The apartment is perfectly located next to a Tram 28 stop, making it easy to get downtown. It’s also just 5 minutes from São Jorge Castle and Miradouro de Santa Luzia. I loved being in Alfama – a great spot to explore Lisbon!

the location was great. in the heart of Alfama.

you have to take the key from an office which was 4 km away from the property. they just give us the key without many informations about the property location. just a postal code. when we arrived on the street location, we did not manage to find the number of the property (122 btw), so I wrote them some messages - no answearing- and I tried to call on the number on booking - no answearing. we look for rhe property about 2 hours. 😔. nobody helped us. the property has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. ione of the bathroom have problems with the leaking into the floor and when we showered the water was all over the bathroom. the TV is not working, the matresses was not at all confortable. No air conditioning, just a fan. the terrace is small and very dirty with spiderwebs everywhere. it wasnt a clean apartament!!! and be aware that the property holds you 250 euros for security reason 🙄 and the will give you back 10-14 days after you check out! So, i payed almost 1000 euros for 1 week and trust me, the price is very very hogh for what the property is offering. And if anything happens , nobody is answearing the phone or messages!

The apartment is not well preserved. Stains on sofas and chairs, broken handles and broken chairs. There was no soap in the bathroom and no towels and cloths at the kitchen. Additionally, there was miscommunication before our arrival. By phone it was asked the time of our arrival, we arrived two hours later than expected, and the apartment was still dirty from the previous guests. It is fair to expect more from a property that demands a 250€ deposit for an one night stay.

Too many messages, links, forms prior to trip. inconvenience of having to hike across town to collect keys to get into apartment. kitchen facilities were limited, taps broken and customer service was not welcoming and inhospitable.

Broken washing machine Main bedroom mattress is completely worn and when repeatedly asked to be replaced, we were promised that they were buying one and delivering it, which never happened. One of the 3 key reasons for booking this apartment was to have access to a washing machine as we had been traveling for a week by the time we got to Lisbon. It was broken and so we could not do laundry. We were told to go to a public laundromat and do laundry there and we would be reimbursed. This was not viable considering that we only had two full days in Lisbon before heading off to our next destination. The website photos are outdated - the lounge furniture is very different and covered in disgusting stains.

apartment not ready at designated time we put in. cleaner needed 2 hrs to clean plumbing bad!! both 2 bathrooms gets all wet with pool of water, cannot step on the floor, no wonder there is a mop! we were mopping everyday. homing informed.no response from mgt company .hard to get to mgt, no one answers the phone. does not look like a quick fix picked up keys too far from apartment!

The showers were both leaking really bad and so couldn’t take proper shower and they don’t have free wifi
