Location was amazing. We were right in the middle of down town Lisbon with everything we needed and more at our doorstep. Staff were lovely especially Cátia. She was so welcoming. Room was a great size with city view and own shower room/toilet. Bed was lovely and comfy.

Noise from road outside made it difficult to sleep late in mornings as it was so busy but I was able to buy some earplugs that solved this issue. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot of noise from other guests and staff moving around and talking which did disturb our sleep. The shower try could have been cleaner as there was some black mould in the corners of the tray but we were only using shower briefly once per day so not end of the World but probably someone should clean with a mould spray.

We had a lovely 2-day stay in Lisbon. Our room with a double bed was comfortable, and although the bathroom was shared, it didn’t pose any issues. There were two bathrooms with a WC and shower, so we could lock the door and have it all to ourselves when needed. The reception was staffed every day from 2 PM to 10 PM, and the staff was incredibly friendly—one of them even helped us find an affordable ride to the airport. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and wait there until it was time to head to the airport. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore. The only downside was the noise at night (cars, trams, etc.), but it’s a small trade-off for being so close to everything.

Excellent location... tram almost at front door, Sé Cathedral across from the guest house... 5min walk from Perreiro metro station where we arrived from airport. Very good communication with Diego... very friendly host. We had the kitchenette... complimentary water on arrival. The a/c was working good. Good water pressure in shower. A few minutes walk to the pick-up point for our daytrips... Will recommend... we had a lovely stay!

It's in a very nice location, yet still silent. I loved Room 108 - it was like a cave with its curvy walls. The staff was very friendly, too.

I wanted to leave the luggage there for a while after checking out but there was noone at the reception. I had to wait in front of the door for a while. Same thing happened in a different town, so maybe working hours start later in Portugal. If you need earlier checkout + leave the luggage, you might need to arrange it in advance.

Excellent location in the hearth of Lisbon. Trams and buses that take you around the city stop right at the door. The studio I stayed in was very quiet as it is at the back of the building away from the noise of the city so I was able to get great night sleeps. There is a nice restaurant just next door with lovely food, wine and traditional Fado music nights. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and toilets clean. They also have free luggage storage for after check-out, which is ideal if you have a later onward journey like we did and want to explore the city without carrying everything. Location was very central and close to everything. Perfect for an overnight stay!

Being very central you have to expect to hear normal city noises from the trams in particular. Walls between rooms are super thin, could hear literally everything from the rooms next to us.

The staff were so helpful! We checked out at 12pm and had a late bus at 10pm to Spain the same day. They were able to hold our bags in a locked area all day so we could still explore Lisbon, and then allowed us to use the shower facilities before we went on our way. They also helped us to locate a laundromat very close to the guest house. All staff were very accommodating whenever we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Location was also great and central to everything we wanted to see for a first time stay in Lisbon!

We only stayed one night here as a stop off on our travels. The host that met us was excellent giving us a full run down on the accommodation plus recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was a deluxe it was very spacious but quite sparse . Very clean and bed was very comfortable. There was no hair dryer but I'm sure the host would have found us one if we had stayed longer. Great location to explore Lisbon wish we had had more time to do it .

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room is much bigger than it looks on the images and it is in the very center of Lisbon. Also, clean and well-equipped bathroom.

People mentioned in other reviews that it's noisy, well you can't expect anything less if you book a room in the middle of an old city. Sure it's noisy, earplugs easily do the trick. A small fridge would have been nice in the room, but overall, great hotel.

The location was amazing as it was 4 min walk to the city centre. Staff was lovely and very welcoming, although they are not available between from 10 pm to 10 am. It was definitely a price for value stay. I stayed at the ensuite room so the tram noise was not coming at all. The bathroom was literally in a cupboard, hard to reach considering the room area. A lot of utilities are provided in the kitchen section if you fancy cooking. The cleanliness of them is debatable. The furniture overall the facility was modern.

The sheets and towels were not clean and had stains on it. The sink had dirty water stains as well probably from previous stay. The room got really cold at night as the AC was not working properly (shuts itself down unexpectedly).
