These superb apartments are located in a beautiful traditional Portuguese building at the very heart of Lisbon. The location is so central for Restaurants, transport and all the Lisbon sights. Rossio metro station a five minute walk away so very handy if arriving from the airport. The apartment was like home from home spotlessly clean spacious with all the amenities you would require with many personnel touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were most informative, polite and very helpful. A special mention must go to Thomas for his reassurance and help on our first day when my wife who was celebrating her 70th birthday had her purse stolen he was most helpful in our time of need. On our return to our room that afternoon we were surprised to find a large bunch of flowers and a birthday cake which sums up the very special touch of a stay in this these apartments. On our next visit to Lisbon we will definitely be staying here again. Graham and Sally.

We stayed in the one bedroom presidential suite it was absolutely beautiful - everything we needed was available, it was luxuriously furnished and very very clean - they prepared us a welcome surprise as my husband was celebrating his 50 th birthday - thank you !location was spot on! Vera from reception was lovely thank you 🙏

A couple of quibbles -: Old wooden floors so you hear a lot of footsteps from the creaking of the wooden floors in the night. Last night there were loud people in the piazza/ arch below the two majestic balconies and with the doors shut you could still hear everything, even trucks coming and going - if you’re a light sleeper maybe being on higher floors would be a better option!

Our family of 5 stayed on the top level of this building in a massive apartment overlooking the Rossio Square. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, large and had every amenity we could have wanted. It had a washing machine which came in very useful. They supplied milk, juice and some snacks in our room upon arrival. The AC worked beautifully (we actually used it in November!) the apartment was clean and had plenty of wonderful storage for suitcases. We loved the easy access to Rossio square and all the amazing and exciting areas of Lisbon are not far from the apartment. The location simply cannot be beat. We were very pleased with this apartment and the digital entry to come and go whenever we needed. The elevator worked beautifully and was really nice for staying on the fourth floor. There is a wonderful market beside the apartment which is very nice as well. You are steps from the Santa Justa Tower/Lift. The location is amazing. I write reviews on booking.com regularly, and I rarely give a place a 10, but this apartment was fantastic.

Amazing location right at Rossio Square and close to trains and metro and buses and trams...wonderful shopping nearby and amazing restaurants all less than 10 min walking distance. Washer Dryer, good water temp, clean apartment, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer. Clothes drying rack, etc. - details and touches were nice. Wife loved the vanity / make-up table.

We didn't mind but there can be some outside noise from the square. The stove works fine but heating the pan up enough for frying an egg took time. Shower was good and had good pressure and temps for most part. Sometimes the water temp could fluctuate and require some adjustments during shower but was mostly good

Location, location, location. Very well located in the heart of Lisbon, walking distance from all the sightseeing places and relatively quiet street amidst the surrounding chaos (especially during Christmas). The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well stocked with everything you needed for a short(er) stay. Check-in was easy with the provided code and we didn't have to interact with anyone to get in and out of the apartment. Plus the shower water was very warm and had good pressure (always a bonus)

Parking is VERY difficult, if you have a car be prepared for either very expensive parking garages or parking somewhere far. Street parking is non-existent as all street parking is for residents or businesses. There is a washing machine in the unit but not dryer so if you wash clothes, you have nowhere to dry it or hang it (we end up using chairs and the floor).

Everything from my initial contact with questions until check-out was smooth and stress-free. The staff is very kind and helpful, we were able to store our luggage at our arrival which was much earlier than check-in (and after we checked out too). They communicated timely and efficiently, and they even had recommendations for restaurants each time I asked (thanks!). The location is centric for areas of interest, the facilities are welcoming, spacious, clean and comfortable. My family of 4 stayed in presidential apartment 14 that had charm plus all modern amenities needed, it looked just like the pics, open floor plan, natural light, nice terrace with plaza view, great bathrooms, soundproof windows and comfortable beds. They let us know right away when my son forgot an item of clothing after we had left already. Great service matching great accommodations. Definitely recommend this place.

This is a wonderful property and apartment. We stayed in a in an apartment that was much bigger and roomier than we expected. It was very clean and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. They even had children’s cutlery, which is such a rare thing to see. The building is beautiful and the facilities are very clean. The staff was also very responsive. The location is incredible, you can walk everywhere.

This is a very central location, which can be amazing. However at night it gets really loud, so if you’re a light sleeper you will have a hard time getting some rest here. There is also construction currently opposite the building so that was a bit of a nuisance in the early morning and during the day when we wanted to leave the windows open.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It’s super spacious and very clean, complete with washing machine, a good kitchen and utensils, tv with cables and Netflix. Since we stayed for 5 nights, we got 1 housekeeping service done. Location is superb, very easy to get to anywhere as a tourist. Lift is available. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Communication with the admin is very easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Lisbon!

Nothing really. Everything good. Luckily I asked for the photo of the entrance before we came. Otherwise it would be difficult to find the exact entrance to the apartment building.

The property was simply beautiful. It was big and spacious, has all the amenities needed. It has everything we needed and the staff were visible, approachable and responsive. It’s kind of sweet they have little Pastries and water in the hallway for people to grab and go, also as a welcome there were a little welcome pack during check in (with juice, milk, rice, pasta, cereals, little sweet, biscuits , jam and honey.)

Nitpicking here because everything was awesome! When we first check in the air con doesn’t work, thankfully the staff member (who was about to leave for the day) quickly came and fixed it ❤️ There were some noise even though the rules were no noise after 10 (?), but again it was quickly quieten but otherwise there is an after hours number to call. We thought we are in a quiet laneway but no, the rubbish truck came in at all hours. Our bedroom was great because it has double glazed windows… but the kids who are sleeping in the living room on sofa beds I am not so sure whether they can hear anything (they did not complain though) but I can certainly hear it in the bathroom as that window is not double glazed.

The property was beautiful, ornate and very central. Situated by Praca do Rossio, we were within minutes of countless cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Praca do Comercio, the waterfront and metro. The location was just outstanding. Similarly, the staff was outstanding as well. When we arrived, we were greeted by a surprise gift basket for our toddler that made our stay even better. The staff here checked in on us daily through WhatsApp and was very reliable.

Nothing that comes to mind. Perhaps the very small elevator, but I understand that it is common in Europe. (We had to make multiple rides up to our floor as we could not fit all of our luggage)
