It was in the central area - close to good restaurants that I’ve found. It’s a historical building so it was nice to stay in one with those wooden window shades. We had two separate beds but we moved them next to each other to have a bit more space. The airco was good and as soon as you open the balcony, it stops working. There was a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel, a fan. A complimentary coffee machine with 2 capsules. Communication with the stuff was easy and pleasurable - they quickly answered if we had questions or issues. Paid the city tax in their hostel a bit down the street. Our included breakfast was next to the hostel - very cosy place with great choice of food. We got scrambled egg on toast, any coffee or tea, orange juice and yoghurt with fruits and granola. The system with locks on every door is very convenient- just keep the numbers on your phone and you don’t need to think about the key.

Be aware of climbing many stairs to reach the apartments. It’s really heavy with suitcases. In our room we had some blood stains on the wall - no idea what happened but I do t want to bring down the rating because of it. And bathroom is extremely small. If you’re on a bigger bulkier side, you will not be able to move. And our shower didn’t really want to turn the water colder. It needs a bit of maintenance. And we could hear neighbours very well if they were next door or above us.

Whenever I messaged the staff—especially Carolina—she responded immediately. She was very helpful with all our questions. I think this kind of support is really important, especially for people visiting a place for the first time. Besides that, the staff were very kind. The breakfast was amazing—we loved the coffee, orange juice, eggs, bread, salad, and granola. The location is right in the center, so there’s no need to use any transportation. Also, it’s very easy to reach from the airport. There was even a coffee machine in the room, which I think is a big plus.

We stayed for just one night, so the room wasn’t a big deal for us. However, for those who want to take a shower, I think the towels were insufficient and quite small.

Fantastic communication and customer service.

Broken chair, A/C did not work, and the couch could use a good cleaning. Also no elavator.

Caroline was very helpful through wotsapp messages sending various route options to get there, help on entering and using the digital security correctly, and recommendations of things to do and see. Breakfast was excellent nothing fancy but tasty and well presented

I had trouble with the wifi not connecting to the Internet, which I'm sure Caroljne would had fixed. But as I only had one full day in Lisbon I used my mobile data when required. The shower tray did not drain very well I suspect the water trap fitted to the tray wasn't allowing a suitable flow.

The location was great and the bed really comfortable. One of the best beds I slept in in a hotel.

When arriving we thought this must be a scam, looking at the front door, including the we hate f tourists email. So that put us on the wrong foot. 😅 We had the banana suite which is on the 4th floor,without stairs so that was good for our condition.

A nice suite just near the Praça do Comèrcio. It has all the amenities need like shampoo, towels, coffee machine, TV etc. It’s really clean, with modern design and new furniture, an amazing choice for its price. The breakfast was superb: coffee, toast with scrambled eggs, yogurt with nuts & fruits, and fresh juice. Left us full for many hours :)

The location of the hostel is superb, just in the center. Very close to the cafe serving breakfast. The breakfast very healthy, filling and with gluten free options. Good coffee. The service very good, quick response from the host on the watssup app.

A little hard to find it as there is no sign by the door, you have to look very closely at the house numbers. the entry gate rusty and uninviting which makes you confused if this is the right place. For people who struggle to walk up the stirs - not recommended as there is no lift.

We loved the location & the staff. The room was perfect for my sister & me. A light breakfast was delivered to our door at 8AM & there was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. We had an incredible view yet it was nice & quiet & the two twin beds were comfy.

I would have liked to know which type of coffee the espressos were that were provided for our machine, but that's it, so not a big deal at all.

the location of the hotel cannot be even better! our room had a really nice balcony and everything for the person's basic needs (own bathroom, comfortable bed). every door was closed with a code, so no need to carry a key with you. a girl who I contacted, Carolline, was really friendly and ready to help! a room was really nice with sockets next to the bed.

unfortunately, there is no housekeeping service during the stay. at some point some hygiene items were finished and we had to buy them on our own or there was an opportunity to contact the hotel and get new items for extra payment. besides that, we also booked breakfast, which was good and delicious, but there could have been more options to choose from! at least that there is not the same meal every day.
