Great location. Proactive and highly considerate staff. Easy check-in. Perfect for a couple that has overcome the intimate step of their relationship.

Not as soundproof as claimed, as you will hear (loud and clear) other guests when they are in the hallway - and I can assume they hear you just as much. Advertising it as a two-bathroom deluxe suite is an exaggeration, as you will do your private matters literally in the corners of your room. (There was a door which formed each corner to a tiny room....) The shower is (beyond) narrow, and challenging if you want to bend to wash your feet - and I'm even just 174 cm. Surveillance camera in the hallway outside your apartment door is automatically tracking your movement (tilt) and you will feel tracked/watched at all time when you're coming and going. Advertised to have both wine and champagne included in the fee, but champagne was missing - and not even available for an additional fee.

The location is excellent! Beds were super comfortable, with nice soft sheets. The room had everything - coffee, daily cleaning, treats in the afternoon and even a bottle of wine at check in. The check in process, with key codes and videos from the host was perfect - seamless and smooth!

Previous reviewers were not exaggerating when the say the room is very small. The layout of the room is efficient, so this helps, as do high ceilings and extra lighting. However, the shower, which had great water pressure and a lovely rain shower head, was the smallest I have ever seen. I’m a very average sized woman and I had a hard time lifting my arms to shampoo my hair without bumping shower walls. This was not a deal breaker for us, by any means but it is something future travelers will want to be aware of.

Central location downtown. Good shower. Very easy self-checkin. Amazingly friendly and speedy communication.

Small room. This is not a hotel. There is neither a lobby nor a spot to leave your luggage during the day. It is a flat on the 2nd floor without elevator. Each room is rented to a different customer. No staff on site. We were lucky it was quiet.

Clean, fantastic location, beautiful appartment, welcome bottle of wine, easy to reach the host. The entire city centre is walking distance from this property. There is even a small balcony in the room.

The appartment is essentially one large appartment divided into many hotel rooms. Since there is a common walk in, there should be signs to be quiet when walking in late. We had noisy guests that would speak loudly late into the night when walking in. This is very minor and everything else was wonderful.

Excellent location , good price, very comfortable bed, easy check in process. Bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch! Nespresso coffee pods and coffee machine allowed a morning cafe before we started our day. Very friendly housekeeping staff.

Room size was such that there was no good place to store/open two suitcases—- But there’s nothing to be done about this in this historic downtown building!

Very central location. Instructions were really clear to get to and into the property, the place felt very secure. It was incredibly clean and was cleaned each day we were there with little treats being left for us each day, really lovely touch to come back to. Air con worked well so the room was a good temperature throughout the stay. A receptionist kept in touch via WhatsApp which meant we had a quick way of contacting if there were to be any problems. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located accommodation in Lisbon. The price was fair, especially given the excellent location. Dina was extremely kind and helpful, offering us great tips on local cafes for breakfast. When my son accidentally left his T-shirt behind, Dina went out of her way to send it back to us—something you wouldn't expect from a typical hotel. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. We got a bottle of wine on the house and a lovely cheese platter. Room is cute. Wifi good and bed was comfortable.

The room is very small and the bathroom ( shower) is extremely small. It will not be regarded as a “ suite” in my home country of South Africa. You have to move the table and chairs to get to the French doors’ shutters in order to open/ close them. It is a self check in, and even though I arranged to check in early the day before,( and gave the exact time of our train)we only got the check in codes after we already departed from the train and had no wifi. There is no staff at the premises, we had to go to a restaurant with all our luggage to get wifi. No explanation for why the codes were sent so late. I think it is unfair to assume everyone has wifi 24/7 and to send check in details so late.

I stayed one night, booked at the last minute for another spontaneous day in Lisbon, check in and check out quick and smooth. Room fully refurbished and central. Complementary bottle of wine and friendly staff . Overall a good stay.

The room seems quite overwhelming from items here and there and I did not realise when I booked that the sink was in the room while the toilet and shower in 2 separate tiny rooms. maybe not an issue for others.

Center of Lisbon, tons of sight seeing and resturants around. clean room with free wine and coffe. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked perfectly.

Small room, very bad isolation from street noise. Overall my experience was positive I think I'm not the target market for this type of apartments. Better for young couples not so much for solo business trip.
