In the centre

Really loved the location. The beds and bed linens and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The window and and coverings did a really good job of keeping the noise and light out. The room was cleaned daily. Loved the little elevator.

My partner had difficulty going to the bathroom because of the way the toilet was positioned right in front of the shower wall. We were in room 304.

Fantastic location and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpfull. They will help you with any information you need. Plenty of restaurants near by the hotel and one of the main attractions Comércio Square is within 5 mins walking from the hotel. The room was very comfy, however you could hear the noise from the outside very easily. You have a minifridge in the room which is very useful especially if you go there during the summer days. I love the location of the hotel - close to restaurants and shops.

You had to walk with your luggage from your drop off point. Also, as a plus size woman, the toilet was rather awkward - had to sit kind of sideways,

The location and value were amazing, the ac worked great in our room, and the rooms were very comfortable (beds were great, bathroom was big enough).

If you look closely they weren’t as clean as they could be, and other guests were loud late at night and there didn’t seem to be any attempts by staff to quiet them even after several hours.

Very good hotel in excellent location in historic part of Lisbon, room was of good size with small balcony.Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Hotel was very close to good restaurants and shops and historic areas of Lisbon, and was good value for being in such a good location

It would be good if coffee/tea making facilities could be provided in the room

Central location ideal for sightseeing and a short walk from Rossio Metro Station. Breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs! The room was good with air conditioning and shower gel provided. Beds were comfortable. There was also a case weighing machine in reception for EU1 which was very useful.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there was a kettle near reception so you could make your own. It wasn't a big deal not to have it though.

Great location from metro stops and decent walking distance of most sites (electric is to Belem about six minutes away). Front desk very helpful. Breakfast decent. Room a little small, but manageable. Would stay here again.

Unbeatable location that made our whole mini break great. Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom door.was terrible. Opaque and an inch gap round all sides. No lock and didn't close properly. No fan, shower a little old and tired although good pressure and heat. There was no window or fan for ventilation. I was with a friend and the lack of privacy was a definate issue. Being so central it was loud at night with lots of music from the street - we didn't mind this but it was very loud at times so could be a problem.

The location is exceptional, in the very center, from where tourist attractions and all parts of the city are easily accessible. The breakfast is varied. It is a boutique hotel that fulfills the expectations

We had a small problem with the hotel cards, but the staff is friendly and tries to solve any possible problem.
