I like the location a lot. The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is nicely renovated and it has all one needs. the view from the window of the sleeping room is really nice!

nothing to complain actually. maybe a suggestion: some lights in the living room that have variable intensity (like dimmers) would be great, now the light is low intensity, warm (good for the eyes, for sure) but maybe sometimes one needs good lightning. I am not myself used to this type of checkins all automated and modernized, with codes etc. for a conventional traveler, a detailed info (maybe a video, with detailed info/tutorial) would help.

#1 Virtual Reception Telephone on the ground floor is not working properly. Can't hear anything from the other side and too much interference noise in between #2 I clearly mentioned that I am traveling with an one year old kid. So you should expect a stroller. The room given to me was 4A which is not accessible via elevator and I have to carry the stroller and take 10 steps every time #3 Slopping roof in bedroom and bathroom (especially toilet) is not ideal for a tall person like me.

Location and size of apartment. Large bedroom in the attic.

I prefer in person check-ins o automated ones. Also, our apartment was in the 3rd floor and the elevator out of order (my husband has heart issues and this was a great handicap)

3rd floor, lift not working. And apartment has an internal staircase. Not an issue for us but unsuitable if you have poor mobility Check in is a bit complicated. Temporary code to access the building first time. After check in at digital kiosk on 3rd floor, you get a QR code telling you (1) entry code for the building and (2) separate entry code for the apartment. And you need to type in the apartment code fast. If you are slow, it doesn't work

The room was very big and the location is perfect

To find the right access to the place was not clear the code - the only entrance with access was not at the official address - I did not receive initially the right code because there were 2 entrance doors, but on one of them the access to the lift was not working , and I only had that one. Through the interphone I was told to go to a second entry (street behind) - then the code given by the guy on the phone was not working - I could finally enter thanks to another person getting in - and the I got the right code. The bathroom could have benefit to be redone … the facilities were old and a bit stained.

Perfect location to visit the city during the day and to enjoy the night. Well served by local bus or tram. The apartment is very well equipped offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition we appreciate a lot the daily clean up service included in the room rate.

For my group was not so easy to access to the main building because we didn't made the pre check in. The internal illumination was no sufficient for us. I suggest adding some restaurant recommendations.

The apartment was very spacious. Location was excellent. Easy access to main old town locations and transport system. Loads of great restaurants within an easy walk.

We had some problems as the main entrance was not in use. The lift was not working and as far as we could see had not been working for some considerable time. We were not warned about this. We had to lug suitcases up 3 floors without any assistance. Fortunately we are able enough to cope with this but had we had a disability this would have been a major problem not just for luggage but for general access. More comfortable seating downstairs would have been nice, even if it was just one extra armchair.

The location is good, very clean and tidy, the staff are responsive and the communication is smooth.The scenery outside the window is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

The only regret is that the coffee machine is a drip type and requires coffee powder, but there is no coffee powder in the room. This is something I didn't expect. People who travel for three or four days don’t carry coffee powder with them. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. When traveling and staying in any other country, if there is a coffee machine, it will be equipped with capsules or coffee powder.

Good location with a very nice view through a small window (keep in mind that, apparently, this depends on the apartment). The apartment was clean, well-organized, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good experience.

Although the early check-in request was denied (which is standard), the apartment was available. Therefore, the refusal felt like unnecessary bureaucracy and a lack of consideration for guest convenience
