Words cannot describe my stay in this hotel. Excellent location, very clean, cute rooms. I was most thankful to the amazing staff full of smiles and helpful. Bernardo and his staff were amazing, kind, and worked perfectly under pressure. I was very fortunate that I was a guest at this hotel before the blockout they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable. My flight got canceled and I had no choice but to come back to the hotel without notification hoping for them to at least let me and my daughter stay in the lobby for the night, but Bernardo was able to find me a room not only for us but for everyone that came back. Unfortunately I didn’t have any more cash left to buy food but he told us that they had enough food for dinner. He was truly an angel in disguise. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality!

This boutique hotel offers a great location, making it easy to explore Lisbon and its many attractions. The twin beds were comfortable, and the room had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, a cozy sitting area, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and spacious, though the shower area could benefit from some painting and minor renovations. It didn’t detract too much from the overall experience but could be an area for improvement. The staff were particularly helpful. When we discovered the safe deposit box in our room was locked and lacked user instructions, the receptionist promptly fixed the issue with professionalism and efficiency. The room also featured nice gestures like a bottle of still water and coffee maker, which were much appreciated. Another highlight was the check-out experience. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the accommodation until our late-night flight, which was incredibly convenient and a gesture we are very grateful for. One feature we didn’t get to try was the hotel’s breakfast service, available for a fee. It seemed interesting, but with so many options in Lisbon, we decided to explore the local dining scene instead—perhaps next time we’ll give it a try!

One aspect that could be improved is the soundproofing. Late at night or early in the morning, we could hear the sound of water running through the pipes from bathrooms above, as well as the noise of doors slamming from other guests. Adding a brake system to the doors could help minimize these disturbances. Additionally, adding more functional hooks for towels closer to the shower area would be a simple but practical upgrade to enhance convenience. Currently, there are some hooks behind the door, and towels often fell off, which was inconvenient.

There are some great breakfast options to be found at the Copenhagen Cafe Lab, in the same building as the hotel, and accessible via internal elevator or from the street. Fresh juices, fruit, pastries, cooked options - a very clean establishment with great staff. Their baristas also do great coffee. This is where you’ll start your day if you take the breakfast option with the hotel; or you could just walk on down there as you feel like it. 10 / 10 from us.

We’ve nothing adverse to say about the hotel. It suited our needs- double glazing ensured a good night’s sleep. Ultimately, it is the staff that contribute to a great experience; to Anna, Jessica, Maria, Bruno and Nernardo - it was a pleasure to have met you all, you made our visit to Lisbon an unforgettable experience. You are a credit to your organisation, and I’ve no doubt we will be back.

Staff were extremely helpful in many ways and very friendly. Accomodation was splendid. A bonus was the cafe on the lower floor which was open from 7am to 18:00. it served a good range of breakfast food , drinks and selection of cakes etc. the cafe is very popular with locals . The hotel location is very convenient for accessing most of the key sites and facilities ( trams / restaurants / shops) in central Lisbon.

1. Management should think of cabinets instead of just bars for hanging the clothes 2. Maybe change the menu for the offered breakfast every other day as it is understandable that a buffet type cant be offered due to the hotel set up with a cafeteria. 3. Though we did not use it, the small fridge and the cabinet where it is was smelly. House keeping to ensure that it is also cleaned.

The breakfast was located in a lovely cafe - Copenhagen - beneath the hotel, which was popular but not too much so. I only wanted a light breakfast so paid for what I had at the till and didn't pay the inclusive breakfast charge. The hotel is well-located in the historic centre on the eastern edge of Baixa, close to Alfama, and below the Se and Castello Sao Jorge. The staff were also very nice and helpful, and my suite room was very spacious.

A minor quibble, but a bin in the main room, as well as the bathroom would have been useful.

We loved everything about this hotel. This place was our second time ever n Lisbon and will definitely stay here again. The front desk gentleman (sorry forgot his name) was soo friendly and helpful. Considering we arrived the day after the big power outage, he was on top of his game. Room was spacious and clean. Bed PERFECT!

Not the properties fault of course, but climbing back up the steep street was a killer 😎 good exercise though!

Very nice hotel representatives! A asked if I can check in earlier because my flight came earlier, and they made it possible! Thanks a lot for hospitality! The room is clean, cozy, AC worked too, and it is really cool that everyone spoked English. It is also possible to drop off a luggage for a while before check-in and after check out. The location is great, near the metro and city center. I recommend to everyone this hotel!

Recently renovated, very clean, great location a short walking distance from main plazas, shopping district and many restaurants. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff aiming to please. A truly enjoyable stay!

I had the comfy room, which was quite small even for just one person. No where to hang clothes or store luggage, minimal space to move around the room. Very small elevators. Carpet in the stairwell are striped lines that go in different directions and are dizzying. But all minimal complaints. I highly recommend the hotel!

Helpful, friendly staff Good location in terms of nearness to many places of interest Almost everything seemed to work I was upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, but...

... the suite was on the 1st floor close, therefore, to a noisy road. Leaving the window open wasn't ideal, therefore, closing it made the roof stuffy, which the air-conditioning didn't quickly remedy. The lighting in the smallish bathroom wasn't very strong - in particular the shower was quite dark
