I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel was. The staff were friendly, the place was impeccably clean, and the decor was stunning. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location was ideal—key spots in Lisbon were within walking distance, yet it was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options. Overall, my boyfriend and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Although we were aware in advance that parking was not included, the recommended spot is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (or a 15-20 minute drive) and costs 25 euros per day, which is quite pricey. While it wasn't ideal, we were prepared for this. Aside from this, there’s nothing else that stood out as a negative aspect, and truly, the parking situation isn't really the hotel's fault. Lisbon is a city and its busy. Not a lot of places have parking on site.

Great location and the size of the rooms were perfect. Worths the price. The staff were friendly. The rooms were silent, not a busy and loud street. It was clean. If you book for a standart double room even if you ate traveling solo, there is a chance that they will give you a small room for singles ( at roof) it is not bad but the m2 is smaller than regular standart rooms. As for what you have reserved. The reason i choose this hotel was bot just the location but the larger rooms compared to similar priced places or i was ok to pay more for larger rooms which was 20m2 (said on booking) where most around the are were 9-15m2. I stayed for a week so i wanted the space. When i asked for what i reserved they changed to a regular standart rooms compared available even with a small balcony. I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, mine was optional and I only had once, there were also very good breakfast-brunch places very close by. I booked daily tours from the reception and the company they work is pretty good. I suggest Sintra for sure but bot Evora-lt doesnt worth your time or money. Overall my experience at the hotel was very good.

While the bathroom was really beautiful and well facilitated, it had no sound-proofing at all. There was no kettle.

Location was right in the middle of where you want to be if you are a tourist. Very easy walks to all Alfama and Baixa destinations.

1. We awoke at night to the smell of sewer gas. I'm uncertain as to its source - there was underground street construction nearby - but it was powerful and unpleasant. I'm hoping it is nothing from the hotel itself. 2. The bathtub walls are high, and make entering to shower difficult for people who are shorter or even medium height. Even the provided grab bar was limited in its assistance.

Hotel located right in the center of Lisbon, few meters away from the Terreiro do Paço in the Baixa district. Literally seconds to bus stops, tram stations, museums. Church is also nearby. Coffee shops, shopping street, restaurants - everything is super close. I was offered room with the view on inner courtyard, but change it upon request for the street view. Room is nice, cozy with free coffee refreshment every day. Good, thick towels, bath kit. I've stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it! Thanks to the personal that cleaned the room very good! People working at the hotel are very nice and helpful!

In some places you see that room is a bit tired. Especially in bathroom. There are many places where something is in mold (like really black mold), or glass have many spots inside of it (like not 1 or to, maybe 20-30) and it looks like dirty. But in reality it's probably defected or something like that. Also there was some damage with bath and "bath stand" (not sute how to call it), but basically I could easily see some tile sticking out.

I greatly appreciated the staff! They could not have been more kind, helpful and informed. My bed and pillow were comfortable; I had no back/neck soreness or stiffness👍🏻 The room thermostat was easily adjusted and maintained a comfortable room temperature. The hotel location was perfect for walking to great restaurants, cafes, shops, cathedrals, monuments and more. The river front is just two blocks away, and was fantastic day & night for views, meals, entertainment and people watching.

The wardrobe hangers are annoying, and I would have liked more hanging space.

My room was right next to the lift, so was subjected to some sounds of the lift and also people entering/exiting. Also, some hotels provide disposable slippers daily to wear in the room. I highly recommend Vincci Baixa for its prime location, friendly and attentive staff, and supremely comfortable beds, which exceeded my expectations. The inviting common areas added to the overall experience, making it effortlessly accessible and a true delight to find. An enchanting stay with beautiful surroundings. Just a heads-up for fellow guests: The abundance of floor-to-ceiling mirrors may surprise you, but don't let that deter you from experiencing the charm and comfort this place offers.
