The property is near the cruise post so ideal if you have just disembarked. They will store luggage free and were able to let us have the apartment earlier than 1500. The staff were so helpful and friendly with good communication by WhatsApp before we arrived. Our 4th floor apartment had a superb view from the balcony and was spotlessly clean. We had a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a cosy lounge. The apartment was fully serviced while we were out. The building has a lift and a common room where you can make coffee and socialise. The view over the square and sea, with restaurants below made the location idea for exploring. We would love to stay again.

Great location -- walking distance from many shops/restaurants. About 15-20 minute walk to where most of the active bars are. Very clean, very friendly staff. Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Would reccomend to anyone coming to the area.

Everything met or exceed expectations. However, just be aware that you will be sharing 2 single bathrooms with your floor. During my 3 nights there, I only waited for bathroom once and for 3 minutes. If you are checking out between midnight and 8 am, be sure to talk to the staff ahead of time, because I was not sure where to leave my key.

We booked a two bedroom apartment with river view. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The first bedroom and living room/kitchen had a direct view whilst the second bedroom is lit indirectly. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, kettle, dishwasher, sufficient cutlery and some complimentary teas/coffee pods. The apartment had a nice homey feel even though the kitchen was not super modern, it was tidy and clean. The location of the apartment was fantastic, area felt very safe and there are many good restaurants nearby. It is walking distance (10mins) to Pza Commercio which is one of the main squares and other places of interest. Special thanks to Saj for assisting us on our arrival and throughout our stay!

There aren't wardrobes as such, but more of hanging unit with two shelves where to place clothes. It didn't bother us however it might be nice to have a few extra hangers.

Location is perfect- near the waterfront and accessible by public transport. Walking distance to basically everywhere! The sleeping rooms are spacious, the living room is generous ; the front desk was helpful. Breakfast opportunities are plentiful just in front of the street. Cleaning staff was omnipresent, towels were exchanged on daily basis.

The kitchen was very rudimentary equipped -it looks great on the pictures, but beware of plenty of empty cupboards; it was enough to make e coffee or warm something up with the microwave, or have a cool beer in the fridge - but completely inadequate if one wants to cook a meal - which is a shame if you travel with kids. Windows are poorly isolated, so the noise from the street is your companion. If these issues are resolved- it would be a perfect 10!

Beautiful building and very unassuming from the outside. My husband and I felt safe and comfortable in our room. It was our first time staying in a place with share bathrooms, but there were about 3 on our floor to choose from so it really was no problem. There were other guests during our stay, but never saw them! Saj at reception is a gem and gave us recommendations on places to eat and see. He even helped us with an early check-in because we had travelled for 20 hours. I’d come back next time I’m in Portugal for a short stay. Location is perfect - walking distance to all tourist spots and up the street from the train station.

Rooms are small for 2 people.

Beautifully restored large apartment with lovely views of the river. Great for a family of four. Location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport and Uber pick-ups.

Nothing major, but a collection of small annoyances: - Hard to use the toilet at night without blinding lights turning on. We had to cover the motion-sensing light sensor in the hallway to prevent sudden, sleep-disrupting illumination. - Shower is very finicky, hard to maintain steady hot water = not relaxing - Kitchen very sparsely furnished: no paper towels, only a single ice tray

Loved the location, the host, the facilities, the beds, the shower.

Hot water is tricky in the shower. Took long to come. The main problem was the location for Uber to come. I spoke to many Uber drivers and they all said they did not know the pin dropped as suggested by the host. It was a big pain to drag the suitcases from the corner of the street to the apartment. Then the suitcases have to be carried up one floor at least if u come from the front. Overall the situation is something no one can do anything about. Hopefully the uber drivers can do something and the building hosts can help, not sure. Also Early morning getting an uber to the airport is impossible. Plan way ahead !

Location is excellent, hardly could be better. Apartment is very spacy and clean. Kitchen is big and fully equipped. Personnel in reception is very kind and super attentive.

the only 2 remarks are automatic light in entrance room is too strong when you go in night to restrooms as it could wake up other people in apartment and some noise outside until midnight as it is really central place. The special issue is to get to anywhere in Lisbon from the airport as organized system of taxi drivers there is mafia like. Way from the airport costs 2-3 times more than way back, when you use regular taxi with price meter. My advice is not to use taxis in arrival hall, but go to departure hall and take taxi, which just brought someone to the airport.

The apartments were very clean and located in the center of the city. Everything was just walk away. Common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms were also clean and well maintained.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay. We booked the family 2 bedroom apartment with river views and we were not disappointed. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much bother. The apartment itself was brilliant with everything you could possibly need. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc provided. The view itself from our balcony was stunning and the location was pretty much perfect for sightseeing around the city. Plenty of fine restaurants close to the apartment so we never felt the need to venture too far at night. The Copenhagen coffee lab (right below the apartment) serves great coffee and pastries all day. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return at a future date.
