We love the location and the apt was very comfortable, however as a family of 4 traveling for couple weeks we were hoping to do laundry. While the washer worked great, we couldn't dry our clothes. I tried 3 times (2-hour cycle) for couple clothes and still came out wet. Given the size of the apt (2 bedroom), I'm guessing most customers are families that could benefit from a full dryer (instead of washer and dryer combine). Please consider an upgrade.

Quite literally the best apartment in all of Lisbon. Very spacious and has everything one would need. In addition, it's in a very central location and as added bonus it's situated just a corner away from this cute little coffee shop 'The Mill'. The host of the apartment, Pedro, was really kind and generous, sending us recommendations before the trip had even started, even going out of his way to book us a restaurant when we couldn't reach the owner, and assuring us that we can rely on his help in the event we return to Lisbon. Thank you Pedro for everything!

The hosts were very helpful, responsive and understanding, facilitating a late check out when it turned out that we had some hiccups with the car hire that made it impossible for us to check out at 11:00. the location was superb the apartment was quiet which was lovely, given the central location of the building the building is very pretty

Our apartment requires maintenance, not a big refurbrishing, but a few quick fixes would help. There was a big and ugly scratch on the wall in the bathroom, there are electronic sockets that do not work, etc. It would be good to paint the walls.

The apartment was spacious and well laid out with a nice view (from the second floor). It was quiet, although it overlooked a busy street, due to the double glazed windows. Lots of windows also out to a quiet courtyard. All room spaces were large and light, with shutters to make it darker, and the bed very comfortable. We were offered clean towels half way through our weeks stay which was lovely. The washing machine and dishwasher were great. The location was perfect for exploring and the 28 tram stopped about 50 metres away. It was a very clean and appealing apartment. The door codes worked well.

There was a cracked section on the floor of the large bathroom shower which was a bit distracting and unattractive. The bath mat was too small. The coffee machine was crap.

The location was really good - so close to nice bars, restaurants, etc., the apartment was big and very convenient! The staff were very friendly and professional!! Pedro at the concierge department was very helpful and always replying on time and giving the best recommendations!

The lighting was not that good, especially at the living area; Was too low. Plus I would put a mirror at the bedroom as well.

Perfect location inside the touristic old town. Building with elevator. Apartment was clean & well prepared. Modern kitchen with utensils & all you need to cook. Beds were comfortable.

Check-in process was painful. We couldn’t get the key codes online because they were not responding to our messages so we had to go to their office with our luggage in order to check-in. Apartment was humid, we had to heat with the AC.

We loved staying here, it was spacious and clean. The best thing is the location; close to everything as there are lots of cafes and restaurant just steps away from the apartment. Even though we were in the city it never became too noisy. We never met the staff but they were always ready to help via messages. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and clean apartment. Check-in was very easy and hosts were helpful and always ready to assist. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, as well as a coffee machine and a few free pods were left for us which I really appreciated!

Being that the sofa is actually a sofa bed, it isn't the most comfortable to sit on. The pillows in the bedroom were too soft for my liking

Modern room with design forniture. House very clean and confortable. Room can be opened by a code without having key that can be lost Perfect position for visit barrio alto, very close to restaurants and night life

Doing check in in this hotel is so complicated. The managing company send you a lot of message pre recorded but direct communication is difficult. They wanted to have the City tax paid before arrival but the link that they send didn't work. I tried to do this for many hours, for only 28 euros! The refused our check in when I proposed them to bring the money the day later. - No room service during the stay, no sweeper in the room

Everything! We were only in the city for 2 nights and it was honestly so perfect! The check in was super easy. It was so spacious and clean and the little balconies were our favourite, we honestly didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the centre. It is quite a steep walk but this is expected in Lisbon! Lots of wine bars close by and Park rooftop bar is across the road. We will be back!
