Great location! The area was quiet at night but it was a great close walk to the main tourist areas. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Luís was really kind and easy to communicate with.

You could hear neighbours late at night if they were coming/going. But that wasn’t a problem at all. To be expected in older buildings/city living.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. There is a washing machine and detergent was provided, along with a drying rack. We were offered a pick up service from the airport which was very convenient. The driver and the host were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. A bottle of wine was provided, which was a nice welcoming touch. We had a nice balcony which allowed good air flow through the apartment, and we enjoyed looking out on the street where every morning we observed a very charming gray cat wearing a sweater vest. The window covers blocked all sunlight if desired, which allowed us to accidentally sleep late into the morning.

This apartment is perfect, such a good location, close to restaurants, bars, sites, action. It is well set up and has everything you need, including English breakfast tea and a teapot. Also has a pod coffee machine. Mateus met us at the property and was very welcoming and helpful. They also offer breakfast and car trips. The apartment has a nice outlook onto a busy Laneway but when the windows are closed you cannot hear a thing.

Liked everything about this apartment and wish we had booked to stay longer.

The location of the apartment is very good, the surrounding area is quiet but still close to the city centre, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is small but well stocked with any facilities you might need for a short stay, including a washing machine. The host Paula was friendly and the apartment was clean and even had a small balcony.

Groups of two people won't have this issue, but as we had three people one of us had to stay on the sofa bed, which was unfortunately quite uncomfortable so I had some trouble sleeping. Other than that I can't fault the apartment at all.

First of all, the location was far beyond my expectations, even having seen it on a map prior to booking! Every single day, tour guides brought the groups down my street and I could see them and hear them from my upstairs apartment balcony! We absolutely loved the feeling of being this close to the heart of this vibrant section of the city. There was always food to be found and taxis, tuktuks, trams, and buses going by within a few blocks of us. stairs of the say with a perfect meeting point for all of us. And another thing that I absolutely loved was the fact that when we close the doors and windows, no noise or light entered the apartment! We slept extremely well here. :-) We also ordered their breakfast one day, and it was not only on time and warm, but delicious. we took advantage of their washing machine and washed clothes and hung them out to dry on our balcony and that worked out very well for us, as simply lounging around and reading books. :-) The stairs are not for people with trouble, climbing stairs, and they are pretty tight, But totally worth the climb! With the doors and windows open, there was always a breeze, plus the air conditioning worked very well! This was a marvelous day for the three of us for our three nights. I would love to go back and stay here again for more time in the future.

The location is central and convenient, Alfama is a lovely place to stay. A short 10-15 mins walk to the centre. 5 mins to the water front. Lots of good local restaurants nearby with Fado music in the evening. San Apolonia train station is 20-25 mins walk from the apartment.

The bathroom is tight. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The shower soap dispenser is actually a hand soap dispenser, hence very small amount of soap with each press, hardly enough to shower. Need to press multiple times.

Location. Comfortable beds and kitchen living area was good. Cleaningless. Customer service responsive and quickly and apologetic for any inconveniences. Thank you.

Check in wasn't ready on time ( 17:30 is difficult with bad weather and bags). Very small bathroom. Only 1 towel per person is difficult to keep dry for 3 days (with bad weather couldn't use the cloth line outside the window). Hot water runs out with 1 shower so the second person it doesn't have a hot shower.

The property is super clean and has all the things that you would need for a short trip. The location is also outstanding! It also has a private transfer to the airport which was very helpful to us because we needed to be there by 3:30 AM. :)

Check in could be a lot better and clearer. We waited a while for someone to help us with the check in because the instruction was not very clear, but because of the wait, we were already able to resolve the issue on our own even before someone arrived. Made us sound like we didn’t know what we were doing but it was just all because of a vague instruction/miscommunication. Other than that, everything was perfect.

PERFECT location, for being in a busy popular area, it has great noise mitigation with closed windows, well stocked kitchen has what I needed, Comfy mattress (not common in a lot of PTese apartments) Photos are of views out the balcony window.

Weak WiFi for apartment 2. Don’t wait like we did and contact responsive staff for other options in the building. Another flat has faster wifi assigned to it. Step and shallow steps. It’s an old building but be careful, especially when carrying heavy bags

Perfect spot for a visitor who wishes to stroll the streets of Lisbon on foot. It's really close to all the hotspots of the city and there is not a lot of incline to reach the place. It feels like you entered a time capsule and could feel like how it was living in this neighborhood before. The streets are narrow, and so is the entrance in the building. The staff was excellent, they have let us in well before indicated check-in time and since we had a late flight, they even let us use the apartment for the late check-out as well. Watch out for the steps, they are steep and narrow
