Easily accessible by train or Uber/bolt from both Lisboa oriente and Lisbon airport. Reception let us check in a few hours early since the room was ready which so nice after an overnight flight. Amazing location in Baxia and walkable to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and sights. It was so helpful to have an elevator for our luggage especially after climbing hills all day. The apartment was decorated well and very clean. Nice that they provided free water and you could use the small kitchen. We used the sofa bed and it was comfortable with nice linens. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We went to a different city and they even let us store our larger suitcase with the hotel for a few days until we would return. Would gladly return and recommend this place to our friends and family.

It was absolutely amazing stay. From the very first day, we felt that the staff is really taking care of Guests. They all have been very helpful, positive and lovely. In the first day I received so nice welcome message from the manager, and then an email with lots of valuable tips, such us: how to travel through/around Lisbon, recommended restaurants and places to visit, as "must haves". Thank you so much for this!!! What was surprised, that there is a cleaning service provided even every day, if you request it. I also really liked the cosmetics in the bathroom - you get everything what you need, great quality and wonderful smell. The location is perfect, ideally located for exploring Lisbon by foot.

Maybe just a better equipment kitchen, especially for longer stays. Apart from that absolutely nothing. You should teach others how to treat Guests! Thank you so much for exceptionally stay in Lisbon! I will never forget it :)

Spacious, clean, and fantastic location!

Great location. Right in the heart of the city Baixa / Chiado area which is pretty walkable when with children. Hotel is gorgeous and very clean and they never failed to clean our room daily. Furthermore the smell in the hotel is so lovely. The staff are super friendly and informative, shout out to Ameen and Jose for being very helpful and the other girls on reception too. They are very professional. I was impressed with their service above all. My children really loved staying here and I think it’s a very family friendly hotel.

I found the rooms to be a bit cramped and the sofa bed slightly uncomfortable for an adult to sleep in this is probably more suited for children. Be mindful the surrounding areas have a lot of strange people lurking around so when out at night be vigilant this room has exposure to loud noises at night such as the trams and people shouting etc as it’s right where the bars and restaurants are

Cozy apartment in the center of Lisbon, spacious, with a comfortable bedroom and living room, modern kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new, and the appliances were top-notch. The view from our 5th-floor balcony was amazing, overlooking the iconic castle and the Tagus river. The location was ideal, in the city center, steps away from metro, tram and bus stations. All the major attractions were nearby and even the stop for the hop-on / hop off bus is 5 minutes' walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! They sent us recommendations for restaurants, shops and things to do and were always available to answer questions and ensure our stay was comfortable. Everything was so good that we didn't want to leave!

My mom and her friend recently stayed at Villa Baixa Lisbon Luxury Apartments (I took care of the booking), and honestly, from the booking to departure, everything was flawless. To start, they were the only hotel who confirmed my mom and her friend will receive 2 separate beds (this is what they wanted, but all other hotels said we can put in the request and they will “try”). For booking hotels, I am very picky and I booked several hotels (with cancelation options), in order to buy some time and be able to properly narrow down. The more I researched, the more I realized Villa Baixa is the ONE, so I canceled all others. The communication with the villa was top-notch from the get-go and it gave me a feeling that this is the kind of place I can count on, in order to give that extra support and attention to my traveling senior mom and her friend. Soon after, my “feeling” turned into reality as the villa reception kept very good communication with me and provided a lot of advice and guidance. The highlite however started when the hotel manager, Jose, started communications with me, and without a doubt, he is really the “host” you want to have on your side during your holiday stay. He was always there and super responsive, sometimes even at 2 AM local time (which made me very embarrassed to be a bother), and with a very kind and positive tone and not only all that, but providing very relevant and exact information as I was seeking, to the point and super helpful. I truly appreciate him and the whole reception being there to give such a personal attention to their guests, be it senior guests who need advice or directions, or I imagine young families with kids, or couples with their own interests. Jose provided a lot of information on different tours that my mom and her friend can do. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the centre of Lisbon, close to great restaurants, shopping, squares and all the lovely attractions of the city yet quiet at night. The view of the city and castle from our room was gorgeous. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and full of character. Beds were firm as is the European way, but our daughter said the fold out couch was super comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly and gave us excellent tips and dining suggestions - even finding space for us in a popular but very booked out restaurant on our first night. The complimentary mini Portuguese tarts on arrival were delicious! Could not fault our stay. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful staff...very helpful and informative...especially as we had a problem. with a damaged suitcase . The apartments are very central and and in a flat area for walking. The apartments were nicely furnished, all in working order and quiet Lovely comfortable bed. I would highly recommend these apartments and love to stay there again if I come to Lisbon in the future. I would like to praise once again the friendly, professional concierge staff, Joseph and Asan (probably spelt incorrectly) with their store of information and advice. The little Lisbon Nata tart cakes in reception plus juice were delicious. Thank you for a special stay.

If you need to take a taxi you will find a taxi rank a 5 minute walk away as it is pedestrianised area but Villa Baixa can arrange transfers.

The apartments are finished, maintained and furnished in high quality. The area can be noisy (touristy crowds on the streets), but quality of the windows and the wooden inside shutters muted the noise very well. The staff are friendly, attentive, professional and seem genuinely motivated to please. The place isn’t like a luxury hotel, but the quality of everything about it is really quite good. We would happily recommend to friends who are looking to stay in this area of Lisbon.

The neighborhood is a well located but high energy tourist area. There are a couple of streets with multiple restaurants that have sidewalk seating areas that hustle people passing by to eat in their restaurant. But within a block in any direction are many better quality and more inviting restaurants. For anyone looking to be in the middle of an energized tourist area, this is the place. We would have been more at home in quieter tourist part of the city. That being said, the quality of the apartments and staff would still have us considering this place for a return visit to Lisbon.

The management of this property anticipated every need. Very well organized apartment, generously equipped, very central in the historic city and public parking was available 5 minutes walking distance. I would stay there every time. Also the staff are knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. They text you before arrival to make sure that you are on your way thinking of every eventuality. They always answered texts, which was helpful, as we were held up in traffic and arrived later than expected.
