There was a problem with the Internet but it was resolved quickly and kindly with a new mobile device. Helpful and responsive team at Homing. Excellent location with good public transport and E28 tram stops very close by. Well equipped, comfy beds and apartment has a parking space in the downstairs garage which is brilliant as parking is very limited locally. Apartment is huge on two levels with lots of space and quirky loft style.

Fans rather than air-conditioning in bedrooms.. welcome but noisy. The apartment literally is next to the famous E28 tram so that might be a little noisy for some but we liked it.

It is a very nice duplex, very well-positioned: it is very easy to reach any area of Lisbon from it. The spaces in the flat are adapted to groups of up to 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the flat was clean. The tram stops a minute away, which also improves the accessibility (for light sleepers, one room has a window just above the tram; it can get quite noisy after 6:30 in the morning).

For such a big flat with all this equipment (particularly in the kitchen), I would expect to have at least soap to wash the dishes or for the dishwasher. Otherwise, it is difficult to leave everything clean when leaving. Clearly, it is a detail, but it would make the stay easier for the guests.

Very good location and easy to get to shops and the town centre on foot. The apartment has a garage which was a lifesaver when we rented a car, although it is very tight so is quite difficult if you have a 7-seater like we did!

The free airport transfer was a bonus, although it dropped us off about a 5 minute walk away from the actual property.

The host made us wait 1 hour for giving the keys.

Location, spacious, did resolve a couple issues - provided the right code for lockbox and brought missing sheets after we asked for them. Provided compensation for no Internet for the four night stay.

Washing machine wouldn’t drain-no response from hosts and had to figure out the issue ourselves; no Wi-Fi; air conditioning not effective; poor / slow communication

The apartment is well located and has plenty of room available, it has lot of space.

The WiFi didn’t work for two days due to miss-payment on their side, weren’t able to fix it and didn’t pick up the phone for 3 days. One of the showers is not well designed as the temperature regulator collides with the selector so can’t do warm, just either hot or cold. There was no cleaning stuff. The tram noise is awful during the morning ~6AM Single pair of keys During booking it was possible to leave the car earlier on in the parking, the day of the stay, impossible to do so before 16:00.
