The location was wonderful! Having 2 bathrooms was necessary, as we were 3 adults traveling together. The apartment itself was really beautifully done. The host was communicative and very helpful. When we had a worry about some old posts regarding a break in back in January 2023 we were given a full breakdown of all the new security measures that had been implemented. This soothed any nerves and we never had any problems! The elevator was a nice luxury when transporting suitcases. The apartment was wonderfully quiet even with people partying outside. It was a lovely respite when we needed a break from the big hills (you will see, seriously wear something with traction. My birks didn't work...of course they are flat from wear+tear.)! We joked that is was perfect to be walking downhill after a night of food/wine vs. trekking up the hill to a different location. Our favorite breaky, bar, and one of our favorite restaurants were right in the neighborhood! I was traveling with a professional food photographer soo....expectations were high and met!

We would have really appreciated soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to buy a bunch and leave it there due to flight regulations. No where on the posting did we see that there was laundry in the flat....there is! Which we found out after we had paid a drop off service, so that was unfortunate. We also needed dish soap (for hand washing...there was none), coffee pods (there were 4...we were 3 people there for over a week), and dishwasher soap (they gave us one pod). So, stocking the apartment with necessities would be a pretty simple thing to do that could really help out future travelers.

The property has a lot of batural light, rooms are great size, the bathroom are good, but the one is the master bedroomnis quick small. While we did not ise the kitchen is good.

It was the first place we have staying in Europe that do not offer bottles of eater when welcoming or anything. It will be a nice touch to add water and some healthy snack more when we arrive super late.

This was our second stya withing two weeks. We arrived and stayed around six days, then left for Porto and rebooked this apartment because we enjoyed it so much. First off, the location was perfect. It was walking distance to nearly everything. There are so many cafes, shops, breakfast places and restaurants all around the area. And anything further, you can get to by walking or using an uber. The apartment itself was big and very comfy. The main bedroom was very spacious, the beds in all rooms were very comfortable and the living room couch was also comfy. The bathrooms were clean, and we mostly had hot water except when the two were used similtaneously. Also, I forgot some things (kindle and accessories) in the safe during our first stay, but we informed them and they kept them for us and I got them back once we returned, which I thought that was very trustworthy. However, my friend forgot some clothes in her room, and we didn't get those back.

There wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags in the apartment, and for a six days stay, I thought at least these should be restocked. We had to buy our own to use, and while it's not that big of an issue but I thought they should be provided by the stay itself. Also, some nights, because we are directly above a popular mexican food place, the apartment would smell if we had the windows open (which we closed immediately). But nonethess, it was a great stay.

We loved the location - very close to major public transportation and tons of restaurants...just right around the corner from the time out market. Apartment was stylish and updated - it very much lived up to the pictures. It was well equipped with a great kitchen so we could save a little money making breakfast at home...and two separate bathrooms was nice. Both with legitimate walk in showers - my experience with Europe has typically been very small showers. The beds were super comfy. The couch was too, but could have been a bit bigger.

Not an issue just a thing to be careful - the door to the building would seem like it was closed but it hadn't quite latched. You have to double-check when you close it that it really is closed.

The accommodation was suburb and exceeded my expectations. It is a beautifully designed space with a large and functional kitchen and living room and very comfortable bed. It also has the charm of being the real Lisbon, but without the noise of too many tourists in the city proper. Excellent location surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. I stayed for work and it was perfect for that and felt like a holiday as well as work. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Wifi in main bedroom is a bit patchy. Not a big problem though for a short stay.

We loved almost everything. It was easy to check in. The location was really almost perfect. Lots to see and do. Lots of cool places to eat and little boutiques. Close to the water. I would definitely recommend this area for anyone visiting Lisbon. The apartment itself was a great size for a family of four with two bathrooms. Loved that they provided a full kitchen along with sugar and oil and vinegar and salt and pepper. Everything we needed to cook with. The staff was friendly and engaging. When there was an issue, we called and they came very quickly and dealt with it.

The first day we were there both of the shower drains were clogged and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. We could also hear workers drilling in the business on the 1st floor.

The accomodations were great. Having two separate rooms made is easy to accomodate all of our family needs. The location made it very convenient for us to travel throughout the Lisboa area. The dining locations were within walking distances and provided us with a variety of choices. I would recommend this location for travelers that are seeking accomodations that are conveniently located in the Lisboa area and are seeking clean and comfortable accomodations.

There is not anything to dislike about these accomodations. It made out experience a very pleasant one.

Location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, trams, funicular and trains. We parked our rental car a 5 minute away and only used public transportation. Our host helped us upon arrival to figure out our parking place which was over and above and we so appreciated his help. Best shower with great water pressure.

this apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfy beds and was clean throughout. Also in great location for bars, restaurants and public transport.

pillows on beds need an upgrade, 5 star accommodation with 1 star pillows.

The apartment is in a fantastic location - only a couple of streets behind the time out food market and very close to the water and metro/train/ferry port. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Inside the apartment is very modern, comfortable couch and all kitchen amenities. We were staying on the top floor and there is an elevator which was a great addition! Communication with the host was fast and they are very helpful. Overall a fantastic experience and we would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Pillows could have been fuller but absolutely no complaints!
