I went with my partner for our New Year Eve and we were very satisfied with this apartment. THe check-in was flawless and easy, and the staff very responsive and flexible to our needs. The accomodation is a very nice apartment, renowned, clean, and furnished with a good taste. The kitchen is well organized and has the basics you need to cook something easy. The bathroom was very well lit and equipped also with a small but useful heater. The shower is very comfortable, large, and equipped with a niche where you can put your shampoo etc. The living room has a comfy sofa and a table with chairs. Overall the apartment is well lit and has a very good natural light. The neighbourhood is very nice, on top of a hill and 5 mins walk from Bairro Alto and a cool miradouro nearby where we had NYE party. There are also very good restaurants all close at walking distance. The nearest metro station is 15 mins walk, as well as 20 mins walk to reach the downhill Time Out market, the train station that connects with Cascais, and the Placa do Commercio.

All was good! I would suggest some more kitchen towels and tablecloth - would be appreciated.

Great room for the price with basically everything we needed. The staff were really helpful: gave us some excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, and helped us work out how to use the safe! Good location; peaceful neighbourhood, some shops/restaurants nearby, even a little park to sit at in the evenings. I'd definitely stay here again!

Some other reviewers note that the stairs are very steep, but while they definitely are, we didn't have any trouble with them personally. Only downside for us was that we could hear other guests sometimes (e.g. doors closing, footsteps on the stairs, voices from upstairs), though it really wasn't too bad!

The reception team was so friendly, helpful and professional. They did anything they could to accommodate our requests. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

The guest houses are on the second and third floors and the steps are steep. Rooms with a 200# are on the third floor. Also, the guest houses are across from a bar or night club that plays thumping loud music until 2:30am, which woke me. Not sure what could be done but I don’t think I could recommend or stay at this beautiful place gain because of the noise and the crowd of people outside the rooms until very late at night.

Everything is really close, literally perfect location, very nice and kind staff, everything you need for a 4-5 night stay aswell. Mini kitchen, desk, big bed and even a cabinet with hangers for clothes. Blinds on the window shut out sunshine completely, very nice to sleep in complete dark, also really the room is really clean. Area on the weekends is full of life, coffees and restaurant, bus stops, minishops nearby. We loved it!

The showers cable was broken, but nothing we could not survive :) Also the room can be a bit damp, but I guess in the summer its better. Because of the above mentioned nightlife, it can get a bit noisy but until late in the night and the stairs where a bit steep, if you want to avoid these things, I recommend you choose another city to visit, but this Lisbon, its going to be like this everywhere here.

The room we stayed in is very close to the city (Bairro Alto) and also in a building next to a vibrant square, Praça das Flores, surrounded by cafes, tapas and bars which means it's quite loud at the weekends and even with the windows closed, you could hear people's chatter. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the stay. The room was cleaned daily, it was small but neat (we spent the days out anyway, exploring the city). There is a kettle, selection of teas, coffee maker and wine glasses for your convenience. Also, the building has no lift and the staircase is very steep, and the rooms can get chilly during early spring (there is an air heater in the room). The Flores Guesthouse also offers a shuttle from and to the airport, which we used and our driver was super friendly and recommended us places with good food ❤️ All in all, there were really minor inconveniences that did not influence our stay and I do recommend staying if you're looking for something close to the city, with good cafes and surroundings. The area also feels very safe which was important for me.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights - coffee machine, teapot, AC, towels and a little but very beautiful garden for having breakfast. The breakfast was very good for the price. The second day when we were out they did clean the room and the bathroom and even folded our clothes) the staff was very polite and friendly.

The location was in one of the lively neighborhoods with lots of bars (one on the ground floor under us) and it got quite noisy during the night up until 2-3 am. But since I have no problems with sleeping under noises it was okay. Another point could be the door of the bathroom-the lock doesn’t work. But not too much of a problem for us

I really enjoyed my stay at Flores Guest House. I chose it specifically because it is very close to where a friend is staying while also visiting Lisbon, but it turned out to be a great choice all on its own. The room was spacious and charming and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the location, in addition to being near my friend, really worked well. It was easy to get to tourist places (Ubers are cheap in Lisbon and there is also public transportation nearby) and the immediate neighborhood was nice. MY room was right on a very lively square with multiple restaurants, cafes and bars, but it was still quiet in my room. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, really

To be honest, from the hospitality and understanding of the staff who waited until 1:00am to give me the keys, their responsiveness and support, to the attention paid to details (I got a small postcard with chocolates for St Valentine. Totally unexpected and really pleasant to discover) and the style of the place, this stay was really exceptional. I am not used in praising hotels and rooms but this was definitely a surprisingly, lovely stay.

If I have to be THAT picky, I would say the coffee machine because the pods were unusual… Yet, every morning, I was getting new ones so I cannot complain.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for two people, basic but has everything needed for a short visit. Large bed, small kitchenette, spacious and modern bathroom with an excellent shower. We loved the location- walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit, in a vibrant part of the city. Staff at check it and check out were lovely and welcoming. Room was also available a few hours early which was a bonus.

Floor could maybe have done with another vacuum, we did notice crumbs etc on the wooden floorboards near the fridge

The apartment was very nice and had all I needed. The guest house reception area was just opposite. As a female solo traveller I felt safe. Fabulous location in a little square with a little park area. Little restaurants around. You can get a coffee or glass of wine and sit in the park after a busy day touring. They also do delicious breakfast baskets delivered to your door, on request. However there are little cafes within 5 minutes walk. It's about a 20 min walk down into the centre. So much to see and do in Lisbon. Its a stunning city.

Can be quite noisy at times in the apartments as you can hear others comings and goings.
