The location is the best! Walkable to Baixa, Chiado, Alfama areas. 5 mins from Rossio Square for metro & train station. Facilities has a common kitchen area, nearby grocery store & laundry mat. Pictures of rooms are accurate. Check-in is easy, but need to follow directions & go to Memoria Hotel. Staff informative & excellent.

Property needs to have an motion sensor light in the stair area as it’s very dark. Would like to have a safe in room. Kitchen needs paper towels/sponge. Note: there are 30 steps to guest house.

The room was nice, spacious with great air conditioning and strong wifi. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were very good. There is a shared kitchen area, which I didn't use, but looked nice. I did sit in there and write a postcard and it was pleasant. Check in was friendly and easy.

The main door is very heavy and was a bit hard to pull open to leave. Getting in was easier. If that's the worse thing, then you know this place is just fine.

It's a nice guesthouse with pretty rooms and shared kitchen area with welcome tea and coffee. The building is quite pretty inside. There's a public elevator across the road which makes a lot easier to access the guesthouse. When you go down to the 0 floor by the public elevator there's a wonderful place for breakfast across the street. The location is good - about 15 min walk to Comercio square.

The walls are paper-thin, i couldn't sleep because of someone snoring in the next room

Room was very spacious. Loved the key card access. Never used the huge, well-kitted kitchen. The square with bus, metro and market/stalls is very close. Wear comfortable shoes. The cobbles aren't very smooth and can get slippery with just a little rain.

The street level entrance is very low key and very easy to miss or discount. The walls are a bit thin and, on occasion, I was aware of neighbours stomping about. Nothing more dreadful :)

Very central location in the heart of the old city of Lisbon and near to many of the sights. The staff were really helpful all round and including explaining local transport routes. There was a 24 hour desk. Facilities were good with a large kitchen available. Would definitely recommend.

Had issue with shower leaking, Staff fixed straight away. Walls are VERY thin, can hear talking in next room. It’s a guesthouse / Apartment so share hallway and kitchen with other rooms. Can hear everyone walking around, coming and going etc, so not great for light sleepers.

The room itself was new and clean however the entrance foyer was quite dirty. I liked the shared kitchen area and the best location you could ask for right in the heart of Lisbon.

The bathroom was not as nice as the room: cold lights, occasional smell from the drain, and could have used some better cleaning.

AC was very usefull on a hot day.

Shower hose and shower head need replacement at room 6 as it was leaking and also shower water fosset was impossible to adjust water temperature. Either cold or super hot..probably just bad quality product should be easy to fix..

The accommodation is located in a beautiful old building and the location is incredible! We were close to absolutely everything (including "Bifanas do Afonso", which are just in the corner and absolutely delicious). The suite was clean and very spacious. As the rooms are inside an old apartment, there is a kitchen which can be used by you and the other guests.
