Location is excellent. Views are amazing. Value is excellent. Cleanliness was great.

Only four lockers available for the whole building, so despite expecting to be able to use a locker for my belongings when I checked out, all 4 were taken and I was left to fend for myself for storage. I recommend getting up early on your departure day and snagging a locker until the building provides more some day (hopefully). There was also no silverware just a heads up, despite kitchen being included in description. Kitchen plates were dusty. This wasn't a big deal, I just cleaned them. I imagine this is simply due to lack of use.

Nice room size and location.

The check in is done through a code system, at the beginning we had a problem getting into the building because the code sent via the email did not work. I recommend doing the pre-check in online. There are 4 lockers behind the main door where you can leave your luggage, however they were only accessible after the check-in time (prepare 2Eur coins. It costs us more because it took us a few trials to get the door to lock)

Good location, clean

No people contact. Asked to leave luggage as we arrived early - answer was a definite ‘no’ but when we arrived noticed there were lockable luggage compartments inside the door - we could have had 3 hours without luggage! Everything done electronically!!

The apartament was very clean and located in a walkable distance to many touristic spots. The mini kitchen is nice.

The self check in didn't work as expected as the totem in the entrance hall was out of service. We called the central and they provided us the room code. The totem was not working during our entire stay. We knew the studio was small, but it might become uncomfortable if the stay is longer than 2 or 3 nights.

The location is excellent and the apartment is comfortable and clean with small complete kitchen which is hardly needed with the choice of rrstorants and caffes around.

The smell at the entry of the building was not pleasant.

Everything was perfect: the location in the center of the city, the cleanliness and amenities in the apartment, proximity to bus/tram stops and metro, restaurants and shops. Easy check-in and check-out, no key, just an access code. We were in apartment 20 - quite small, but equipped with everything you need for a few days stay - comfortable bed/sofa, towels, hairdryer, toiletries, tea and coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge. Highly recommended!

The only problem for someone may be that the elevator is not in use and you have to climb stairs to the apartments.

The apartment is really small but it's nice. The location is great as it's in the city center and close to very good restaurants and attractions.

We had some difficulties with the online check in as the website was not working. But then we called the host and she managed the problem quickly. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep 3 of 4 nights as we had a really noisy and drunk german neighbours that were screaming all night long until 3-4-5am. Then in the mornings there were some families with children that were screaming and hitting different things on the stairs at 6am and their parents didn't even tell them anything. There wasn't toilet paper when we arrived that was a shame after travelling for 7-8 hours to get there. And the trash bin in the kitchen was full from the previous guests. I messaged the host about these and the these issues got solved on the next day.

You cannot beat the location! You are not in the party district but there’s still ample hustle and bustle in the neighbourhood. We stayed on the 4th floor and the view was great. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy and user friendly. Lots of restaurants and a couple of Mercado’s and wine shops within five minutes from the apartment.

There should be a sign on the back of the front door advising guests to make sure the door is securely locked when leaving the apartment.

The location is great. It was quite new and clean The window is beautiful.

There is no receptionist, you have to check in yourself. The system is a bit frustrating, with the codes that you have to enter every time. The service was not too good, I asked for the toilet paper and noone ever brought it. I bought some paper because I didn't want to waste more time for chatting with the host. The room is very small, no shelves in the bathroom, the shampoo is attached to the wall quite high, so a child can't reach it. Very tricky microwave oven, was hard to use. Extremely hard pillows.
