Location was perfect, very near Praca Rossio and rua Augusta. We got an appartement located in rua Carmo (actualy, at the back of the hotel) in an old building with 8 appartements. It had 2 comfortable bedrooms each with an en suit shower & toilet. The 3rd room had TV, sofa and a dining table- the kitchen was well stocked. We could easily cook and eat standard meals there. In each of our 8 days stay houskeeprs cleaned our appartement, and opperated the dishwasher. People at the front desk - whom we met only at check-in and check-ot - were extremely helpful and friendly. As our flight home was very late, our luggage was looked after for 12 hours.

There was no long miror in the appartement.

The location was excellent. In the heart of Lisbon. Easy to walk and explore the city. Both the rooms have a queen-sized bed. The hall has a queen-size sofa bed. The staff was very good. Friendly and approachable. Would stay here again.

It's not connected to the hotel. About 2 minutes of walk on cobbled stoned walkway with luggages.

Great room, had a tiny balcony you could just fit a couple of chairs on and look out to the castle. Everything we needed in the room, towels and beds changed daily, great little coffee machine, shampoo, shower gel, hand-wash, washing up liquid. Location just down from the famous lift, can't imagine the view from there was that much better than ours ! Plenty of bars , restaurants and cafes close by, and a very short walk to Rossio square, metro, train and buses. Staff were always welcoming and very helpful.

Castle view room is on 4th floor. We struggled with using stairs as after a full day out in hilly Lisbon we were tired, so used the lift which was very, very slow( we were warned !). Not bad if that's the only negative !

This apartment was perfect for our 4 night-long stay. As all other reviews mentioned, the location was exceptional. We could walk to the majority of places we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and serviced every day upon our request. It was also handy to have a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room to hang out in. The closets and storage space was so abundant that you felt like you are truly staying at a friend's home.

The only negative comment I could make is that there was a faint sewage smell in one of the bathrooms. We also expected slippers to be provided.

Lovely top floor 2BR flat looking over pedestrian street with holiday light show every 30 minutes. Kitchen was large and well-equipped with washer, dishwasher, fridge and stove; staff directed us to nearby grocery store. Very comfortable room with lots of space for our family of 5. Many reviewers on Google complained about the walk from check-in at hotel to the property, it is seriosuly just around the corner and so easy to get to! Location fabulous right next to the Lift and across the street from Castro and one of the best massages Ive ever had (at EcoMassage).

Need more hooks in the shower for towels and shelf for toilettries! Water pressure a little weak. Elevator was very slow but we didnt mind the walk up the stairs. Breakfast room was not as nice as other areas of the hotel; while eggs were good the fruit and veggie selection was sparse. Back bedroom did not have a window to the outdoors; only to an interior window well.

We stayed in the apartments which are really nicely decorated and very centrally located. We had a rooftop terrace overlooking Carmo convent with a stunning view.

Check in time was 3 pm. We showed up at 3:10 and were told it would be an additional 5-10 minutes and it ended up being an hour. The elevator was unreliable. We were told only to use it for luggage which meant we had to climb many flights of stairs. Luckily we did, cause our luggage got stuck in the elevator when we were leaving. It took about 45 minutes as there was only one person working the desk during peak check out time so there was a long line in their tiny lobby. There’s a night club across the street that plays VERY loud music until midnight.

Location! Right in the middle of everything. Clean and updated-exactly as depicted in pictures Spacious Check in is at the main hotel 1 street over. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service offered everyday

We were advised to use the elevator for luggage only because it frequently gets stuck. We were traveling with my handicap daughter who cannot walk and is very heavy so it was a challenge to carry her up and down 2 flights of stairs each time we left the apartment. I always book a place to stay with an elevator and message to confirm it is working for this reason and wish I would have been told this in advance. Beds were small and very hard/uncomfortable.

The location is perfect! It’s in the heart of Lisbon, in between restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the river. Subway nearby and stops for hop on hop off busses and trams. Apartment is like in the pictures and looks pretty. Lift is very slow. Carina at reception was very kind and helped us to get airport transportation.

Received a message that the lobby was at a different address than the apartment when we were already there. Met other guests that were looking for the entrance as well. Why is this not communicated earlier? Especially since it’s in the middle of the city and streets not easy to navigate and park.

The location, location, the location . Safe location . Carina, the front desk is so helpful. She has the patience, serve with a smile. Just love her. Daily housekeeping and change of towel, resupply of coffee capsule.

1. The bed. For the master bedroom, the bed I think is a queen, however the spring is not individual I think, and when one person move on the bed you can feel it as well. Motion is not isolated. 2. Once a while, you get the sewage smell in the bathroom. 3. The elevator. Good bless we stayed on second floor. The elevator wasn’t working in the day we checked out. 4. No washing machine and dryer. And they gave three pot but yet no frying pan.

The apartments were close to Rossio station and easy to get to. A perfect location to explore the city and to make a day trip to Sintra.The decor was modern art deco and very stylish. We had one apartment with a castle view and one with a street view. Unfortunately we were up many stairs on the 4 level but the view was worth it. There’s a luggage lift which helped a lot. The checkin was at the hotel around the corner but this was easy. The area has many interesting shops and restaurants.
