Great location -- easy walking distance to the Baixa and the Alfama districts of Lisbon. Daily cleaning service and treats of coffee, biscuits, etc. Excellent communication. Lovely and appropriate decor.

A backup system to the electric card system for entry, lights, etc. I arrived on the day of the power outage for the Iberian Peninsula, and then two days later, there was no power in my room. Obviously, I don't hold them responsible for the power outage, but I was only able to enter as I was at the door while the cleaning service was present. As for the second day with no electricity, I spent the evening in the dark. I'm thankful I brought power banks.

Great location. Proactive and highly considerate staff. Easy check-in. Perfect for a couple that has overcome the intimate step of their relationship.

Not as soundproof as claimed, as you will hear (loud and clear) other guests when they are in the hallway - and I can assume they hear you just as much. Advertising it as a two-bathroom deluxe suite is an exaggeration, as you will do your private matters literally in the corners of your room. (There was a door which formed each corner to a tiny room....) The shower is (beyond) narrow, and challenging if you want to bend to wash your feet - and I'm even just 174 cm. Surveillance camera in the hallway outside your apartment door is automatically tracking your movement (tilt) and you will feel tracked/watched at all time when you're coming and going. Advertised to have both wine and champagne included in the fee, but champagne was missing - and not even available for an additional fee.

The suite itself was so clean and comfortable, all amenities were excellent! Anything you need. The location is great with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants and bars. This was our first time in Lisbon and we found the location excellent for exploring. Also this was a last minute booking and Dina was so helpful and communicative in helping us secure the booking, and allowed us an early check in which was a life saver. And excellent value for price! We will certainly be staying here on our next visit to Lisbon! Highly recommend!

Yanara is an absolutely fantastic host! From the moment she reached out, her customer-oriented attitude shone through. We especially appreciated the warm welcome message, the thoughtful gift of a bottle of red wine, and the flexibility of self-check-in instructions that allowed us to arrive at our convenience. Yanara's proactive communication, including setting up a WhatsApp group with all the necessary information, made our arrival incredibly smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like we were coming home. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent! Beds were super comfortable, with nice soft sheets. The room had everything - coffee, daily cleaning, treats in the afternoon and even a bottle of wine at check in. The check in process, with key codes and videos from the host was perfect - seamless and smooth!

Previous reviewers were not exaggerating when the say the room is very small. The layout of the room is efficient, so this helps, as do high ceilings and extra lighting. However, the shower, which had great water pressure and a lovely rain shower head, was the smallest I have ever seen. I’m a very average sized woman and I had a hard time lifting my arms to shampoo my hair without bumping shower walls. This was not a deal breaker for us, by any means but it is something future travelers will want to be aware of.

Clean, fantastic location, beautiful appartment, welcome bottle of wine, easy to reach the host. The entire city centre is walking distance from this property. There is even a small balcony in the room.

The appartment is essentially one large appartment divided into many hotel rooms. Since there is a common walk in, there should be signs to be quiet when walking in late. We had noisy guests that would speak loudly late into the night when walking in. This is very minor and everything else was wonderful.

We booked this little gem of a place last minute due to a last minute trip to Lisbon. It was centrally located and walking distance to most of the sights. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area as well. The host was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for couples.

The shower was a little small, but in europe all space is limited.

Central location downtown. Good shower. Very easy self-checkin. Amazingly friendly and speedy communication.

Small room. This is not a hotel. There is neither a lobby nor a spot to leave your luggage during the day. It is a flat on the 2nd floor without elevator. Each room is rented to a different customer. No staff on site. We were lucky it was quiet.

Excellent location , good price, very comfortable bed, easy check in process. Bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch! Nespresso coffee pods and coffee machine allowed a morning cafe before we started our day. Very friendly housekeeping staff.

Room size was such that there was no good place to store/open two suitcases—- But there’s nothing to be done about this in this historic downtown building!

The apartment is in a great area and we walked everywhere. Located on a quiet street, there were lots of restuarants and bats close by but we were not bothered by noise at all. The staff were very good at communicating and helpful when we needed them.

The rooms were very tiny. Just enough room to squeeze past the bed and the wall.
