Great location in the middle of the center

They are short of cleaning team..few times until 15:30 or 16:00 the room wasn’t clean ..to arrive after a long morning at 15:30 and then you need to go out again to give time for the cleaning lady to clean instead of resting was a bit upsetting

We paid for an upgraded deluxe room with a balcony, the view was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the reception organised extra pillows when requested. The location is perfect for exploring Lisboa. The shower was spacious with water good pressure. The daily housekeeping was good (making the bed, replacing coffee and towels). The wifi worked without issues and the blinds blocked out light for a sleep in.

The room was a bit dated. The carpet felt old and the curtains and shower had mould on them. The room had a bit of a musty stale smell from the air conditioning. Overall the room was a bit small and could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location, very central! Such great reception staff, so kind and friendly! We loved our room and they made our honeymoon very special. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious which is a big bonus in a hotel! Very very clean, and it was great that the heating was customizable for wintertime. Great storage space for clothing and luggage’s in the room.

Minor mold in the bathroom, likely due to lack of a fan and humidity from shower but this was no present in the actual shower, just on the grout outside.

Excellent location right in the heart of the center of the city. We used all modes of transport such as the train walking and bolt. Train is just around the corner and bolt app is very convenient and cheap and they pull up right outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city with lots of places to eat and shop. Even with being in the city there was no noise and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Honestly this hotel couldn't be faulted it was everything a more and is describe how it is. The only little complaint I would have was there was a squeaky floorboard but honestly other than that this hotel was amazing

Nicely decorated rooms. Lift inside the hotel (although it's not very big, it's definitely welcomed after a day of walking around). Good location to walk around the lower area of Lisbon and down to the waterfront, avoiding hills (which is probably one of the most important things to consider!)

The bed was tiny and uncomfortable (and we paid for a superior room!). If you're arriving in the city by train or bus you'll probably need to get a taxi to the hotel if you want to avoid a very long walk or a convoluted train transfer to get to Rossio. The area where the hotel is situated is expensive to eat/drink - there are cheaper areas of Lisbon.

Generous with towels and pillows -Cute balcony with lovely view of the street -Sound proof windows & door -Great air conditioning unit, room felt cool & nicely ventilated -Nice bathroom -Good breakfast -Friendly & polite staff. Accommodating too

-Our room # 52 was up in the attic. Although the room was a little more spacious than other units in the property, but ceiling was still very low. I was bending down most of time. If you’re cluster phobic, I wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Great central location and easy to navigate to from the airport via metro. Staff were excellent and helpful. Continental breakfast option was good and the small fridge in the room was useful. Balcony from our room was great.

There was a damp smell in the room when we arrived (balcony doors had been left open in the rain and carpet at the threshold was wet but it did clear).

The location is second to none. It’s very central with the train station a few minutes away and surrounded by various shops. Major attractions are within walking distance and the rest are quite reachable as well. The breakfast was very good as well and the staff was very courteous. The room was cleaned everyday and was quite spacious.

Strangely enough and without any forewarning one bright morning we found a worker doing works at the reception causing all sorts noise, smell and dust! To get put of the hotel we got covered in dust! That was definitely not on and something which very much put me off. Another thing which I didn’t like was the water heating system - it had a problem with the hot and cold water system and it always had to be readjusted every minute otherwise you will get scalding water one minute and icy water the next.

The staff, particularly Karina, were wonderful. I was quite sick one day and the staff brought me a cup of hot tea and kept checking on me. My cousin and I left our passports in the safe. When we called they said not to worry, the passports would be there when we returned to Lisbon. And so they were! What a relief! And the room was so cute!

DO NOT ORDER A PRE-ARRANGED TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT. THEY CHARGE 35 EURO; TAKE A REGULAR TAXI FROM THE HUNDREDS AT THE AIRPORT FOR 25 EURO! THE PRE-ARRANGED TAXI SENDS YOU A PICTURE OF THE TAXI BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHERE TO FIND IT. TOOK A REGULAR TAXI AS I COULD NOT FIND THE ARRANGED TAXI. ENDED UP PAYING FOR BOTH. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM FROM THE BOUTIQUE HOTELS.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. Very caring and kind! The breakfast was very good with a good amount of choices. Location was excellent with lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel might prove challenging for older people or anyone with mobility issues. While there is an elevator, it is up about 6-8 steps up from the lobby level and very tiny, which is often the case in Europe. The stairs are rather steep if you need to use them. The hotel was very clean, but a bit dated. Furniture was dated and bed was adequate, but carpet needed to be replaced on stairs and in our room, at least. Bathroom was modern and very clean.
