We liked that the hosts were responsive to our request. We had stayed for 2 nights at the building in a smaller apartment with one bedroom with one bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 couples. After 1.5 weeks or so, we stayed another 3 nights in a connected building but on the other side. We had requested an apartment with 2 bedrooms with at least 2 double beds. They accommodated us by giving us 2 queen beds and the open space was much larger and nicer. The bathroom was better too. We liked it that it was less noisy than at our first stay since the apartment fell on another side of the building. The location of the building is great, not far from points of interest or transportation.

Only one mirror in the whole apartment, that was in the bathroom. TV didn’t work. No expel air in the bathroom. Bath towels quite shabby, one had a hole in it. As it was our first stay it would have been good to have someone at the reception to explain how to get into the apartment instead of having a sign ‘At lunch until 3pm’ Had to ask other guests the protocol. The light in the lift went out as we weren’t told to tap the card on the button inside the lift to keep it on. Panic from my daughter being in the dark.

Excellent location. Great apartment. Modern finishes.

We were 4 people, yet we were denied the request for 4 entry cards. There is also no facility to leave entry cards at reception. In addition, there were renovations in what sounded like an adjoining apartment, where there was constant drilling each day from 8am until late in the day (I realise this is a short-term issue, yet it was extremely noisy and impossible to even enjoy being in the apartment the whole day due to the extreme noise).

Fantastic location - lots of fantastic bars and restaurants located around the apartment, including the fantastic Timeout Market - It is also really close to all popular attractions! The apartment is also very secure, needing the key to access the lift to get to the rooms. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable!

There is no reception area for guests - what appears to be reception is actually the 'security desk'. They were generally unhelpful when it came to getting fresh towels, spare keys or general enquires - there are a series of numbers to call if you need assistance (and they call the security team to sort it!! Haha)..

Amazing location and a safe haven in a busy city! The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Couch comfortable. When reaching out to the host, they responded fairly quickly, which was nice. Very soft towels!

The springs in the bed were somewhat uncomfortable to our backs so it might be time to replace the mattresses. The AC could use some additional explanation to what is already provided since it’s difficult to get it to properly cool.

The location is super convenient and the style of the rooms is very curated. The staff was very good we were not happy with the sofa bed that we found uncomfortable and they were very kind and gave us another room and late check out for free. There is also a panoramic restaurant bar at the top of tube building which is very convenient

I found the rooms a bit dark. Also we got temporarily stuck in the lifts twice . They opened the door after a couple of minutes but still it was not nice. Also it would have been nice to find at least a bottle of water in the fridge and a couple of coffee pods since there is the machine and a fridge.

Massive clean apartment, in a secure central location. Lots of amenities in apt. Lovely cafe restaurants nearby and fab roof top bar. Would recommend...

No plug near a mirror to do hair. No mirror in bedrooms. Albeit large ones in lounge and bathroom. Lighting wasn't great apart from bathroom your do make up etc.. Air con was ok but not too powerful for size of the apartment, so never felt too cool in high temp.

We couldn’t find the microwave. The sink in the bathroom drains very slowly. The ceiling looked like it had molds.

Location was excellent...breakfast was too!!

Had to ask for a kettle...got one, but had been informed it wasn't standard!?

The location - in a very good spot in the center, also very close to public transportation. The apartment was very beautifull, comfortable and clean.

The bathroom door did not close or lock. The breakfast is delivered by another company in the morning. It is very mediocre and is not a good value for money. There are no staff on site. Every communication is by WhatsApp or phone, and they were not attentive all times. Eventually they did respond and delivered anything we wanted.
