I recently stayed at Look Living Lisbon for 4 nights and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment was centrally located, making it easy to explore all that Lisbon has to offer. The modern design and well-thought-out facilities made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front desk, especially Luis. He was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. His warm hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I can't fault anything about my stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. I had a wonderful time and will surely be visiting again soon. I highly recommend Look Living Lisbon to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon.

The only thing I would suggest is adding more variety to the breakfast options.

We loved everything! The hotel’s location is absolutely amazing! We were met by such a lovely host who strived to offer my family and I the best experience. The breakfast was carefully prepared and packed in glass and paper only - we would have loved some fresh fruit or vegetables, however, since it was a little beige. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch, though. Nevertheless, the apartment itself is super stylish and extremely clean! The high ceilings made it feel like the space was even larger than it was and we really loved that. We would definitely return!

This was without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Beautiful and wonderful hotel. The apartment room is a big apartment with a kitchen, living room, bed room and bathroom. The rooms are full of details and are quiet with the windows closed. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, metro and bus stop. Its central position in town makes sure that you can easily do the things you want to do and see. It’s close to the pink street for people who want to have a party and coast line. The staff were truly amazing; friendly, polite and really helpful. They even wanted to carry your suitcase when checking in, offered wine or water while checking in and Luis showed us a map of the city for the must see places as a tourist. Then housekeeping; I’ve never experienced such a good cleaning. We’ve came back from our day trip and everything smelled fresh. They look for extra details while cleaning; for instance even our charging cables were sorted on the table, a little shopping bag that we left on the table was put on a closet to make it look clean and tidy. They even put a new toilet paper roll in the toilet (I wouldn’t mind if they just kept the used one by the way). Breakfast was healthy, we asked for lactose free due to lactose intolerance and this wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is brought to your room at 8.30 and they hang it next to your door so that you can get it when you’ve woken up. We’ve got the following: 2 slices of bread per person, ham and cheese, a slice of cake, jam, chutney and honey, a glass bottle of lactose free milk, a glass bottle of lactose free yoghurt, bottle of fresh orange juice and muesli.

Loved our stay here. The staff, especially Luis, went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a bit of a medical/food emergency on our first morning but Luis came right away and helped us out. He made sure that we could get what we needed to resolve the issue. We are forever indebted to him for all his help! Otherwise our entire trip would have been ruined. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. The look is stunning but there is also so much space. The maintenance is great and the breakfasts are lovely. Location is a little away from the main tourist sites but I think that is a good thing. The street is quiet and safe at night.

Hospitable staffs, clean room, plenty of breakfast, daily cleaning.

Only one thing is hot water. If you use shower or bath for 3 concecutive persons at around 10-12PM, it turns into cold water.

The breakfast was suffiecent. I personally would have like some fruit with my yogurt. Everything else was satisfactory. The staff was the best. Helped us with where to go what to do in Lisbon. The apartment is in an excellent location for getting around and places to eat. The restaurant Planto next to the apartment is the best meal we had in Lisbon. Would recommend nightly.

I think that giving us milk every morning when we didn’t use it was unnecessary.

Beautiful property, spacious, nice small balconies perfect for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine (which is always supplied in your fridge in the room). Very comfortable beds/mattresses. Super clean and with all amenities. Anything else you wish is promptly arranged by the hosts. You feel more like visiting a family/friends. You are welcome with a glass of wine while checking in. The host is waiting for you no matter how late you arrive. All speak perfect English and gave a good knowledge of all sights and places to visit. I also recommend booking transport from the airport via Look Living. The driver will take you through some streets with incredible street art, comparable to Banksy. The hotel is also a walkable distance from anything. We will certainly come back!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, adding convenience to our trip. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the overall ambiance and design of the hotel were simply stunning. They provided several standout services, including personalized touches that made our stay even more memorable. We found the value for money to be excellent, and it’s clear that this hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Portugal.

Spacious and comfortable apartment which was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff on hand. The location was excellent close to Metro and rail station, funicular, markets and a wide array of restaurants. Nice and quiet inside the apartment. Breakfast was good and they catered well for the specific dietary requirements of one of our family. Bathrooms supplied with nice toiletries, towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Comfy beds. Effective air conditioning throughout.

There is a kitchenette rather than a kitchen so possibly not the best for anyone who plans to self cater. There are a range of pans and utensils supplied but a lack of things like oven gloves and tea towels.

The property is extremely clean and our room towards to back was quiet. We slept very well!

There’s no elevator on the ground floor. We had large suitcase which they helped us carry up to the first floor when we arrived. Which was so very kind of the staff. But when we left early in the morning to catch our flight, the elevator had been turned off! My daughter and I struggled getting down from the 3 floor with our heavy suitcases. The apartment comes with breakfast everyday which is nice but it’s the same breakfast every day. It would have been nice to have something different at least one day of the week. We couldn’t eat and drink all the milk each day so we kept it in the refrigerator to snack on later in the afternoon but upon our return the cleaners took everything out of the fridge. We found this very strange and slightly invasive to our privacy.
