Perfect location in Alfama disctrict on a cozy little square on tramline 28. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice and the service really friendly. I had an injury in my leg and they changed our room to a lower floor. Everybody was super helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again.

A full size mirror would have been nice. And a handle in the shower. All else was perfect.

Good location. Kitchen with drink and food making facilities on top floor as no kettle in rooms. Authentic building with original features. Cosy bed and pillow. I enjoyed my stay and was not looking for luxury. Man on reception across the road was helpful if there was a problem.

Did have a few issues and had to call into the hotel across the road to report as the building was not manned. The shower was a bit temperamental and hard to operate. My room had the original shutter windows and had big gaps, causing poor soundproofing. The power one afternoon kept going off on my floor but understood there is an issue in Lisbon with electrics in general.

The location was great, you are close to most of the attractions and only a walk away from a really good view point. Rooms are clean and well kept

Rooms are small and can feel cramped, the toilet area is also a bit cramped. There was nobody at front desk the whole time we were there we had to wait for someone across the road from the hotel to pick up and drop the card off at another restaurant. Nearly got us late for our flights.

Staff was nice, they were very helpfull answering all questions related to our stay and seeing to all our needs. Breakfast is good, not too many options but you can't be too picky so it was more than fine. Bathroom was nice with a big shower, there was space to put your things near the sink.

The room was very small, if you have more than a luggage you will struggle to find a spot and it feels claustrophobic. The room is very clean and cozy but never seen a smaller one :D. The windows did not have any curtains so if you were to open the wooden shutters everyone in the stret would see you (we stayed at 1st floor). Also the walls are thin, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside and other rooms.

The bed was very comfortable and all facilities were very clean. You have access to a kitchen that is well outfitted to save on a few meals if that helps with personal budgets. Absolutely great location. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice to suit tastes. I would stay here again no question.

I don't think I knew in advance that I was to check in with the restaurant across the street. Meaning was I told and totally forgot but facing a locked door with no one seemingly available was very unnerving. Once I was in the restaurant and met Maria all was made right in my world! Thank you Maria!

Good location, old style property which is nice. Nice comfortable room. Bathroom needs to be updated and mold removed.

When you get there you don't realise you have to go across the road to another hotel to get your key. Breakfast area is tiny and very squeezed in.

Exactly as the pictures, air con, great local area, great views just on your doorstep, comfortable, clean, only on the first floor so not many steps!

Right on a busy street so it was loud at night - I think this is because it’s Portugal day festivities soon?

Location, location, location In the Alama district near all the cute laneways lots of restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the main squares of the city

The bathroom could do with an upgrade it’s useable but after 5 nights we were a bit tired of the leaking shower box and the soap dispenser that didn’t work.

It was a nice cute place with everything we needed. Great location and super friendly staff.

It was a bit claustrophobic but cute at the same time. Bathroom was a bit to small and clearly there is an issue with a sewage as smell from the pipes was pretty bad but I guess that’s what you can expect from old buildings like this.

It was in an amazing area. You were in the middle of old town with lots of bars and restaurants around.

The bathroom smelt a bit musty but that is likely due to the shower condensation than a problem with cleanliness
