be walking downhill after a night of food/wine vs. trekking up the hill to a different location. Our favorite breaky, bar, and one of our favorite restaurants were right in the neighborhood! I was traveling with a professional food photographer soo....expectations were high and met!

We would have really appreciated soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to buy a bunch and leave it there due to flight regulations. No where on the posting did we see that there was laundry in the flat....there is! Which we found out after we had paid a drop off service, so that was unfortunate. We also needed dish soap (for hand washing...there was none), coffee pods (there were 4...we were 3 people there for over a week), and dishwasher soap (they gave us one pod). So, stocking the apartment with necessities would be a pretty simple thing to do that could really help out future travelers.

Excellent location for transport for sightseeing, lots of cafes and restaurants and other places of interest and shops close by. Cute and roomy and quite quiet considering a bustling area.Owners were on hand to deal with any issues and did so promptly. Would recommended and would stay again.

Just a few ideas really not a criticism. Lack of information or tourist guide in the apartment. Maybe a book that clients staying could fill in about places they enjoyed, including coffee shops, restaurants, bars etc. Would help enormously. Like complete darkness, but there was light coming through shutters in bedrooms. However an eye mask was sufficient. Didn't feel bathroom had adequate window privacy when daylight.

We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. Really nicely decorated with everything you needed. Kitchen well stocked- enough equipment to do a cooked breakfast. Great location, easy to find and the entry instructions were great. 5 minute walk to a great selection of bars & restaurants. Must visit Time Out Market & The Milkman Restaurant and the Asian Street Food Restaurant - all excellent food. 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Lisbon. Reasonable priced parking nearby in secure underground car park.

Small point, the en-suite bathroom had great water pressure in the shower, but the water did leak onto bathroom floor - don’t have the shower full on.

Loved the central location and large apartment with all necessities for our family of 4. Also loved that it had two full beds (and 2 bedrooms) rather than one of them being a sofa bed. Loved the balconies and large windows to open all throughout. Very beautifully decorated inside and nice and cool with the AC in all rooms. Elevator access right to your room for bringing up and down t the luggage. Located right above smash street burgers which had great quick food. Located near all sorry sod other stores and restaurants. Able to walk everywhere from there as well as a 3 min walk to the metro station and Time out Market. Loved it all!

Nothing everything was great!

The property has a lot of batural light, rooms are great size, the bathroom are good, but the one is the master bedroomnis quick small. While we did not ise the kitchen is good.

It was the first place we have staying in Europe that do not offer bottles of eater when welcoming or anything. It will be a nice touch to add water and some healthy snack more when we arrive super late.

really enjoyed how spacious this 2 bed/2 bath apartment was for me and my three friends—plenty of room for all of us to relax. The place was clean, modern, and in a fantastic location within walking distance of many popular tourist spots. I’d definitely stay here again!

It didn’t bother us, but just a heads-up—there can be a bit of street noise at times. There's a popular taco spot nearby, so the alley outside the windows can get crowded during their happy hour. Also, be sure to close the shutters, as people can see directly into one of the bedrooms and the bathroom!

This was our second stya withing two weeks. We arrived and stayed around six days, then left for Porto and rebooked this apartment because we enjoyed it so much. First off, the location was perfect. It was walking distance to nearly everything. There are so many cafes, shops, breakfast places and restaurants all around the area. And anything further, you can get to by walking or using an uber. The apartment itself was big and very comfy. The main bedroom was very spacious, the beds in all rooms were very comfortable and the living room couch was also comfy. The bathrooms were clean, and we mostly had hot water except when the two were used similtaneously. Also, I forgot some things (kindle and accessories) in the safe during our first stay, but we informed them and they kept them for us and I got them back once we returned, which I thought that was very trustworthy. However, my friend forgot some clothes in her room, and we didn't get those back.

There wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags in the apartment, and for a six days stay, I thought at least these should be restocked. We had to buy our own to use, and while it's not that big of an issue but I thought they should be provided by the stay itself. Also, some nights, because we are directly above a popular mexican food place, the apartment would smell if we had the windows open (which we closed immediately). But nonethess, it was a great stay.

We loved the location - very close to major public transportation and tons of restaurants...just right around the corner from the time out market. Apartment was stylish and updated - it very much lived up to the pictures. It was well equipped with a great kitchen so we could save a little money making breakfast at home...and two separate bathrooms was nice. Both with legitimate walk in showers - my experience with Europe has typically been very small showers. The beds were super comfy. The couch was too, but could have been a bit bigger.

Not an issue just a thing to be careful - the door to the building would seem like it was closed but it hadn't quite latched. You have to double-check when you close it that it really is closed.

The accommodation was suburb and exceeded my expectations. It is a beautifully designed space with a large and functional kitchen and living room and very comfortable bed. It also has the charm of being the real Lisbon, but without the noise of too many tourists in the city proper. Excellent location surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. I stayed for work and it was perfect for that and felt like a holiday as well as work. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Wifi in main bedroom is a bit patchy. Not a big problem though for a short stay.

We chose to stay at Prime Lisbon Boavista 44 for the second time. We enjoyed the fact that it’s very well located, close to Time out market and so many good restaurants and coffee shops. Mostly, we enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and it was almost difficult to leave. We could not have made a better choice for the area. We even got some nice restaurants recommendations, like Taberna da Rua das Flores. The host was very nice and everything went smoothly. We received very professional support.
