I had an absolutely amazing time at this well located gay hotel in Lisbon. The peaceful garden and refreshing pool provided the ideal relaxation spots. The well-equipped, spotlessly clean rooms ensured a comfortable stay. What truly enhanced my experience was the friendly, gracious, and helpful staff. I felt truly at home throughout my stay. Looking forward to returning to this fantastic establishment.

I don't like being negative and hope the owners can look into this as it may cause long term problems structuraly , while the room was extremely clean and very comfortable there was a strong smell of dampness each time we entered the room , which seemed to be caused by water from the bathroom pod leaking into the bedroom floor boards which caused then to squash by the bathroom door as water was lodging underneath, Hopefully they will get this sorted.

Extremely well appointed and caringly constructed - not only in the decor (which is stylish but still comfortable, with attention paid to every detail) but in many additional touches and activities that truly create a sense of community and comfort among guests. It feels like you're staying in a place the owner has always dreamed of owning and that passion shows. Staff was very friendly and accommodating at all times. Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations. Location could not be better. I'm not one who takes advantage of many amenities in a hotel/resort - I tend to come and go, and do my own thing - but even I could not escape the charm and pleasures of this place.

Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice breakfast with a lot of options and tasty food, and served in a pleasant dining space. Friendly and approachable staff and also nice regular cleaning of the rooms (something that has disappeared from a lot of other hotels). Super convenient location -- easy to get to all parts of Lisbon with subway, tram, and bus routes all nearby and tons of food options in the area.

Not much to complain about -- I wish there had been an outlet for my cellphone charger next to my bedroom table rather than one on the floor across the room from the bed. That's about it.

Excellent location, great property, super friendly and kind hosts. The property has been designed with every possible detail needed for an excellent stay.

The rooms are quite small, but nonetheless it is certainly built with enough smart design options to accommodate luggage and all other items.

The location is perfect, offering easy access to the heart of the city while being in a peaceful area. Breakfast was very good, a nice variety of foods and coffee or tea as you like it. The location is fantastic, just off a major thoroughfare, but tucked away, giving easy access to all that Lisbon has to offer. The staff is spectacular!

The room I had was a bit small, which was fine for me, but if you’re a traveler that needs a little more room to spread it might be challenging. I did not see other rooms, so I can’t say if this is the case for all of them.

The staff is amazing!!! The property itself is divine and comfortable and well laid out. The bars, outside area and breakfast area are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bed is amazing!! The care they put into their facilities, their guests and any special requests are all exceeding our expectations. From our car services to laundry to everyday interactions, this place made us want to move into the resort!!

I love this hotel, if you're reading this stop what you're doing and book it already! This was our second stay with them and has become the hotel we recommend to all our friends when they are travelling to Lisbon. I'm already trying to plan another trip to Lisbon and know exactly where I'll be booking. The staff right from the owner to the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The warm and welcoming staff and environment created at the Late Birds made my stay in the heart of Lisbon and all it has to offer. I felt safe and comforted by the queer-centered space while traveling alone. IF available during your stay - definitely do not miss the opportunity to go on a sunset sailing cruise of the city offered by resort.

Everything was perfect!! From the queer artist highlighted throughout the property, the outdoor oasis in the center of the city, the friendly and attentive Late Birds staff.
