Great location in the middle of the center

They are short of cleaning team..few times until 15:30 or 16:00 the room wasn’t clean ..to arrive after a long morning at 15:30 and then you need to go out again to give time for the cleaning lady to clean instead of resting was a bit upsetting

Genuinely a very comfortable and hospitable stay. Staff are lovely and helpful. The lift was a lifesaver with a heavy suitcase. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day with fresh towels, topped up water bottle, clean mugs etc. The mini fridge and safe were also so useful. Perfect location just minutes from two metro stations and bus stops. A perfect base for a stay in Lisbon.

Only things to improve would be 1) having a small kettle available, although there is an espresso machine which is a bit more awkward but can be used to get boiling water, and 2) privacy of bathrooms - the walls are frosted glass and there are floor to ceiling curtains but it still feels very exposed to the rest of the room.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. It is not a luxury hotel, but does not charge luxury rates, either, so I think what one receives is excellent for the price paid. What stands out above all is the extremel kindness, helpfulness and warmth of the reception and staff. It was exceptional. In particular I would like to mention Rita and Julie the two young men, and also the kind blonde lady from the kitchen who could not do enough to help my husband who does not walk well. They were all simply outstanding! When travelling that is worth so much more than what is and isn't provided in the room. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom large and modern.. The hotel lacks a lounge area and the breakfast area is small, but adequate. The location could not be more desirable - perectly central and close to two train stations and many of Lisbon's important sights. We had a very pleasant stay here!

Ideally located just a short walk from the waterfront, and basically next door to Santa Justa lift. Rossio square (& the metro were also within a five min walk too. Super friendly, helpful colleagues. Compact and comfortable room

The shower was either super hot or super cold with no middle ground although the cold setting was welcomed after a long day sight seeing. I found there was a bit of noise from upstairs/along the landing when you could hear other people moving around. Lack of storage as no wardrobe - this just could be in the small solo rooms though and again wasn’t an issue for me

We paid for an upgraded deluxe room with a balcony, the view was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the reception organised extra pillows when requested. The location is perfect for exploring Lisboa. The shower was spacious with water good pressure. The daily housekeeping was good (making the bed, replacing coffee and towels). The wifi worked without issues and the blinds blocked out light for a sleep in.

The room was a bit dated. The carpet felt old and the curtains and shower had mould on them. The room had a bit of a musty stale smell from the air conditioning. Overall the room was a bit small and could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location, very central! Such great reception staff, so kind and friendly! We loved our room and they made our honeymoon very special. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious which is a big bonus in a hotel! Very very clean, and it was great that the heating was customizable for wintertime. Great storage space for clothing and luggage’s in the room.

Minor mold in the bathroom, likely due to lack of a fan and humidity from shower but this was no present in the actual shower, just on the grout outside.

Excellent location right in the heart of the center of the city. We used all modes of transport such as the train walking and bolt. Train is just around the corner and bolt app is very convenient and cheap and they pull up right outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city with lots of places to eat and shop. Even with being in the city there was no noise and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Honestly this hotel couldn't be faulted it was everything a more and is describe how it is. The only little complaint I would have was there was a squeaky floorboard but honestly other than that this hotel was amazing

Nicely decorated rooms. Lift inside the hotel (although it's not very big, it's definitely welcomed after a day of walking around). Good location to walk around the lower area of Lisbon and down to the waterfront, avoiding hills (which is probably one of the most important things to consider!)

The bed was tiny and uncomfortable (and we paid for a superior room!). If you're arriving in the city by train or bus you'll probably need to get a taxi to the hotel if you want to avoid a very long walk or a convoluted train transfer to get to Rossio. The area where the hotel is situated is expensive to eat/drink - there are cheaper areas of Lisbon.

-Fantastic location. Next to the Santa Justa Elevator. 3 minute walk to Rua Augusta Arch & all other tourist attractions -Clean. Generous with towels and pillows -Cute balcony with lovely view of the street -Sound proof windows & door -Great air conditioning unit, room felt cool & nicely ventilated -Nice bathroom -Good breakfast -Friendly & polite staff. Accommodating too

-Our room # 52 was up in the attic. Although the room was a little more spacious than other units in the property, but ceiling was still very low. I was bending down most of time. If you’re cluster phobic, I wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Great central location and easy to navigate to from the airport via metro. Staff were excellent and helpful. Continental breakfast option was good and the small fridge in the room was useful. Balcony from our room was great.

There was a damp smell in the room when we arrived (balcony doors had been left open in the rain and carpet at the threshold was wet but it did clear).
