Location was phenomenal. Amenities were good and place was kept nice and clean. Communications with owner/manager despite there being no dedicated reception was clear, never felt like I didn't know what I was doing.

It was quite cramped in the room we stayed in. Not necessarily a negative against the accommodation but even with just two people it was quite hard at points to navigate around the apartment. Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable either.

The apartment was welcoming and very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, we loved being right in Alfama! Having a view of the Tagus was lovely, we were happy we chose this place. Irina the host was excellent to communicate with and made sure we had all the information needed at the right time - a great host.

Our stay in Alfama was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was charming, cozy, and perfectly located in the heart of historic Lisbon. Being in the center of the city’s most iconic neighborhood allowed us to soak in the authentic beauty of the area—the cobblestone streets, the vibrant local life, and breathtaking views around every corner. Communication with our host, Irina, was exceptional—she provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything so easy. Her warmth and care truly made us feel at home. We’re deeply grateful for such a seamless, inspiring, and memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again!

Location is amazing, apartment is light, spacious and has good working airconditioning. We loved every single bit of it.

Nothing that we didn’t like that we were not aware of before booking. I had read reviews and checked so many properties before choosing Alfama Right Point, regardless of the one thing everyone mentions: be aware of the narrow and steep stairs. Don’t come with big heavy luggage and don’t expect to be bouncing up and down a few times a day and you’ll be absolutely fine! No regrets!

Location, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Our host, who we never met, responded promptly and helpfully to our questions. There were other people staying in adjacent apartments but we barely heard them.

The main stair case was alarmingly steep to climb especially first time with a heavy suitcase in one hand. We soon learned to climb it sideways! There is a very solid handrail to help with this. A few simple instructions on how to operate the hob and extractor would have helped us on day one. I had to Google how to operate the hob and our host very kindly made a short video on how to operate the extractor.

Irina was super helpful the entire time, such a lovely host. The place was fully equipped even with a free small wine bottle, coffee, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Lots of small restaurants and stores close by. There's a nearby tram stop so moving around by public transport is fine.

Location was good, but be mindful that because its in the historical center, car/taxi access is limited. Also bear in mind that the building has only very small stairs to go to the upper floors so carrying suitcases could get tricky. Double bed was ok, but the sofabed is quite uncomfortable.

The area was nice as it was part of old town. The space is very open and was clean on arrival. We had an issue with our iron and we sent a message to them. Within the hour, a new iron was brought and the confirmed it's working. As well, they will email from time to time to ask if you require anything from them. I felt this was nice as if any issues came, it would be dealt with swiftly.

This wasn't a issue for me but the stairs were very vertical and uber/bolt vehicles do not go into that part of town. Taxis do as the have special permissions. Yet again, that was not an issue for me.

Great location in Alfama, close to everything. The apartment was very clean and the host was very thoughtful to leave a washing machine capsule and even a bottle of wine (we don’t think but it’s still very nice gesture).

We were on the second floor and could hear everyone walking up the stairs and even sneezing in the next room. Because there’s no AC I kept the window a little open at night and there was a lot of noise from outside around 12-2am. Thankfully I had melatonin gummies with me so I managed to fall asleep even with all the noise.

The host’s communication was excellent from the moment of booking. They provided really helpful information about check in and check out, and the local area. The host kindly had the apartments ready for us before the standard check in time which was a huge help. We booked two apartments in the Alfama Right Point block and both were really clean and modern, and had air con and Juliet doors which were a bonus in the heat. It was excellent value for money and I’m really pleased we chose Alfama Right Point for our group of 10 ladies.

The location is nice, but note that you will need to walk at least 5 minutes to get an Uber - we found it easiest to get one from Fado Museum. The stairs inside the apartment block are very steep so just be aware of that too. There was one bedroom which didn’t have a window which was therefore hotter than the rest of the rooms, but it helped to have that bedroom door open to allow the air and air con in the other rooms to circulate. It would’ve also been helpful to have a mirror in each room.

Everything as advertised. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. The key box outside made check-in and check-out easy. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Kitchen was well furnished. Washing machine worked perfectly. Alfama area is very hilly so steep stairs weren't a surprise but don't request an upper floor if you can't carry your luggage up the steep stairs. We had seen a photo from another review so knew what to expect. We enjoyed the location.

I do wish a fan was in the apartment, but after reading reviews (post check-out), it was probably available if we had asked.
