Our accommodation at Emporium Lisbon Suites was perfect. The place is near to everything.Metro station restaurants and cafes.Our suit was very clean and quite with a beautiful view at cathedral of Lisbon. We recommend this place to families. We felt very much at home at Emporium! Access via the code was easy and secure. There was always someone available for questions and someone to talk to in person during business hours. The room was very spacious and had all the accommodations as advertised on Booking.com. Also (most importantly), the room was clean! The location is great (a bit tourtisy but that's ok if that doesn't bother you): there's a metro station nearby to bring you to the centre and other districts very well. The apartments is not located on a hill, so the accessibility is also good. There are busstops nearby if needed and taxis are easy to find. In short: we loved the room, the staff and the location!! Would definitely book again!

Two things: the mattress was a bit stiff for our liking and in the evening the fellow travellers in the building were a bit loud (maybe they had guests over?). The room was very well isolated from sound from the outside (which is very important for the touristy location) but not that much from other people in the building 😅.

Everything! It was the perfect studio for a solo traveler or couple. It was very spacious, with a cool mural and gorgeous colors in the room. Windows overlooked a busy square, and you could open the windows and look out through the trees to the river, but once closed they were completely soundproof. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, the bathroom had a bath tub and lots of hot water, and there were enough outlets for charging if you had an adapter. A safe, a place to put suitcase and hang clothes- it was all so comfortable. Female staff and/or owners were in the office everyday, and answered questions or concerns promptly via what’s app. Felt safe and supported there as a woman alone. Plus… GREAT location for starting any exploration of Lisbon. There’s even a little market in that block for food shopping if you get in late.

Great location, in the heart of the old town. Beautiful suite, modern, lovely decor, clean, nice bathroom.

We didn’t notice there was another elevator on the 1st or 2nd floor, would be good to know(maybe we were told, but a sign outside the main elevator would be helpful). The 1st elevator doesn’t go to the 4th floor, so we had a long staircase to climb with our luggage. As with all old town accommodation in Europe, parking is nearly impossible. Thankfully, the underground parking was 100m away(and possibly the nicest underground parkade we’ve seen!). The bed was fine, but a mattress topper to soften it would be icing on the cake!

The location was great. Lots of restaurants on the same street. The kitchen had pretty dishes. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher,and stovetop. They also supplied coffee, tea, sugar.and chocolate. They also had a toaster and kettle.The unit was very spacious and clean.

The rug in our unit was curling up at several corners and it was a tripping hazard. We almost fell a couple of times but luckily we didn’t. I did report this to the staff and hopefully it will be corrected.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location for enjoying all that Lisbon has to offer. On the edge of Alfama, it was very walkable to many attractions, had many excellent dining options, ready access to public transportation, but quieter and a bit less crazy than areas like Chiado. Our room had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet, and communications with staff/owners were excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wifi could have been a bit stronger — but perfectly servicable for checking email, social media, etc.

The Emporium Suites is located in such a great area, walking distance to everything we wanted to see... or within walking distance to tram/bus stops for Belem and areas a bit further away. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room we had was large, stylish and very clean. We loved it. There was air-conditioning, a kitchen and large bathroom. What's more, the room was really quiet despite being so close to restaurants, public transport etc. On our next trip to Lisbon, we'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful large space in a great location. It was better than all the hotels we stayed at, including a 5-star in Porto at a higher price. I enjoyed the large comfortable bathroom with a nice powerful shower, comfortable bed, extra large bedroom with 2 large French doors facing a park. - In this case, size matters. Location is great, about 1 block from the promenade or Rambla, and is surrounded by good restaurants.

It didn't provide shampoo/conditioner, but the space and comfort way outweighs such minor item. From now on we are going to look for similar accommodations instead of hotels and B&Bs.

The room was comfortable and spacious. We liked our view & the fact that we could open the windows to take in the river view & get some fresh air; when the windows were closed, it was very quiet.

The motor in the refrigerator, however, was VERY loud when it circulated. Not much to be done for this, as we wanted the convenience of a kitchenette, but it did keep me up and wake me up a few times.

I described this place to friends as the best parts of staying at an Airbnb (more space, home-y feel) combined with the best parts of staying in a hotel (cleaning, good service). I was very impressed with how clean it was, and I loved that they came to clean during our stay. The location is amazing in the old town, very convenient, but not too loud at night. (There is some minor noise from the restaurants below, but it was not nearly as loud as other places in the old town). It's across the street from a playground and a metro stop, and beyond that is the water! Tons of restaurants and sites to see nearby. The set up of the suite makes it very easy to prepare meals and they have all the supplies you might need to do that. The service was very good and they were quick to respond when we needed something. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
