I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel was. The staff were friendly, the place was impeccably clean, and the decor was stunning. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location was ideal—key spots in Lisbon were within walking distance, yet it was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options. Overall, my boyfriend and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Although we were aware in advance that parking was not included, the recommended spot is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (or a 15-20 minute drive) and costs 25 euros per day, which is quite pricey. While it wasn't ideal, we were prepared for this. Aside from this, there’s nothing else that stood out as a negative aspect, and truly, the parking situation isn't really the hotel's fault. Lisbon is a city and its busy. Not a lot of places have parking on site.

We had an amazing time as a group of 10 during our recent stay in Lisbon for a hen party. We booked the day before we were due to arrive due to our original property cancelling and the staff at Vincci Baixa were exceeded our expectations! They were able to provide twin rooms as requested and placed our group together on the same floor which we had to ourselves. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and the location was fantastic. Special shout out to Kawan who worked in the hotel bar - he was a great host! I will definitely consider staying here again as well as checking out their other locations.

Great location and the size of the rooms were perfect. Worths the price. The staff were friendly. The rooms were silent, not a busy and loud street. It was clean. If you book for a standart double room even if you ate traveling solo, there is a chance that they will give you a small room for singles ( at roof) it is not bad but the m2 is smaller than regular standart rooms. As for what you have reserved. The reason i choose this hotel was bot just the location but the larger rooms compared to similar priced places or i was ok to pay more for larger rooms which was 20m2 (said on booking) where most around the are were 9-15m2. I stayed for a week so i wanted the space. When i asked for what i reserved they changed to a regular standart rooms compared available even with a small balcony. I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, mine was optional and I only had once, there were also very good breakfast-brunch places very close by. I booked daily tours from the reception and the company they work is pretty good. I suggest Sintra for sure but bot Evora-lt doesnt worth your time or money. Overall my experience at the hotel was very good.

The location is just perfect. Walking distance to everywhere with an amazing view. The flat is very comfortable and large. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We were lucky to be there on July 22nd, it was such a great joy to be there.

The stairs, you need to climb a good number of stairs to go around in Bermeo but hey guess one of the things to be seen in Bermeo...the stairs of course! ( No joking, you can check it out). By the way, there aren't much stairs to the flat but quite a good number stairs in Bermeo.

Location was central to most things, but was also quiet at night. The breakfast was wonderful and really good value compared to other places. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

While the bathroom was really beautiful and well facilitated, it had no sound-proofing at all. There was no kettle.

Location was right in the middle of where you want to be if you are a tourist. Very easy walks to all Alfama and Baixa destinations.

1. We awoke at night to the smell of sewer gas. I'm uncertain as to its source - there was underground street construction nearby - but it was powerful and unpleasant. I'm hoping it is nothing from the hotel itself. 2. The bathtub walls are high, and make entering to shower difficult for people who are shorter or even medium height. Even the provided grab bar was limited in its assistance.

I liked the location, which was very central, and I also loved everyone working at the hotel — they were very helpful in recommending restaurants and more.

The rooms do feel a bit small, but that’s something many people mention — and in the end, you get used to it. The key is the location. When you’re in Lisbon, you’ll likely spend most of your time outside anyway, as there’s so much to see and do.

Hotel located right in the center of Lisbon, few meters away from the Terreiro do Paço in the Baixa district. Literally seconds to bus stops, tram stations, museums. Church is also nearby. Coffee shops, shopping street, restaurants - everything is super close. I was offered room with the view on inner courtyard, but change it upon request for the street view. Room is nice, cozy with free coffee refreshment every day. Good, thick towels, bath kit. I've stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it! Thanks to the personal that cleaned the room very good! People working at the hotel are very nice and helpful!

In some places you see that room is a bit tired. Especially in bathroom. There are many places where something is in mold (like really black mold), or glass have many spots inside of it (like not 1 or to, maybe 20-30) and it looks like dirty. But in reality it's probably defected or something like that. Also there was some damage with bath and "bath stand" (not sute how to call it), but basically I could easily see some tile sticking out.

The hotel was ideally located right next door to the Praça do Comercio with lots of cafes, restaurants and transport options nearby. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they offered to store our bags while our room was being cleaned. The room was very modern, clean, comfortable with a great walk in shower and fluffy towels. There was a wide assortment for breakfast which was great.
