The location was great! The room had everything I needed for a short stay.the staff were kind and helpful. The shower was fantastic, and on a hot 37 degree day, the AC worked perfectly.

It might've been a small room for some but it was totally fine for me.

Bed wery comfortable, room small but cozy, clean. I am absolutely happy with nondisturbing service and location. Strangely but night life right under my window added to travel expieriance, murmur of voices lulling to sleep like in the middle of some reception or special event. Street full of drinking people, talking, talking...no singing, no music, no angry arguments. Like thunder in the distance. Coming and going for me felt safe, neiboghood ok

No mirror in the room or hall to do my hair or makeup, WC and shower in one room,and mirror :)too, so, if somebody is bathing or putting on nice face, you can piss in your pants or go and find yourself some bottle :)

Best possible location, in the heart of Lisbon, within a few minutes from metro stations and bus stops. This part of the city is very lively, filled with bars and restaurants so going out was made very easy. Lovely decoration, very cozy and welcoming. The premises were very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The receptionists were very polite and helpful.

The specific district can be a bit noisy at night because of the lively night life, so you might need to keep your windows closed at night.

I liked the room. For the price that I have paid - it was a good deal. It had a bed, some storage, and a couple of windows. Also the accommodation had 2 bathrooms and two kitchens - there was no problem getting a shower or cooking something. The staff is really friendly and give good recommendations on what to visit and where to grab some food. Best wishes to Eduarda, Leni and Johnathan!

I have nothing against the place! It was in a good location, clean. Maybe take in mind that Bairro Alto has some loud nightlife. In that case I would recommend taking some earplugs.

Great location very near Baixa-Chiado metro in the heart of the city. Everything close by. Room was basic but bed was comfortable, towels provided and it had a small balcony. Shared toilet/wc was just outside of the room. Again, basic but functional and clean. After reading other reviews I was concerned about noise but it was fine with earplugs and I slept well. All in all, nothing fancy here but good clean no nonsense accommodation at reasonable price. Recommend as a budget base to explore Lisbon.

Steep stairs to climb to reception/rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate via the Booking app. The place was clean and things were working. I have not used the kitchen but it looked well equipped. It was well located for walking to places however, loud.

I did not realise but the place is very loud at night at weekends as it is above the busy bars street. However, I had earplugs so it was okay. There was no mirror in the room. Perfect for 1-3 night as a single room was very small.

Terrific location in the heart of Barrio Alto - a comfortable and very clean room with plenty of space for the three of us. Just a block away from Tasca do Chico - fabulous fado bar...Yes, there was street noise late into the night but nothing that kept us up...and that is part of Lisbon's great energy....easy check in and check out.

There is only one bathroom for 3 different rooms....other guests were very thoughtful and respectful and it wasn't an issue but with different people in the pension it might have been tough.

Thomaz, the receptionist is a great person and worker!!! He is super friendly and welcoming and he made me feel like home. He was always available to help me with anything I needed during my stay and he also has the best ideas/recommendations for activities in Lisbon. We had the best talks together and because of him my stay in Lisbon was even brighter!! :) Obrigada, Thomaz <3

There was only one pair of keys for our room and it was difficult to manage it, since we were 3 different people with different needs. Ideally I would have liked to have more pairs of keys for all of us.

staff and cleanliness fisrt class they could not be more kind an helpful if they tried although i would suggest attention to the the shower room sthey are a little slow rather like something from the 1970s a small bit of upgrading to the power of the showers would do the trick apart from that i love that place.....look forward to seeing you all soon .....Stuart

Accommodation is centrally located in Chiado close to Metro and walking distance to Rossio to catch train to Sintra. Very clean with kitchen facilities provided. Located next to bars and clubs so it is party vibe on weekends. That was a plus for me.

Reception is strictly open from 4pm only and there is no option to leave luggage. Shower on 2nd floor was not working properly but it was promptly fixed.
