We liked that the hosts were responsive to our request. We had stayed for 2 nights at the building in a smaller apartment with one bedroom with one bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 couples. After 1.5 weeks or so, we stayed another 3 nights in a connected building but on the other side. We had requested an apartment with 2 bedrooms with at least 2 double beds. They accommodated us by giving us 2 queen beds and the open space was much larger and nicer. The bathroom was better too. We liked it that it was less noisy than at our first stay since the apartment fell on another side of the building. The location of the building is great, not far from points of interest or transportation.

Only one mirror in the whole apartment, that was in the bathroom. TV didn’t work. No expel air in the bathroom. Bath towels quite shabby, one had a hole in it. As it was our first stay it would have been good to have someone at the reception to explain how to get into the apartment instead of having a sign ‘At lunch until 3pm’ Had to ask other guests the protocol. The light in the lift went out as we weren’t told to tap the card on the button inside the lift to keep it on. Panic from my daughter being in the dark.

Fantastic location - lots of fantastic bars and restaurants located around the apartment, including the fantastic Timeout Market - It is also really close to all popular attractions! The apartment is also very secure, needing the key to access the lift to get to the rooms. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable!

There is no reception area for guests - what appears to be reception is actually the 'security desk'. They were generally unhelpful when it came to getting fresh towels, spare keys or general enquires - there are a series of numbers to call if you need assistance (and they call the security team to sort it!! Haha)..

The location is super convenient and the style of the rooms is very curated. The staff was very good we were not happy with the sofa bed that we found uncomfortable and they were very kind and gave us another room and late check out for free. There is also a panoramic restaurant bar at the top of tube building which is very convenient

I found the rooms a bit dark. Also we got temporarily stuck in the lifts twice . They opened the door after a couple of minutes but still it was not nice. Also it would have been nice to find at least a bottle of water in the fridge and a couple of coffee pods since there is the machine and a fridge.

We couldn’t find the microwave. The sink in the bathroom drains very slowly. The ceiling looked like it had molds.

Location was excellent...breakfast was too!!

Had to ask for a kettle...got one, but had been informed it wasn't standard!?

Location was great, eating places abundant at your fingertips including Time-out Market and rooftop bar a real bonus! Decor and lighting of living area particularly, very tasteful. Staff attended promptly once notified to new toaster (didn't work), more toilet rolls and soap (dispenser empty), promptly and apologetically provided.

The bathroom - no shelving/cupboard to put any toiletries, a real negative for our week long stay, overnight could deal with. Also very dim lighting in bathroom. Insufficient toilet rolls provided for week stay. Welcome manual with any instructions/info (eg laundry facilities, rubbish removal) hidden in TV cabinet drawer, while other letter requesting city tax left clearly on table...

Lovely apartment in a great location. Airy and cool, secure and right by the Time Out market.

I didn't receive check in instructions when they said I would, I emailed them and had no reply. Then after waiting outside the building for an hour I phoned them, the member of staff I spoke to was a abrupt, I got the entry code eventually. The bathroom door didn't close properly or lock which is an issue when staying as a group. Contacted the company to arrange an airport transfer as advertised but never got a reply. Very poor communication.

Before my stay, I had read the positive and negative reviews of other guests. Upon reading the negative ones, I became somewhat apprehensive, yet I found them to be greatly exaggerated. The hotel offers a splendid experience with its location, top-notch security, comfort of the rooms, and all amenities provided. The ability to check-in and check-out via phone without encountering anyone is truly a remarkable feature. Additionally, they offer early check-in if you communicate in advance. The family rooms are truly comfortable for children as well. Should you wish, you can even prepare your own meals; every convenience is available. Moreover, just across from the hotel at Time-Out, you can access a variety of high-quality meals within a minute. You can walk to all historical sites, and even reach the farthest point for as little as 6 Euros with Uber. Do not hesitate; it is truly a beautiful place. You can also enjoy pleasant hours at the cafe-restaurant on the terrace on the 5th floor at night. I highly recommend it! Thank you.

The only downside is that the double bed is quite firm. I would recommend it to be replaced. Is it a big issue? No!

The building was nice. The amenities were good.

The bathroom and other areas could have been cleaner. We were glad we always carry cleaning wipes.
