This is a nice little apartment that is very well located in Lisbon to explore the local life and tourist attractions by foot or by public transport. The owners clearly care for their place and their customers, they offered a nice welcome gift and were very responsive when there was a problem (the AC unexpectedly quit one night, it was fixed the very next day). The place if small but functional even with our two small kids, we had everything to have a nice stay.

Being in the middle of an active neighborhood, it can get a little busy at night and will be noisy. This is an older building that was renovated and the sound-proofing is not perfect. The beds (especially the sofa-bed) could be a bit softer, do keep this in mind if you have a bad back.

Our main goal was to spend the minimum of time in the flat and most outside and it was the best spot for it! The team: is great! They helped me from the very beginning to solve some booking issues and tried to do their best. Thank you for that. My navigation misled us at the day of arrival and we run into their office, so the team member brought us directly to the location and helped us to get upstairs with our heavy luggage. Location: Perfect, Hipster vibes. Many great coffee spots. Restaurants. Time Out market 10 min away. Train station 15 min to get to Cascais or Sintra (both must see). There is also a supermarket 2 min away, so that we could get and make ourselves a heathy balanced breakfast. Flat itself: had everything we needed, the kitchen fully equipped for everyday needs, we even had Netflix, so our daughter could watch her favs. The bathrom was quite spacy and modern in comparison to the rest of the flat and with working battery - helped a lot. to stay warm while taking a shower. I would come again, because the location itself represented 85% of the trip sucess.

The flat is located in quite an old building and some smell was expected. We got used to it very quickly, but I would suggest to use some kind of drying machine to absorb it. Take into account rough stairs if you have disabilities or very small kids.

What an incredible host! She wasn’t just someone handing over the keys; she was like a trusted friend. I could count on her for absolutely anything, and she went out of her way to make my stay unforgettable. Twice, she surprised me with delicious local cheese, snacks, and drinks—gestures that made me feel so cared for. This was more than a stay; it was an experience of comfort, hospitality, and joy that I’ll never forget. Honestly, it’s better than any five-star hotel I’ve ever been to in Lisbon. If you’re lucky enough to book this place, prepare for perfection.

Please don’t pay attention to some of the negative reviews—these people are probably accustomed to living in castles, so anything less than their idea of luxury is bound to seem inadequate to them.

As it is close to everything it can get also loud ,this Street is quite busy and apart from people you can also hear a lot of loud scooters ,take your earplugs with you ,other than that it is very good price for this location and if you like to go out in the evenings it will be perfect for you :)

The products were good, especially the cheese and wine, it would have been nice to try out some traditional sweets for example.

Although written in the description, the extra fee was a bit much. We understood the necessity once we arrived and saw also the nice touch-up of traditional pieces. Also it would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in the kitchen perhaps? or perhaps move the bed into the living room for more privacy and the sofa next to the kitchen? It depends on the space available.

This is a small unit but has everything you need. The contact people were great and helped us out with several requests we made. The goodies that they provided was a nice treat after a long journey. The construction was loud, but there is construction everywhere in Lisbon.

The apartment was absolutely the best location, everything was within walking distance. It was well equipped, and the hosts were super nice, we had to book last minute due to a cancellation from a different host, and they got the apartment ready for us within an hour.

Location, Apartment, and most importantly the hosts! Apartment was perfect for a couple …but is up on the 4th floor with steep steps as others have mentioned. Location was perfect & close to everything. Host was amazing…very good communication…& went beyond the call of duty to send on to us something important we had left behind in the apartment.

Lovely contemporary apartment in a wonderful location near to shops, bars and restaurants in a central location.

We were on the 4th floor. With having knee problems, this was difficult for me. I would have chosen another apartment on this basis, however, if you dont mind stairs then its a great place with a very kind host.

The apartment is small but very well optimized - it has everything you might need, including great coffee and laundry tablets... The hosts were very kind and hospitable. The neighborhood is central and full of nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay enormously!
