We had a fantastic stay at Tempo FLH Hotels in Lisbon! The hotel has an amazing location, stylish design, and a warm and welcoming staff! - The staff was always friendly, helpful, and available for any assistance or just a nice chat. Their kindness really made a difference. - The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable - right in the heart of Lisbon, within equal walking distance to major attractions. Could not be better, simply fabulous! This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. - Our nice room on the fourth floor had a lovely view of the Santa Justa Lift, which together with the cute balcony added an extra charm to our stay. That was wonderful! The design of the room is also quite pleasant. - Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety, ensuring a perfect start to our days. Another great touch was the all-day tea/coffee and cake, which was perfect for a little treat whenever we returned from exploring the city. We loved it! Overall, we had a great experience at Tempo FLH Hotels and would definitely recommend it. We would be happy to return one day. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

A couple of small suggestions: a shelf in the shower for toiletries and towel hangers outside the shower cabin would be very helpful, as well as some maintenance work at the bottom of the shower cabin walls to make it look a bit more aesthetic. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, but we knew that from the booking description. We managed to organize our things well to feel as comfortable as possible during our stay. Lastly, we could hear some noise from the corridor and stairs, which didn’t bother us much, but it might be important for some guests to know.

I love the room and the big windows that had the balcony. I also love the location which was in the centre. The staff were especially kind and generous with their time and their assistance. I missed breakfast one day and one staff member was kind enough to offer and suggest I eat something and he brought me some croissant which was so sweet!

There is a bit of a smell, but I don’t think it is from the hotel maybe from the building or are they area. It wasn’t a big deal and definitely you can not smell it if you open the window.

The location was perfect, in the centre of the city to all the sights and places of interest. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room, shower and facilities in the room were perfect. We were very happy with the breakfast menu, and were pleased to help ourselves to hot drinks and biscuits at any time of the day.

We were on floor 3, so we used the staircase mostly, but there were quite a few uneven steps. We tripped up a few times, I think a notice of warning is necessary for the guests. It would be nice to have larger windows or a balcony in the breakfast area to see a roof top view from the hotel, maybe an idea for the future.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, as well as the coffee, cake and port served at 5pm. Laura and Joao at the front desk were friendly and gave us great suggestions and helped with reservations.

The room was uncomfortably tiny, there was very little space to unpack and there was little privacy in the bathroom.

Loved the central location. Breakfast was excellent. It was wonderful to have a lounge area with complimentary coffee, cake & biscuits. Wonderful views from the breakfast room.

Noise at night/early hours was an issue, although the hotel tried to mitigate the issue by providing ear plugs, but for me they rarely stay in situ and as a light sleeper they didn’t really help. The breakfast room on the 5th floor had no lift so was challenging to my mobility.

The hotel is very well located in the center area of the city, close to touristic points of interest, metro and stations. The personel is nice and helpful. The room was clean, with all essentials for the stay. Air conditioning and confortable bed.

I would suggest adding the details of the ingredients for the food in the breakfast buffet, to help people with allergies and food restrictions.

Nice modern room and bathroom in an old building directly in the centre of the old town, right next to the famous elevator. Superb location

The instructions stated that reception was 1 floor up. Reception is actually on the 5th floor! We dragged our luggage up the stairs to the very top of the building to check in, only to later find out that there is an elevator. Better instructions regarding the whereabouts of reception and the existence of an elevator would be very helpful

The Tempo FLH Hotel is centrally located within Lisbon. It is so easy to get around and see main sites, hop on a tour and access restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the quaint, boutique hotel which really does feels like home. We had a great view of the city from our small balcony. The staff were helpful and managed to accommodate our early check-in. The rooms, while relatively small, are comfortable and the beds are too. We got a personalised note on arrival which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this for a Lisbon city stay.

It would be great to have more towel racks or hooks. We wanted to keep our towels for a day and hung them on the door handle. The staff - at no fault of their own - replaced them as they perhaps thought we wanted them replaced.

Location was fantastic and the room was very comfortable with lovely street view and lots of windows. Hotel is in the heart of Lisbon next to the Santa Justa lift. Breakfast was really fresh and enough choice overall. Not much choice in the way of cooked food, but good selection of ham, cheeses, bread, eggs, pastries, granola and fruit - high quality and very fresh. Particularly appreciated the availability of complementary coffee and pastries throughout the day!

Very little not to like. Perhaps a slightly wider selection of breakfast items, and a more clearly signposted front door as finding the entrance was slightly difficult to spot!

Breakfast was well varied and plentiful. The only negative is that it was served on the fifth floor, and the elevator only went to the fourth floor, so would be an issue for someone with mobility problems.

Due to arthritis in my knees, I had an issue with the height of the bed, which was comfortable, but very low to the ground. My husband had to hall me up out of it a couple of times. Also would have appreciated a chair, as there wasn't one, so the only place to sit down was on the bed. Other than that, the room was fine, and the Hotel was very centrally located.
